Foot PainBurning foot pain is a common complaint, usually as a result of damage to the nerves of the foot or leg. It may develop due to an injury or medical condition either of which can cause compression of the nerves. Our nerves are the structures that carry messages to and from the brain. They tell our muscles when and how to work and are responsible for sensation including pressure and temperature. Damage to the nerves affects how these signals are transmitted. Burning type symptoms may be constant or come and go, vary in intensity and be accompanied by other sensations such as pins and needles or numbness. It all depends on what is causing the problem.

While working out proper angulation is important, better use machines instead of barbell and dumbbells. And relearn how to make a movement in proper direction to avoid injury. After two weeks try with barbell and dumbbells with same direction of movements.

My sister is suffering from sciatica pain from 2 years please tell us what we should do we r showing doctor but that is not working.
MD - Homeopathy, BHMS
Sciatica can be permanently cured by homoeopathic medicine.. To prescribe a good medicine need to know that on what side is it and how is the pain.. what aggravates and what ameliorates the pain etc.. after all such details I can choose a good medicine... Or you can consult a doctor of your own choice...

It may be due to running on uneven surface. It may causes sacroiliac dysfunction. Take an appointment with any Osteopath or chiropractor you defiantly get relief.

Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days. For further guidance and treatment.

Surgery if done for right indications is usually 100% effective there is no restriction on joining gym but if knee is painful, it may harm mri is necessary usually in young age, acl reconstruction is recommended as it leads to oa diet has no role in ligament injury avoid extreme knee bending such as squatting/sitting cross legged on floor.
