If you continue to feel sleepy and drowsy during day, that means you donot get quality sleep at night. This can be due to various reasons including a sleep disorder, osa etc also people with thyroid dysfunction or depression may feel lethargic and inactive. I would advise you to consult a physician and psychiatrist nearby for a detailed evaluation.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Shir shuladi vajra ras vati 1 tb after lunch and dinner 2. Audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner.

You might be taking medications to relieve the pain but there are medications to reduce the frquency and duration of migraine attacks such as bcap plus or so I think you might be aware. You should visit a physcian. It will be very helpful to you sir your migraine attacks can be reduced thanks for asking.

1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take sootshekhar. Kaparda and godanti bhasm with honey two times a day. Eat green vegetables. Healthy food. Fruits. Drink plenty of water. Do pranayama early in the morning. Walk minimum for 30 minutes per day.

Simple Tips To Overcome Sleeplessness (Insomnia)

@stick to a regular sleep schedule. Support your biological clock by going to bed and getting up at the same time every day, including weekends.

@ avoid naps. Napping during the day can make it more difficult to sleep at night. If you feel like you have to take a nap, limit it to 30 minutes before 3 p. M.

@ limit caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine. Stop drinking caffeinated beverages at least eight hours before bed. While alcohol can make you feel sleepy, it interferes with the quality of your sleep, and nicotine is a stimulant.

@ avoid late meals. Try to avoid heavy, rich foods within two hours of bed. Fatty foods can take a lot of work for your stomach to digest and spicy or acidic foods can cause heartburn.

@ get regular exercise. Regular exercise can improve the symptoms of insomnia, but it's not a quick fix. It takes several months to feel the full effects. Aim for 30 minutes or more of activity on most days but not too close to bedtime.

@ develop a better bedtime routine

@ it's not just what you do during the day that affects the quality of your sleep, but also those things you do to prepare your mind and body for sleep.
@make sure your bedroom is quiet, dark, and cool. Noise, light, and heat can interfere with sleep. Try using a sound machine or earplugs to hide outside noise, an open window or fan to keep the room cool, and blackout curtains or a sleep mask to block out light.

@avoid stimulating activity and stressful situations before bedtime. This includes vigorous exercise, big discussions or arguments, or catching up on work. Instead, focus on quiet, soothing activities, such as reading, knitting, or listening to soft music, while keeping lights low.

@ turn off screens one hour before bedtime. The light emitted from tv, tablets, smartphones, and computers suppresses your body's production of melatonin and can severely disrupt your sleep. Instead of emailing, texting, watching tv, or playing video games, try listening to a book on tape, a podcast, or reading by a soft light.

If by following these measures, still if there is difficulty to get a sound sleep, homeopathic medicines can be taken for some time to relax the body and assist in getting sleep. These medicines do not have any side effects and are not habit forming. There are various medicines to help insomnia, viz. Passiflora, kali phos, piscidia, nux, coffea, etc, but there prescription depends on individual case.

Migraine headache is characterised by unilateral pulsating headache associated with nause/vomiting and photophobia / phonophobia. There are triggers for migraine like sun exposure, certain foods or smell, lack of sleep, excess caffeine etc. The triggers are variable for different patients. Migraine attacks can be managed by simple painkillers like paracetamol but in resistant cases drugs like sumatriptan may be needed. For frequent episodes of migraine preventive medications are to be taken by prescription. There are various medicines available for this and if control is not achieved with one medicine another drug is to be added. Don't take painkillers daily for migraine headaches, it's better to take the preventive medicines. Painkillers on long term basis can further aggravate the migraine headache into medication overuse headace (read my health tips on medication overuse headace) follow these lifestyle changes to avoid migraine headache 1. Maintain regular sleep wake cycle, even on holiday's. 2. Don't skip meals. Take regular healthy diet with adequate fluids 3. Do not consume excess caffeine / carbohydrates / alcohol or smoke. 4. Exercise daily (aerobics and cardiovascular) 5. Identify your headache trigger and try to avoid it. 6. Do pranayam daily. X-ray and mri must and physiotherapy treatment must its spinal problem and compression of sciatica nerve. After that avoid long sitting toward bending lifting heavyweight. Equal balance on both legs. Do strength exercise of spine and legs after relief.
