ANTI ALLERGY TIP TO CHRONIC SUFFERERS:

Everywhere there is misconception that allergy can not be cured except only by giving anti allergics. Yes there is good guidance in allopathy as well as in Ayurveda that cause should not be contracted or be removed. But barring few things can we avoid sun, dust, smoke, winds, changing weathers, pollen grains at all and keep these at bay !

No its not possible fully. Then what is possible is develop resistance in your body by adopting to age old and time tested simple Ayurveda Tips. Where's the hitch?

Its in the lethargic attitude of we people to believe in slow acting but safe herbals. Yes , you are right. Everything should be achieved rapidly - I agree.

But when your allergy doesn't go for years and decades and you fall prey to slightest allergens or changes and in turn keep on taking toxic drugs for unending periods, why you become adament not to try simple things which you can easily get and are economic and safe too.

For example curcumin and its ready made simple medicine Haridra Khand, Sahinjana and Neem, Kantkari herb and its ready made medicine, holy basil leaves etc.

There are innumerable other things. If you try with patience, the bouts of allergic attacks may reduce drastically in a given span of time. Do not think but try now.

Please write for specific guidance giving full history. OR meet your respective Ayurveda Consultants.

I was suffering from stomach got a tablet from a local medical store had it pain went again after two days it started paining now remember I had some chinese food at a friend party after that pain started to begin it starts I take a tablet it goes and after few days it again come back its getting repeated again and again.

Probably it could be due to poor digestion and please consult medical doctor for this problem. Drink butter milk and also hot water as a home remedy which would make you to feel comfortable.

Dear lybrate user, the purpose of drinking water is to keep ones body hydrated especially when you are playing. Your parents & teachers are quite right in advising you that you should rest for about 5-10 min after playing so as to allow your body temperature to become normal &body rested & then drink water. You should also drink some water before playing especially in summers so that your body remains hydrated.

Early Morning: Lemon Tea Morning: low fat milk Breakfast: Oats porridge or Poha 1 cup Mid Morning Snack: An apple Lunch: Roti 2 with beans vegetable; dal one katori and Cucumber raita Evening snack: Brown bread sandwich (with Egg or Paneer) Dinner: Roti 1 with mix vegetable salad; Cabbage vegetable with steamed sprouts. This is given just for an example. One can consider following tips while planning the balanced diet: Use minimum processed food. Include 3-5 servings of fresh vegetables everyday Include 2-4 servings of fresh fruits per day Limit intake of table salt and sugar. Water is an important nutrient. Drink 2-3 lit water every day. Count on essential fats coming from flax seeds, almonds, fish etc. Check with your protein intake. Include protein rich foods in every meal.

For piles,avoid constipation. Take isabgol husk in warm milk every night. Eat fibre rich diet. Eat 3-4 servings of fruits everyday. Avoid spicy food, garam masala, laung, hing in food. Hope this helps u. If required, consult.

Brush teeth, tongue and gums at least twice a day, eat foods that stimulate the production of saliva like grapefruits, lemons and oranges, if the cause of the bitter taste is gerd or indigestion, adjust one's eating time, drink a lot of water, use cinnamon or cloves, make use of regular peppermints or breath mints.

Prevention for swine flu.. avoid infected area or in croweded area. Do not drink cold water . Do not hand-shake . Use your own hanky . Drink plenty of warm water, juice, warm veg.-soups, get more rest and sleep to help immune system . You can use O.T.C . medicines i.e. acetaminophen or paracetamol , avoid asprin during fever or in flu. And may take antivirus medicine i.e. tamiflu from govt. Hospital. Test for swine flu is H1N1. IF positive then go to hospital for proper treatments. Get well soon .

Hello If symptoms are sneezing, Running nose, blocked nose 1.Take proper rest/ lot of fluids 2. and Take proper home made diet. 3. Do Steam inhalation carefully by steam inhaler twice a day for 2-3 days, 4. You can take Tablet Levocetrizine 5 mg one tablet after food once a day bedtime for 3 days.(if no drug allergy ) I recommend you to take Tablet Daily(Nutrilite) after personal consultation this supplement has shown wonderful result in boosting immunity and by this severity and episodes of cold can be reduced if taken regularly
