It most probably is due to mouth ulcer. It should heal in 7-10 days. You can apply mucopain for temporary relief. If it doesn't subside then do get a check up done.

Still you are just 19 years old. You have chances to increase height. Go for swimming and gym to increase height. These two options are best for males' height. Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. I suggest you to follow these exercises on regular basis in order to get result.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily .Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. .Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana ? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Speak to him about your father, raise the topic so that he starts talking about it. This will facilitate ventilation of suppressed anger and improve his condition. But you must not raise the topic, talk for couple of minutes and leave. That will leave him angry and irritable without beneficial effects. You need to carry the discussion for 30-40 minutes on each instance. Many such instances may be needed. The end of a typical session is signalled when the intensity of his outburst has significantly reduced. Initially he may be resistant, but gradually he will improve. Take care!

Hi Gaurav. It' possible that you maybe pregnant. Please do a pregnancy test and check. Its not always necessary to have full intercourse to get pregnant. Even the precum of the semen can make a woman pregnant.

Symptoms of Osteoporosis are - * pain in all joints *backache * More chances of bone fractures * Decaying of teeth Osteoporosis mainly occurs in female after menopause in females. For make your calcium level normal these are some instructions given below: • check your Parathyroid hormone level ( this hormone maintain calcium level in our body ) . Decrease level of this hormone cause low calcium level. • Increase intake of calcium rich diet such as milk , cheese ,curd ,green leafy vegetables, spinach , cabbage, soya products ( tofu),carrot . • Sit in sunlight for 5 min daily , sunlight has vitamin D . • you can take vitamin D supplement to increase your calcium level . • Increase your digestion with use of this method take 1 tea spoon of jeera , dhaniya , and ajwayin grind it and use it in your daily food items . • check your kidney function test and treat the kidney disease for decrease in calcium level.

How to get rid of pimples? I reduced taking oily diet but still getting pimples what should be done.
These are the best methods to cure pimples fast -: • To control the sebum (oily) secretion you should maintain your hormonal level. Because imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum (oil) production and causes pimples. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. Touch your face very less. • you can use a face pack of fuller's earth (multani mitti) with rose water one time in a day for seven days. It removes toxins from skin and remove pimples.,• • Give Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for 3-5 minutes daily. • You can take 2 teaspoon of SAAFI SYRUP daily for 1 month for clear face. • Take 20 gm powder of Black pepper and 50 gm of Amla powder. Mix it and take 1/2 tea spoon of this mixed powder daily with luke warm water for 15 days for pimple free skin. • Take Vitamin-A rich diet & you can take Vitamin-A capsule of 25, 000 I. U. Only under the supervision of a doctor. • use a mild moisturiser for your skin only in winters.

These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. Be healthy.

Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a brain disorder marked by an ongoing pattern of inattention and/or hyperactivity-impulsivity that interferes with functioning or development. Here’s how to help yourself overcome sleeping problems: •Buy an egg timer. Using a tangible instrument like an egg timer helps keep your family on track with bedtime schedules. •Commit to a set schedule. Make sure that you go to bed at the same time every night and wake up at the same time every morning, including weekends. Staying up later on weekend nights and wake up later the next morning just makes your weekdays more difficult. If you are fighting fatigue despite the set schedule, you might need to increase your sleep time. Remember that younger children do need more sleep than older children. •Remove sources of stimulation. During the hour you get ready for bed, turn off the TV, music, computers, and video games. Don’t engage in arguments or initiate any rough play. This is an hour that should be very peaceful, That means that parents also need to be peaceful — no arguing with each other or the children. •Use a reward system. Give yourself stars, or stickers that can be traded in the next morning for a small reward. These rewards come when expected actions, like brushing teeth, are completed on time. Rewards may also be earned by staying in bed after lights-out. •Keep the house quiet. During the bedtime preparation and once you are in bed, keep the house quiet and calm. It’s a good idea to keep your voices down and turn down TV and music. •Return calmly to bed. Even with a reward system and a cozy bed, you might still want to get up. Return to bed without indulging in talking, arguing, threatening , or any other energizing activity. •Allow a full hour to get ready for bed. Once you have your egg timer, you can use it to count down the hour you need to wind down. Here’s how to break down the hour: oFirst 30 minutes: Set the egg timer for 30 minutes. This period of time is for hygiene — bathing, brushing teeth, and putting on pajamas. ONext 15 minutes: Set the egg timer for 15 minutes. This period of time is for a relaxing activity, such as reading a book, doing some relaxation exercises, or practicing deep breathing. OFinal 15 minutes: Set the timer for 15 minutes. This is for getting into bed (and staying there). In bed, there should be some sort of ritual between the parent and the child. Consider reading a favorite book, snuggling, praying, identifying good things that happened that day, telling a favorite story, or some other soothing and affectionate activity. Lights go out at the last “ding.” •Wake up gently. You need a good plan for waking The “bugle call” approach can actually set you up for a day-long spiral of ill temper. Instead, try a gentle action, such as opening the blinds or listening to a calm music and getting up. •Build in getting-ready time. You may need a morning schedule that is just as generous in time and structure as their pre-bed ritual. A chaotic rush to get out the door sets the wrong tone for the day. •Limit Caffeine and stimulants late in the day and Be Active. Caffeine and other stimulants consumed too close to bed time will keep you tossing and turning all night. The same goes for taking stimulant prescription medications too late in the day. •Exercise. Not only is exercise beneficial for your overall health, but it plays a very big role in helping you sleep and feel better. However, it is not recommended to workout or engage in any major exercise too close to bed either. It can actually have the opposite effect in helping you achieve the rest you desire. Try and get regular exercise during the day or very early evening to avoid being wired at night. Regards,

Several things can be done to prevent cold: -Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. -Cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze or cough. -Get plenty of rest/sleep.Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. -Drink plenty of fluids(veg/tomato soups,dal water/coconut water/herbal tea etc), and eat nutritious food(like sprouts/boiled eggs without yolk with milk). Avoid foods or drinks with caffeine -Treatment:A cold usually lasts for a week or two. Unless you develop complications, you shouldn't need medical treatment. -Gargle to keep from getting a sore throat.Take only lukewarm water to drink during the day -Use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation. -Tablet nasorest-p once/twice daily may ease breathing. -Do steam inhalation once or twice daily. -Complications like infections of ears, throat, sinuses or lungs must be treated with antibiotics. -Cough- For dry cough.Take syrup Alex-D.(1 tsp thrice daily) -Productive cough:it brings up mucus from behind the throat or lungs.Use syrup Alex. -Get chest xray done if cough lasts for more than a week and consult doctor immediately. -Head and Body Aches- Take tablet dolo-650 mg for fever once or twice daily

Tiredness can be due to low haemoglobin level because of prolonged period , improve your iron and haemoglobin , To improve iron levels , "Please consider taking multivitamin cap "BECOZINC" which contains nutrients.You may take BECOZINC one capsule a day after a good breakfast for a week, then one capsule every alternate day for 14 days. ( Total three weeks ) Take foods rich in iron. For example, 1) Green leafy vegetables like Spinach (paalak ) , Cabbage (pata gobi) , Broccoli and others. 2) Dates (Khajoor) containing seeds and of dark brown color and soft texture. Not artificially processed. So seed containing Dates are correct choice. 5) Kellogg's flakes of Muesli dry fruit flavor , containing iron. 6) Energy bars which contain Iron , for example a) Greens Natural energy bar and b) Odwalla Nourishing food bar. Verify ingredients for iron on the outer package paper before buying. 7) Put sesame seeds on salads , fruits and vegetables to improve iron consumption."

Hello. Eat iron rich diet. All green veges and fresh juice all are good. Carrots, spinach, pomogranate, apples, chukundar, broccoli all are good source of iron. With this take vitamin c also because it help in absorption of iron in body. For any other help keep in touch. Good luck in life.

Cough usually occuers because of either infections or broncho-spasm. You need to have a check up by a general physician. In india major cause of coughing is tuberculosis also.
