Acne scar will not fade with any cream. Treatment depends upon the type of scar. Most can be managed with carbon dioxide laser ablative/fractional and submission and fat graft.

I have black spots as well as pimple. I used many creams but the problem is not solved. What is the solution.

I have black spots as well as pimple. I used many creams but the problem is not solved. What is the solution.
As per your query black spots and rashes on face are result of extra sebum produced by sebaceous glands to keep skin oily and clogged pores of your skin. When the pores become clogged the sebum produced by sebaceous glands collects inside and results into black spots and rashes. I would suggest you use mild scrub and gently massage your skin this will perform the function of cleansing and exfoliation ,apply benzoyl peroxide on face to make it bacteria free and oil free, your face to soften the pores of your skin. You should avoid use of heavy makeup and sunscreen products, have some vitamin C and E supplements to make your skin texture better and apply aloe vera gel. You can also use metallic extractor. Keep your face free from dust ,wash your face with mild face-wash twice daily and cover your face while going outside .If condition still persists then contact dermatologist. Hope your concern has been resolved.

Stop using it at once .Dear patient, it's important to have a dual mode of action for such conditions. Aim should be to prevent new pimples from erupting and to dry the older ones simultaneously so that they don't leave any scar and dark spots. Though dark spots can be managed later on, it's very difficult to treat the scars because of acne and the worst part of acne is that most of them leave a scar or pigmentation when heal. Aim is to constrict the glands which is making the secretions on which bacteria find a good medium to multiply. Some patients also have acne on their arms shoulders and back and respond well to systemic treatment along with creams for local application. Lasers also can be done in severe cases and sometimes patient mostly female need some special drugs. So peels along with anti acne medication and oral tablets may help you out. It may take 4-6 weeks to get a proper control over them and according to the results we have to manage the drugs. We try to minimise the use of drugs through latest technology and treatment modalities.

I have black spot on my face I am using a cream but it doesn't work what should I do.

I have black spot on my face I am using a cream but it doesn't work what should I do.
1. Exfoliate - exfoliation is defined as the removal of dead skin cells on the skin's outermost surface. You can use exfoliant gloves or a brush to get the job done and see the difference in your skin immediately. Exfoliating keeps your pores from clogging, which is another benefit in regards to acne control. The renewal process of your skin is sped up and your moisturizer will penetrate deeper into the skin which will give you that moist glow. Exfoliation also helps with uneven skin tone as it removes dead skin cells which contribute to that uneven look. Consistent exfoliation of your skin will help with wrinkle prevention in addition to giving you smooth glowing skin. 2. Exercise - there's a reason why athletes are some of the most beautiful people in the world. That reason is consistent blood flow. Exercising circulates your blood throughout your body giving it a natural flush to your skin. If you don't know where to start, try walking and taking the stairs whenever you get a chance. This will make your transition into other traditional routines more manageable when the time comes. After you initially get your body active there are many different physical activities to explore, especially if you are not into the traditional gym routine. Try kickboxing, tennis, running or spin classes. 3. Cucumbers - cucumbers not only taste great, but are filled with vitamin c and caffeic acid. These are two antioxidants that are excellent for fighting off wrinkles and protecting you from sun damage. Vitamin c will give your beautiful black skin a jolt of elastin and collagen which contributes to your radiance. Cucumbers can be prepared in many ways for consumption. One of the best ways is in a fresh salad. Try slicing a whole one with some lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, lemon juice and olive oil for a fantastic side salad. 4. Limit your shower time - this might be a difficult one, especially when you're used to coming home from work or the gym and it's the first of your many nightly rituals. A long hot shower can sometimes be the reason why you haven't gone postal on the world. However, limiting your shower time (and cooling the temperature just a touch) can be beneficial to your beautiful black skin. A hot shower can strip your skin of its natural oils. When this happens you get that dry and patchy look and that is what you don't want. The object here is glowing skin, remember? chill your shower down just a tad. You will still be able to have a calming relaxing shower without stripping your skin of what it needs. Remember, don't stay in there for an hour. 5. Green tea - green tea is by far one of my favorite drinks. It's also one of my favorite methods for cleansing your skin topically as well (a good green tea facial cleanser will have your face glowing like a star). Green tea is by far one of the most powerful antioxidants you can utilize when adding a glow to your skin. Rich in antioxidants, green tea helps rid your skin of free radicals, reduces inflammation and feels great going down. 2 cups of green tea a day along with a good facial cleanser will have compliments raining down upon you.

You have not specified of what the black spot is. Whether it is due to scar of pimple, chloasma or something else. Homeopathy has very good results in all these. Take it after describing complete symptoms. Apply raw milk on face before bathing.

The skin can lose its glow and get dull and discoloured. Sun exposure, Chloasma, freckles and scars due to acne are just a few reasons. Although not a life-threatening issue, people with dull and darkened facial skin usually consider it a life-altering one, leading to feelings of inadequacy and decreased self-confidence. This, in most cases, leads to the haphazard use of cosmetics and medicated ointments. However, only temporary results are usually found and in some cases injudicious use of such products may even aggravate the condition. This brings us to the scope of Homeopathic treatment in such cases. We can confidently say that homeopathic remedies for clear and glowing skin are totally free from any side effects and are extremely effective in treating this problem. The medicines used are all natural and, thus, free from any harmful components. Consult me by clicking on consult option for homoepathic treatment without side effects.
