migrane can be managed with lifestyle changes and medications, try muscle relaxation exercises. Relaxation may help ease the pain of a migraine headache. Get enough sleep, but don't oversleep. Get an adequate amount of sleep each night. It's best to go to bed and wake up at regular times, as well. Rest and relax. If possible, rest in a dark, quiet room when you feel a headache coming on. Place an ice pack wrapped in a cloth on the back of your neck and apply gentle pressure to painful areas on your scalp. It is very important keep a headache diary. Continue keeping your headache diary even after you see doctor. It will help you learn more about what triggers your migraines and what treatment is most effective. A dose of riboflavin in appropriate dose as prescribed by me, also may prevent migraines or reduce the frequency of headaches. Coenzyme q10 supplements may decrease the frequency of migraines, magnesium supplements may also be used to treat migraines do reply back for medication prescriptions. Being also a general physician and registered dietitian, I prescribe both evidence based herbal as well as allopathic medicines complementing with dietary guidelines and home remedies carefully personalized for each individual patient.

Hello only medicines will not help het. You need to find out the reason behind it. Medicines will give symptomatic relife. You need to correct her eating habits. Do consult for further treatment. Till then suggested to take pathyadi kadha 3 spoons with warm water for 2 times for 8 days. 1 tsf of avipattikar churna at night while sleeping with warm water. Consult after 8 days.

Nahi aap jo describe kar rahe ho woh Parkinson's ka lakshan nahi. Mood disorder (mania) mein aisa hota hai. Agar aisa bartaav woh pehli baar kar rahe ho to usually woh koi brain ka problem ya body me aur koi change ki wajah se se ho sakta hain. Unko psychiatrist ki zaroorat hain. Kafi sare investigations chahiye honge, including MRI and HIV.

1.Take Paracetamol 500mg one Tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily at the time of attack, apply ice pack 2.Drink plenty of water and take rest. 3.. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation,exposure to loud noise, bright light,strong smell inadequate sleep since it precipitates migraine attack 4.Avoid salted /processed food, aged cheese, excess tea/coffee/alcoho(red wine)/caffeinated beveragesl.Don’t skip/postpone your meal,avoid hunger 5. Go for regular exercise,reduce weight if over weight 6. practice yoga, meditation, deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve you from stress 7. Check your Bp.Avoid stress and anxiety.You should have adequate sleep for 7-8 hours daily,avoid physical and mental exertion,drink plenty of water.If you have recurrent headache you may have to take CT scan of brain after consulting neurologist to find out the cause of headache

Home remedies for Insomnia (lack of sleep)

1. Mix a teaspoon of honey in a glass of celery juice and drink it every night before going to bed.

2. Grind some fried cumin (jeera) seeds to a fine powder and mix them with the pulp of a ripe banana. Eat this at night.

3. Add lettuce seeds in boiled water and drink.

4. Mix equal quantities of sesame (til) oil and bottle gourd juice (lauki) and massage this mixture on the scalp every night.

5. Consume salad of raw onions (pyaz) regularly.

7. Drink the milk extracted from poppy seeds every day at night after having dinner.
