Hello I need to clear few things My brother is 21 years old, he rarely have some pain near his lower stomach. It's paining slightly if he touches and pushes his stomach in. He often farts and is it due to gastric problem if so please recommend the diet and also some medicine.

Hi,Gas and acidity is the result of constipation and indigestion.Take homoeopathic medicine 1. Gastrobin (WSG), 10 drops+ 1/2 cup of water, half an hour before meals, 3 times a day. Lycopodium 30, 3 drops once daily in the morning for 7 days. 2. Natrum phos 6x, 4 tablets at a time, 3 times a day 10 mins. after meals. 3. Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. 4. Drink two cups of coconut water daily. 5. . Avoid heavy spicy and oily food , pickles. Revert me after 7 days.

I am working in a company as an it manager. My job is a seeting job for 8 hours in a day. And 5 hour travelling in a day with standaning position. My problem is - gas problem, heart burn & diziness while walking. Please advice me how can I have gas trouble free.

For your gas trouble you have to avoid certain food items like peanuts and potato and also make a schedule of minimum ten minutes for exercise.

Hello, it may be due to late conception if you had a normal 28 days cycle. Otherwise also some difference in gestational age and sonography report can be there. It will be clear in next report. The only thing is that fetal cardiac activity is visible after 6-7 weeks of pregnancy. It should be confirmed.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

Stress and depression can be relieved to some extent with relaxation exercises like yoga, meditation, deep breathing exercises, counselling, psychotherapy sessions etc. However for cases where symptoms have been severe, long standing or relapsing every now and then, medications may be required under the supervision of a psychiatrist. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. In my body there are small collections of mass. Also called guilty in hindi. One is in the right arm and one on shoulder. 2 are in left abdomen and 2 in the right down the ribs. Is anything to worry about it?

Hye. Eat small but more frequent meals. Try to take more of liquid or gruel type of meals. Take warm foods and easy to swallow foods like khichdi, rice dal, vegetables like potato, pumpkin, doodhi, soups, light kheer, herbal ginger and cardamom tea or soft upma or idli or dosa. Avoid spicy, oily, hard foods. Drink hot milk with haldi. Take fresh ginger juice and honey, about a spoon thrice a day. Keep hydrated.

Hello. Don't worry. Gently move the razor on these areas. Medication: Start immediately with homoeopathic medication - Sulphur 200/ one dose daily in the morning for a week and a homoeopathic tincture called Arnica Montana and mix 1 tsp in 1/2 cup of water and apply upon the face on the beard and the mustache area with a cotton swab. Then use the razor movement technique as in 1 above. Repeat the above process every 3rd day and see the growth in 1 month. Take a red mushroom called ganoderma 5 gms. 2 times per day at 12 hours interval for 3 months. Also, Pituitarin 30 one dose repeat after 15 days no further dose repeat after two month the same way All the above would definitely help to grow the beard. (If possible, share the pictures with me prior starting this treatment. Want to see the condition).

I am 33 years old male and my weight is 80. I am 5 days in a week runs almost 45 to 50 km. But I am gaining weight. Early morning I drink almost 750ml water then freshup and move to running. After that again I drink water and take my breakfast and at lunch time taking lunch and in evening only tiffin and buttermilk around 7.30. And also take plenty of water through out day but I gain weight. Give suggestion I would like to reduce at least 10kg.
