It is not good idea to consult many doctors. Best is to consult one whom you trust at the most second opinion to confirm. Should be Gynaecologist. One who gets detailed medical history from you, examines you and looks at all reports can advise you properly.

As long as your periods are regular it is okay. In order to find out why you are not getting pregnant you need to get a few blood tests done. These include fsh lh prolactin amh tsh and hsg to check your fallopian tubes. Also your husband's semen will have to be analysed.

Belly will start showing only after 16 weeks, generally it is more prominent only after 20 weeks. If you are having white curdy discharge, it may be due to a fungal infection. See your Gynaecologist for the same. She may recommend USG if required. USG is not harmful to the baby.

Pregnancy test is negative, so no need to worry. Now we need to find out the cause of not having mens and then we can prescribe treatment for it and if needed, drugs for artificial menstruation.

If your so called married partner is affected with diseases, you may also have the same upon having unprotected sex with her. Symptoms depend upon the disease she has. Diseases range from gonorrhea, fungal infections, syphilis or even aids. These diseases are difficult to be identified upon symptoms only and need blood investigations.

Hello, You seems to be either oversensitive towards even slight pain too. Has your gynaecologist told you about any infection you are having? As any infection or inflammation also increases the pain, so do share reports with me. Medication: Start with Schwabe's Five Phos. and Alfaalfa Tonic for 1 month. Schwabe's Mag. Phos. and Colocynthis 200 - take them as SOS medicines during the time of pain only. You can take after every 2 hrs. After that get back to me for your status of pain.

The condition is termed as Metrorrhagia also known as the dysfunctional uterine bleeding is a problem that women suffer from. Metrorrhagia is common, with patients who are near to their menopausal phase. Basically, this condition is characterized by bleeding episodes (mainly spotting but can lead to severe bleeding) outside the menstrual phase. Metrorrhagia is considered a symptom of a possible health problem but shouldn’t be handled as a serious health problem right away. One should not panic. Some of the main cause are----------- • Endometrial hyperplasia. This condition is said to be a result of abnormal levels of estrogen and decreased levels of progesterone. This abnormality in hormonal levels would then prompt excessive endometrial cells. • Uterine cancer. This is considered a common cause of the metrorrhagia. Increasing age is related to uterine cancer, making postmenopausal women as victims of the uterine cancer. Tumors such as those found in ovarian cysts can result to abnormal off-menstrual bleeding. • Ruptured polyps. There are cases where a woman is unaware that she has cervical polyps. Somehow, after sexual contact, it will be identified. Postcoital bleeding should not be taken lightly, as this may indicate for presence of polyps in the cervix or endometrium. • Cervical dysplasia. This condition is a pre-cancer stage that involves vaginal spotting as a symptom. This may be indicative that cancer development is in progress. • Cervicitis. This is known as infection of the cervix. Bleeding during the infection would indicate prompt attention as this may progress to a chronic problem. • Abortion or miscarriage. This is a common cause of vaginal bleeding. There are cases where after abortion, fetal parts are left that can cause for vaginal infection and bleeding. • Infection. Sexually transmitted infection/s is a probable cause of metrorrhagia. Syphilis is known to cause vaginal bleeding. Those who have Lyme disease are prone to metrorrhagia as they become susceptible to infections. • Hormonal imbalance. There are underlying conditions such as hyperthyroidism/hypothyroidism that cause hormonal imbalance. • Coagulation problems. Women who have an underlying coagulation (blood clotting) problem such as those prone to bleeding are highly susceptible to metrorrhagia. • Use of contraception. The use of devices that can traumatize the vaginal or uterine lining can cause bleeding. IUD is a common device to cause metrorrhagia. Treatment depends upon the cause of Uterine bleeding and for that a thorough physical examination is required. So my advise is to immediately consult a gynaecologist so as to diagnose the underlying cause at the earliest and treatment given accordingly.

All About Trichomonas Vaginalis

Ask Free Question
Trichomonas Vaginalis, a virus, which affects almost 7.4 million men and women each year. This virus can cause a sexually transmitted disease upon contact with a person who may be carrying the same. This condition is more common in women than it is in men and causes a variety of symptoms. Let us learn more about this infection.

Symptoms
This disease does not have any obvious symptoms until the problem becomes pretty severe. The symptoms for men include irritation inside the penis, discharge, and a burning sensation upon urination and ejaculation. The symptoms for women include a strong odour filled discharge that may also be greenish yellow in colour, pain in the lower abdomen in case the infection is extremely severe, itching and irritation in the vagina, and pain or discomfort during sexual intercourse.

Diagnosis
The gynaecologist or the general physician will usually carry out the diagnosis with the help of blood and urine samples that will be sent to the lab for testing. These tests will help in determining the spread and severity of the infection. The doctor will also use vaginal or urethral fluid in order to diagnose the issue with the help of further lab tests. Most doctors will tell you that it is harder to detect the presence of the virus in women, than it is in men.

Treatment
The treatment of this disease is done with the help of metronidazole, which can be used to treat trichomoniasis in case the patient is pregnant. It is usually recommended that the sexual partner of the patient should also be treated for the infection so as to stem its spread. Also, the doctors will recommend abstinence from sex for the duration of the treatment. Antibiotics will also be prescribed for both partners. Usually, one will be asked to wait for all the symptoms to disappear before becoming sexually active again.

Complications
There is a risk of contracting the HIV virus in case pregnant women do not get treated for this disease on time. It can also cause premature rupture of the various membranes that protect the foetus, which can in turn, lead to premature delivery of the baby. Further, women who are suffering from this disease are at higher risk of passing on the HIV virus to their partners. This happens when the woman is also infected with the HIV virus.

Prevention
There are various ways to prevent this disease including the proper use of condoms and limiting the number of sexual partners. Genital inflammation and pain should be checked by a doctor immediately to rule out the possibility of this STD. Also, one must take the necessary precautions to avoid catching and spreading this disease and getting a full body check up done is an important part of prevention.
