Tips to lose weight faster: 1. Eat a high-protein breakfast. 2avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice. 3. Drink water a half hour before meals. 4. Choose weight loss-friendly foods (more vegetables and fruits) 5. Eat soluble fiber. 6. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods. 7. Eat your food slowly. 8. Sleep 7-8 hours 9. Go for regular exercise constitutional homoeopathic treatment will give you best results.

Dear Ap, Clinical depression or depressive disorder is a neurochemical disorder. Clinical depression is usually treated with a combination of psychiatric medicines, psychotherapy, life style changes, meditation and exercise. I hope you are undergoing psychiatric treatment, otherwise, please approach a psychiatrist. Once you make the necessary amendments in your life with the help of the above said therapies and life style changes, learn how to manage the depressive episodes without medicines and learn to relax, the medicines can be weaned off over a period of one year. Sir actually you will find weird but im asking it again I don't know how but im letting my problem to tqke over me means I know I know im alright but im scared that if I will have sex again will my penis behave like earlier it use to act means endless lust its gone just with my first sex means I don't know how it happened or im getting more anxious about it please give me some tips to get over it and should I don't masturbate for a week or so.

You should not masturbate for two weeks. I advise you take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily to detoxify body. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Do meditation for mental strength daily. Do physical exercises of 30 to 45 minutes daily. Follow this and give feedback.

Dear Lybrate user Although your query is not clear. It seems that you want to say that you have fearful dreams if you watch any news or you have fear from any human being. It is normal. I suggest you to read a motivational stuff before going to sleep. Do not use electronic gadgets at least one hour before going to sleep. You will feel better. You can write a letter to your higher power or God and handover all your fears to HIM before going to sleep.

I have together with my girl friend on 5th December, and it was unprotected, so after that she took an i-pill after 24 hours, and her previous menstrual cycle was started at 29th december. But still now menstrual cycle has not started, so is there any chance of pregnancy?

It's only 29th today. So, you can wait for a week for periods. If there has been unprotected sex again in jan or if the previous period was lighter than usual, then do a urine pregnancy test.

Sensitive Skin Care: 5 Things You Must Know

Sensitive skin can make life miserable. Factors, such as environmental and climatic changes, certain beauty products and medications can affect individuals with sensitive skin. There may be skin inflammation, irritation, rashes, redness, dryness and flakiness. The extent of the sensitive reaction can vary from one individual to another. In many cases, it has been observed that sensitive skin appears to be thinner than the normal skin. Thus, people with such delicate skin type need to be extra careful. Do not try self medication. It will make things worse. Always seek an expert advice. A dermatologist knows what is best for your skin. 
     
People with sensitive skin need to follow some basic skin care regimes:

  1. It is very important to keep a sensitive skin hydrated and moisturised all the time. A dehydrated skin not only appears tighter, but also results in extreme skin dryness and irritation. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water daily. It is very important to flush out the toxins and maintain the alkaline skin pH. Avoid taking very hot water or ice baths. The extreme temperatures will do your skin more harm than good. A warm water bath is an excellent option. Apply generous amounts of moisturiser, whenever your skin feels dry and itchy.
  2. It is best to avoid products that are harsh on your skin. Consult a dermatologist before using products containing alpha hydroxyl acids. These are strong acids and their application can lead to skin irritation and rashes. It is a healthy practice to keep your skin clean. However, not all soaps are suitable for sensitive skin. Soaps (strong alkali) are a big no. It is best to use a medicated soap, specially formulated for sensitive skin. To cleanse your face, use a mild (soap free) face wash or a cleanser.
  3. For people with sensitive skin, it is best not to experiment with the skin care products. Play it safe, stick to the brands you have been using for long. Certain beauty products are strongly fragranced. These can trigger severe skin and allergic reactions. Lanolin, artificial mineral oil and alcohol containing products are no better. It is best to use natural and herbal skin care products.
  4. Do not use cosmetics and beauty products beyond a certain period of time. Face powders, silicone based foundations, sunscreen (titanium oxide or zinc oxide based) are best for sensitive skin. These products are known to be less harsh and thus have little or no side effects.
  5. Before using any products, know the ingredients and chemicals that goes into its manufacture.

Hello dear lybrate-user, hi Warm welcome to Lybrate.com I have evaluated your query thoroughly.* This seems most probably hemorrhoids issue.* Recommendations for the same to get better recovery - Drink plenty of liquids.- Consume soft, light diet.- Prefer high fiber diet with whole grains, cereals,pulses, legumes,organic fresh fruits, green leafy vegetables, fresh curd with pro biotics.- Avoid all oily, spicy,non veg, hot beverages, chilly,garlic.- Avoid smoking, alcohol.- Regular walking, exercises help.- Sitz bath (sitting in tub filled with lukewarm water 5 minutes each 3 times a day and additionally after passing stool) helps to great extent.- Bulk forming laxative as Ispaghula husk 3 teaspoonful at night with a glass of lukewarm water is strongly recommended for best outcomes.* Strictly follow this for 5 days, later than if problem consult your doctor.
