I am having continues hair fall, what should I do to stop it? And what should I do to regain my lost hair at my forehead?

Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash.

I am suffering from hair fall and dandruff problem from one year so what should I do for it?

Always use good hair care products and not just any scented shampoo. Add special hair care products to your routine and you’ll feel natural after trying it for a couple of days. I eat as required. But I don't see much growth in my body. Only height increases but muscle growth is zero. please suggest me wat to do.

Yes, you need to increase the quantity of food you eat, but at the same time you have to make sure you are eating healthy. Eat five to six meals a day. Avoid skipping any meal. Increase your portion size. Choose foods that are higher in healthy calories. Do not skip any meal, especially breakfast. Whatever you eat at breakfast is better absorbed and utilized by your system. So don’t forget to take a handful of nuts everyday along with good quality protein, like toned milk and boiled eggs. Maintain a 2 hour window between each meal so that you can feel he hunger and eat better quantities. Avoid junk foods, they provide high calories but at the same time trans fats also. Diet to be included for weight gain: - Peanut butters and cheese makes a calorie-dense yet nutritious spread for your sandwich - Milk (Add 2 tsp skimmed milk powder) - Egg whites or Banana - Soaked Almonds - Vegetable stuffed paratha - Groundnut chikki / Dry Fruit chikki - Roasted Soyabean / Almonds - Sprout salad - Chapati- Upma / Daliya khichdi / Poha - Veg (potato/ cauliflower/ cabbage/ ladyfinger / bottle gourd/ ridge gourd/ brinjal etc.) - Dal / legumes (soya bean / moth/ mung etc.) - Rice / biryani / pulav (veg / non veg) - Include food rich in carbohydrates and protein - Butter - Potatoes - Soya beans - Chicken We have special combinations to increase the the muscle bulk also increase the appetite. Before that please do rule out hormone issues like thyroid.

Yes of course, if the last night is Dec 14th, then it's the 12 th day of mestrual cycle when calculated with the date you specified. Yes the chances of pregnancy is of at 99% on 11 th to 14th day of the cycle.

Hi, Follow the following medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M. After 1 week of this take the below:- * First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M, drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL, 2-2 tabs, two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily, two times. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. * plenty of fluids, frequent smaller meals, yoga and exercise regime and adequate sleep is also important. Take a healthy and balanced diet. *Do yoga (especially TADASAN) and stretching exercises regularly. *Revert after 1 month.

Please don't use anything without prescription. Panderm can cause serious side effects and permanent damage on face. Don't use brite lite. You may develop reaction as you have been using steorid cream.

I am 6 ft 2 inches tall male, and my body weight is around 96 kgs at the age of 27. Although, I look fit and work out regularly as per BMI my weight should be below 85 kgs. Is it recommended for me to tone down to that level ? If so whether taking GM diet helps?

There is no other way of reducing weight except by consuming less calories. 2) deep fried, processed foods, pickles, papads, pastries, biscuits, nuts, chocolates, ice creams, deserts should be completely avoided. 3) during business meetings go for plain rice with thin dals and lots of salads. 4) dinner should be taken as early as possible 5) simple sugars, nuts, dry fruits (except almonds and walnuts) should be restricted. 6) small frequent meals (containing high fibre, low fat, moderate to low carbohydrates, moderate proteins, normal vitamins and minerals) with regular exercise is beneficial. 7) begin your meal with a big bowl of salad or soups. 8) drink plenty of water. 9) do not skip meals 10) prefer roasted /grilled /steamed/boiled food items. 11) tea consumption should be reduced. Replace tea with organic green tea. Do not have tea along with any meal. 12) consumption of full cream milk will increase fat percentage so skimmed milk is a good option. Have 2 cups of ecovalley green tea daily (without sugar, it helps reduce fat & weight.

I am 23 years old man, I have a pain in my both testicles when I used to sit for more than an hours, when I consult a doctor, they scan my scrotum and said mild left varicocele and mild hydrocele. And prescribed me some tablets for one weeks, But still I have a pain in my testis. I was more fear of this because, my testis got swelling often and provides more heat. So I feel it will spoil my sexual life as well as my fertility problems, please help me some suggestions.

You have varicocele in the left testis and mild hydrocele. I advise you to get surgical treatment for varicocele and hydrocele, if hydrocele is causing pain and big. Otherwise these problems will have bad effects on your sperms count and motility.

Fatty liver doesnt require any interventional. Switching to healthy dietary plan may help to control it. As far as hernia is concerned, any hernia in elderly patient shud be operated as the complications arising from not doing surgery are bad in elderly patients.

Please repeat it in a weeks time if your periods still don't come. If still negative you can have progesterone tablets to bring about a bleed.
