Hello- Indian females lack nutrition in their daily meals, which cause menstrual problems regularly. Start consuming dairy products (except curd) in excess. They are the good source of omega 3, which inhibits the release of Prostaglandins in blood and hence prevent menstrual pain effectively.

Can I have a normal delivery after a c section, after a gap of 1 n half year.Pleae tell.
Yes you can have a normal delivery provided reason for operation was not anatomical, your doctor will have to monitor you all through labor process lasting about 12 hours, take help of medicines to augment labor pains, and it will be a team work of doctor, nurses, baby doctor, by 1 and half years internal stitches are healed well and there is no risk of them breaking during labor pains.

It may due to any infection or hormonal changes. Get ultrasound of lower abdomen and thyroid profile test done.

healthy balanced diet.... you can have all the food whatever u like.... but take care not to eat more of one particular food too much.. consume more of protein , fruits and vegetables.... milk , egg, meat also....

usually four days before and four days after periods are considered safe,but if periods are irregular or the ovulation is delayed, then it would be wise to use protection to avoid pregnancy

At 7 month you should be feeling it. Try to concentrate on it when you r hungery or after taking your meals. You can feel it better in lying down position.

No having sex does not harm your chances of getting pregnancy for your wife. Treatment for infertility is started 1 year of marriage with regular intercourse (3-4 times a week). Ovulation occurs only one day in a full monthly cycle. So your body need more time to exactly match that timing with intercourse. Wait for another 10 months and try for spontaneous pregnancy. Once your one year is completed then only couple should start investigating both partners to find out the possible cause and treatment then follows.

Periodicity is more important than quantity. That means it is more important your periods should come monthly. Rather than quantity.

In majority of the cases irregular menses are accredited to hormonal imbalance, but in some cases it may be pathological and secondary to some pathology of ovaries mostly. Now if you want to regularized the menses then you must establish permanent balanced first and this can be achieved only with homoeopathy, because in modern medicine we get only a hormonal support with a very temporary relief. But with homoeopathy you can strike the hormonal balance permanently which later on also give you regular menses even if you stop the medicine.

Hello Mr. lybrate-user, if you wanna earlier conception then try to intercourse with your wife in the best time of ovalution periods, according to medical science a female more fertile that time her periods start and goes upto 14 to 16 days. That means the 14 to 16 day (3 days) of menstrual periods are more fertile time than others days. And one more thing do investigate your semen analysis then try it. Thanks.

  1. Eat healthy: No two ways about it. Your appearance is a direct reflection of your food habits. When I went for sonography on 22nd dec, doctor said the expected date for delivery id 16th jan. On 12th of jan I felt pain in lower back & vagina and frequent urination was there. When I went for checkup Dr. said cervix in only 1 cm dilated. Since then I just have a severe backache. I dnt feel any severe pain near vagina as of earlier. How will I come to know that I am in active stage of labour? Is every thing normal? This is my first time to become mom.

The labour pains are very typical. They start from the back and come into lower part of abdomen and vagina. You may have leaking of fluid or bleeding per vaginum associated with pain. This means that you are in labour. The pains tend to increase in frequency and intensity with passage of time. Your time can come anytime. All the best.

I had sex on 27th and I took ipill on 28th. After a week tt is on 4th I had sex again. Whr he never ejaculated inside me. N I even wiped his precum before he inserted. Hello, Since you took iPill, vaginal bleeding may occur as it causes a hormonal imbalance in body. Since there was no ejaculation, you are likely to be pregnant. However, do a urine pregnancy test to confirm pregnancy. If the result is positive, you are pregnant so consult a gynecologist for further evaluation and management.

How do you suppose to sit?

  • Keep your feet on the floor or on a footrest, if they don't reach the floor.

  • Don't cross your legs. Your ankles should be in front of your knees.

  • Keep a small gap between the back of your knees and the front of your seat.

  • Your knees should be at or below the level of your hips.

  • Adjust the backrest of your chair to support your low- and mid-back or use a back support.

  • Relax your shoulders and keep your forearms parallel to the ground.

  • Avoid sitting in the same position for long periods of time.


 

How you should stand properly?

  • Bear your weight primarily on the balls of your feet.

  • Keep your knees slightly bent.

  • Keep your feet about shoulder-width apart.

  • Let your arms hang naturally down the sides of the body.

  • Stand straight and tall with your shoulders pulled backward.

  • Tuck your stomach in.

  • Keep your head level-your earlobes should be in line with your shoulders. Do not push your head forward, backward, or to the side.

  • Shift your weight from your toes to your heels, or one foot to the other, if you have to stand for a long time.

     

What is the proper lying position?

  1. Find the mattress that is right for you. While a firm mattress is generally recommended, some people find that softer mattresses reduce their back pain. Your comfort is important.

  2. Sleep with a pillow. Special pillows are available to help with postural problems resulting from a poor sleeping position.

  3. Avoid sleeping on your stomach.

  4. Sleeping on your side or back is more often helpful for back pain. If you sleep on your side, place a pillow between your legs. If you sleep on your back, keep a pillow under your knees.
