I have pain in stomach. What should I do?
Stomach pain can be for a short period of time, come and go, or show up only after you eat or it could be an indication to other underlying problem like Gallstones. The reason could be as simple as gas/bloating or as serious as inflammation of pancreas. The reason for persistent problem of stomach pain are generally narrowed down by running number of tests by a doctor. Since the exact reasons of your stomach pain is unknown, it would give you some normal suggestions: 1. Eat light (easily digestible) and healthy food. Try to include more fibre in your food and avoid junk/ spicy/fried/oily foods. 2. Try to eat homemade food most of the time. Include vegetables, seasonal fruits, and complex carbs like Dalia, oats and whole wheat bread. 3. Eat frequent and small meals if possible. 4. Try to eat all your meals on time. Do not give a long gap between your meals which might result in flatulence. 5. Take a light and early dinner preferable 2-3 hrs before sleeping. Medications for light stomach pain - Take 1.Tablet Meftal-Spas one tablet stat after food as and when required. 2. Tablet Pantaprazole 40 mg one hour before the breakfast daily for 5 days. Hello, apply homoeopathic - thiosinaminum q few drops mixed in a glycerin solution on scars that are visible (as it is less greasy, so is more easily absorbed into the skin. Also take causticum 200 orally twice daily for 1month. Revert there after.

Get a mri done to pin point the cause and site of pain. Meanwhile go for ayurveda's panchkarma therapy - we have many option for you - kati basti (specialised panchakarma procedure for backpains), localised massgae with herbal oils, localised medicated steam, pottali massage. Continue these procedures for atleast 15 days. Regular oiling of the joint will improve the lubrication also. These procedures will relax your back muscles and give strength to your nerves and muscles of back. Also start some yogic exercises - tadasana, dhanurasan, halasana along with these therapies. This will greatly help. Please avoid pushing / pulling heavy objects, long sittings, long two-wheeler drives. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking. Dear Madam your question is not clear to me in spite of that aim giving some in formations regarding safe unprotected sex though failure may occur in low percentage i.e.Calculating your fertile / infertile (safe) period is simple. Follow the steps given below Find the last period start date Find out shortest and longest period cycles by observing your period cycles for atleast 6 months Illustrative example of calculating fertile period shortest cycle=27 days longest cycle=28 days Subtract 18 days from the shortest cycle 27-18=9 days Subtract 10 days from the longest cycle 28-10=18 days The 9th day to 18 th day from your last period is the unsafe period The rest is the safe period.

Main Reasons of Throat Pain and How Can It Be Healed

Virus is the most common cause of pain in the throat or sore throat and it is often accompanied by cold symptoms like running nose, red watery eyes, cough and sneezing. Smoking, irritants in the air and pollution are the main causes of sore throat. It becomes very difficult to swallow food in such a condition when an individual experiences pain, itchiness or irritation in their throat.

Causes
The main causes of occurrence of sore throat include:

  • Leukemia in exceptional cases
  • Measles
  • Sinusitis
  • Diphtheria
  • Mumps
  • Bacterial as well as Viral Infection as in Common Cold
  • Influenza
  • Smoking

Symptoms of Sore Throat:

  • The Nasal passages get blocked
  • Inability to gulp down food
  • Severe pain in the throat which is followed by coughing
  • Lymph glands get swollen

Itching like that and possibly you have said that it is in around anus, may be due to two common reason - 1) fungal infestation, 2) threadworm. You may take a) albendazole 400 mg - 1 tab before dinner one night and repeat after 10 days (total 2 tabs). B) apply candid b cream locally twice daily for three weeks.

Change good habits. Add in your daily food carbohydrates vitamines minirales proteins dry etc. Take liv 52 syrup 1 spoon 30 minutes before lunch and 30 minutes before dinner for 3 month. Prosup powder 1 spoon in a cup of little hot milk add end mix it and take with breakfast and 1 spoon after dinner for 3 month.

1. Keep yourself hydrated. 2. Get extra rest for some days till you feel more energetic. 3. Avoid watching television for long hours. Indulge in relaxing activities. 4. Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1. Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2. Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3. Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4. Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G. Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

Hello Doctors, I couldn't concentrate on my work for last 15 days due to head pressure and fogginess. Slightly neck stiffness & tickling in upper arm. My physician suggested me Renal & lipid profile test. Later other doctor suggested me spinal x-ray, B12 and vitamin D test. The report details as below: Total Lipid profile Triglyceride 245 (<200 mg/dl GPO-PAP) VLDL 49 (5-35 mg/dl Calculated) Slightly high Renal Profile - Ok Vitamin B12 level (serum, CMIA) Observed value - 156 Unit pg/ml Biological Ref - 187-883 25 Hydroxy (OH) Vit D (serum, CMIA) Observed value - 9.30 ng/ml Biological Ref - deficiency < 10 Insufficiency - 10-30 Sufficiency 30-100 Cervical X-ray Slightly straight in top and bottom My Doctor suggested exercise and plus huge deficiency of vitamin b12 and D of the root cause. Prescribed: Vitcofol injection, D- Rise 60000 U, gemcal 500/0.25 mcgm. Please let me know your expert suggestion. How to overcomes Vitamin B12 & D deficiency. And diet chart. Masturbation in the past has nothing to do with your body pains right now. There can be other valid reasons for backache like vitamin deficiencies, inadeqaute exercise, improper postre. Etc. However follow simple suggestions. - get up early in the morning and do some muscle stretching exercises, yogasanas if you prefer. - eat healthy diet, with plenty of water and fruits. Prefer dry fruits like almonds, cashews in the morning breakfast with milk. - avoid tobacco, smoking and alcohol. - go to bed early at nght and have a relaxing sleep of 7-8 hours daily.

There is one way to make your skin colour fairer naturally. It includes flowing things: Consume plenty of fresh seasonal fruits daily for a year. Take plenty of green vegetable dishes along with lot of salad. Consume extra amount of carrots or carrot juice. Consume green tea. Do regular exercises or physical activity like morning evening walks Apply sunscreens on exposed parts or cover with clothes. Take milk at night and curd and paneer in day times with meals. This will make your colour fairer in 8-9 months. If you have sun induced darkness (tanning) on face or arms or you have developed acquired dark spots or pigmentation (it should not be by birth), you may get relief from them by Benoquin 2% cream applied twice daily on affected parts for 2-3 months. Natural colour will be restored but not fairer than that. Apply cream under medical supervision only.

Eat more veggies and fruits studies have actually shown that men who are mostly vegetarian last much longer in bed than non vegetarian they have more stamina due to the nutrients they get from these fruits and veggies especially potassium fruits, nuts, dry fruits, milk, vegetables, salads, fat in proportion, do yoga, to sleep adequate and on time. May take ayurvedicmedicines for better results.
