Please use Tea tree oil which is excellent for treating acne and pimples. It has antibacterial properties that help fight the bacteria that cause these skin problems. Plus, its soothing properties help reduce the redness and inflammation of pimples. It also helps dry out blackheads and whiteheads. Just dip a cotton ball in tea tree essential oil and dab it on the affected area. Rinse your face after 15 to 20 minutes. Another option is to mix a few drops of tea tree oil in 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel. Apply it on your pimples and blemishes, leave it on for 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Note: Steer clear of tea tree oil if you have sensitive skin. For further queries get back to me.

Dear lybrate-user I think you have sports injury and need detailed evaluation and imaging to come to a diagnosis. Once diagnosis is made we can treat you accordingly. Meanwhile apply ice for 20 minutes every hour and take some rest. The muscle injury take at least 48 hours to recover. If not relieved please see a sports medicine specialist.

My wife age is 32 years & she had routing health checkup. Below are the result which are high/low as per given reference. I want to know the interpretation on the same. Hello You need not worry. Your vit d and vit b12 levels are quite low. You can visit a physician so that multi vitamin can be prescribed. Along with include the following in your diet: Milk and milk products Soya and soya products like tofu. If you are non vegetarian include eggs, red meat. Thank you.

If steroids are given orally for long periods of time than only it will cause bone shrinkage but if given through nebulisation than it won't have any side effects

Take glycomet gp 2 before breakfast and glycomet 1gm bed time. Avoid sugar, junk food fried food and fruit juices. Exercise regularly.
