I have been suffering with migraine, ibs since 10 years gb removed 2 years back. Having anxiety tension depression used lot etizolam, escloparam,fuluxetein, dipolarex,amitriptyline, clonazepam etc now my doctor prescribed tryptomer 25 mg to 10 mg lonazep 0.25.my migraine ibs was better now. Using librax, pantocid l as well. But my anxiety was too high can't control help me with any suggestion pls.

The fact that you have been taking anti anxiety drugs for more than 10 years and still suffer from migraine, anxiety and depression, means your problems are more due to your personality factors than physical causes. You seem to have a very low self esteem and are low on self confidence. You will need to go through intensive psychotherapy. Consult a good psychologist/ psychotherapist, who can help you understand your fears, mental blocks and help you overcome your low self confidence. Medicine can give you temporary relief, unless you change your thought process, you will continue to have difficulties. To begin with, focus on what'you' want in - stop thinking about what people expect you to do. Have a routine for yourself- healthy diet, lots of water (at least 8-10 glasses a day), some physical exercise- yoga, walking, aerobics, dancing- whatever is to your liking. Think positive and set daily goals for yourself.

Migraine- How to Diagnose

A migraine is basically a primary headache disorder. It is very common. The most unfortunate part is, it is undertreated and mistreated. How to know whether it is a migraine or some other headache disorder. Migraine patient usually has a headache which is mostly on one side sometimes bilateral in front of the head. It is throbbing headache i. E-patient feels his head will burst if not treated. Patients usually have a feeling of vomitings during the episode. The episode may last from 4hrs to 72 hrs. A migraine headache mainly gets increased on exposure to sunlight and noise. Patients usually get a headache when they are fasting or travelling or any other stress. A migraine usually affects the young people. It runs in families. Migraine headaches initially are very infrequent i. E patients have symptoms once or twice a year. Slowly the frequency increases. And in the end, the patient starts having a daily headache which is very annoying and difficult to treat.

Dear , this is a normal finding, any part of body may get numb due to prolonged posture. You should change your posture, you may get up for some time and walk for a short distance to avoid this condition.

I am a migraine patient. Can you suggest me what I can do to prevent headache in sunlight?

Exposure to the sunlight can trigger headache in some. Best way is to wear sunglasses to avoid direct exposure to sunlight. Drink plenty of liquids to maintain hydration. Hope this helps u.

You should starts the ayurvedic panchkarma treatment once in 6 months intervals, along with ayurvedic and alopathic medicine, your disease is gradually correct and side effect of allopathic medicine is also nullified, in most of the cases all medicine is stopped after some time, and patient lived with normal life .

Gd mrng sir. My mother was suffering from severe head ache. Before 2 years she got blood clot in her brain. She was continuing medicines upto now. But also now she was getting severe pain. Now she has symptoms of epilepsy. What we have to do now?

Brain stroke is may cause to diminished circulation to arteries of brain (block of fat embolism) where there is are blocked of circulation, there is less sensation and not function of the body depends side of blockage, Diabetes may cause to decrease the production of insulin, reason my aggravate to person both are different

Agnesji, I am not aware if hypothyroidism increases blood pressure. Your blood pressure particularly systolic seems to be varying quite a bit, it is not good. Appropriate medication should settle it. Ideally on treatment bp should 130 / 80 mm hg, altering present drugs or adding some new compound should be able to help in reducing the systolic pressure. You also control hypothyroidism effectively (maintaining tsh between 3 to 4 milli units/ml). That will help in over all well being.

Epilepsy has multiple causes. Most cases with normal MRI And EEG are of genetic origin .and not all genetic epilesies have family history.

*Try to keep to a regular timing for going to bed*Avoid fried and heavy foods. Eat early and light food at night so that the food is almost digested by the time you go to bed. *Prefer fruits and green vegetables. *Fix daily work schedule and be busy with your work. Don’t keep pending problems in mind. Note down the points and leave them for next day’s action. *Don’t do stimulating mental work or keep watching TV which can keep your mind agitated or active. This will not allow you to sleep. LCD screen will also have adverse effect. *Day’s physical exercise makes you tired and induces sleep. *A warm bath in the evening will also be helpful. *Low volume music also induces sleep. *Keep your bed room neat, dark and cool. Sir my question is that I am suffered from a disease which is like a headache since 10 year I has eaten so many medicine but does not get me relief .this is like a one side headache this is starts from upper side of my right ear and sometime it occurs on upper side of my left ear .and my temporal parts gets completely heavy. I can not explain that how long this pain occur. So this is my requested that please give me. The suggestion to avoid this problem .sir really I doest able to concentrate on my. Headaches can impair daily routine adversely. Particularly if the headache appear daily and last longer than 1-2 hours. If the problem is for last 10 years, I hope you must have investigated yourself in detail and not resorted to just painkillers. If the problem of headache is so troublesome I would recommend you to visit a neurologist and a psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and management.
