I am suffering from migraine procedure for the last two years and I have headache. Can you suggest what should be done?

MBBS, MHS, MD - Neurology (USA), Fellowship in Epilepsy, Clinical Attachment in Movement disorders
Neurologist,
First the diagnosis of migraine needs to be confirmed, other serious causes for a headache need to be ruled out. If it is really migraine - Lifestyle changes can be very effective in migraine. Some people do need prophylactic medications to prevent migraine. Prevention e.g. 8 hrs of sleep, avoiding hunger, avoiding stress, keeping a diary and avoiding triggers is better than medications.

I am losing my hair. My hair is getting fallen from last 3 month. Please tell me some idea.
Take homeopathic medicine acid phos 1m/single dose (5 drops in little water) and revert after 2 weeks. Apply jaborandi hair oil. Also use arnica shampoo. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. Avoid stress and anger by meditation. Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. Take sound/good sleep. Avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight/ hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends.

Diploma in Diabetology, CCT (Rheumatology & Internal Medicine), MD - Internal Medicine
General Physician, Noida
You have to tell in detail about headache. What is intensity on scale of 0-10, 0 being no pain and 10 being severe pain, you have to tell the frequency like its everyday or every other day and what is your age. Is it on one side of head? Is it throbbing? Do u have tears from eyes? Or do you have vertigo? Or vomiting? The suggestion would be based on that.

I am 38 years old male I am suffering anxiety neurosis my right hand is shaking when I am drinking water writing what can I do sir.

I am 38 years old male I am suffering anxiety neurosis my right hand is shaking when I am drinking water writing what...
Hi, The hand is shaking due to anxiety. Seek psychiatric help immediately. The fastest way to relieve the symptom of shaking or tremor is to restore the carbon dioxide in your blood to its normal level. You can do this by breathing into your cupped hands so that you inhale carbon dioxide together with oxygen. You can even prevent the tremors or shaking associated with a panic attack. When you feel an attack coming concentrate on slow, deep and relaxed breathing. This will not only relieve the symptom of shaking but may avert an attack altogether. The shaking and tremors associated with anxiety may be due to an overstimulated nervous system. You can relieve these by avoiding stimulants like caffeine found in coffee, black tea, soft drinks and chocolate. Getting rid of the excess of stress hormones in your body can further help give your nerves a rest. Exercise is a great way of doing this and sometimes just moving the shaking hand or foot can help to relieve the tremor in it. Tremors or shaking are made worse by fatigue so a good night’s sleep is crucial. Being well rested will not only help with the tremors but will help you to cope better with anxiety. Try a soothing drink like chamomile tea or warm milk before bed time to help you sleep better. Meditation, deep breathing exercises and progressive muscle relaxation techniques are all ways in which you can reduce stress and combat anxiousness. If you are prone to shaking and it is worsened by anxiety wearing a heavy watch or a heavy bracelet can help to stabilize the tremors in your hands and make them less noticeable. Reduce Stress, Practice Relaxation Techniques and Get Enough Sleep, avoid alcohol or ciggerates.

Hello doctor I have problem of chronic insomnia please suggest some natural ways to cure it.
chronic insomnia usually has some unidentified causes behind it. It is always advisable that you get yourself assessed for it. It could be either due to sleep disorder, anxiety, stress or atypical depression too. As regards natural ways for a good sleep - follow sleep hygiene practices. Sleep at and get up at defined timings, at least try to get up at a fixed timing. Never try to sleep. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol. Eat healthy. exercise, but during morning hours.
