Apple is a miracle fruit for the skin. The alpha hydroxy acids or AHA’s present in apples improves skin color and elasticity of the skin.Soak peeled apple slices in milk for 20 minutes and then blend to form a creamy paste.Place in the freezer for 10 minutes, and then mix a tsp of lemon juice, apply all over your face and neck.Rinse off after 15 minutes with cool water and massage an ice cube. The skin looks baby soft, smooth with a rosy white glow.Follow this for a week to get fair skin naturally. or All the natural ingredients (Tretinoin, Hydroquinone and Cortisone) inlcuded in Melamet have only one goal: to improve your skin tone. Tretinoin helps prevent and treat acne and wrinkles by peeling off dead skin cells. Hydroquinone is the skin lightener agent in this equation that improves the overall tone of your skin. Cortisone is an anti-allergy ingredient that reduces inflammation and/or itching.' How to Use: Use the Melamet Cream just before bedtime. Wash it off in the morning, and apply some sunscreen if you intend to go outdoors. Failure to do so will cause significant damage and even result in your skin turning black.

Dear patient, scar marks are due to fibrosis of skin on a particular area which was injured previously. You can now consider taking homeopathic medicine" scargo" with" scargo" lotion which removes scars or any marks or discolored spots in 8weeks. Using homeopathic medicines is 100% safe and effective. For further assistance consult me in private. Please keep a pic before using medications. You can see difference between before and after pics. Revert back one week after using scargo medicine and scargo lotion. Take care.

7 Skincare Essentials For Women in Their 40s

7 Skincare Essentials For Women in Their 40s

Skin care is an essential part of health and beauty. Though some of you may avoid or ignore it for a long time while giving in way to bring on crow's feet beside the eyes, thin lines on the forehead, and fine lines over the face, yet these all can be taken care of even in your 40s. If you realize that you need to care and deserve to look good always, it's never too late to start a skin health regimen.

These are the 7 tips you need to follow to make your skin look healthy and glowing when you are in your 40s.

Know your skin type
Whatever skin product you use, always make sure that it is made for your skin type. To know that well, you must know your skin type first. Skin is generally of four types namely oily, normal, dry and combination. Know yours to start right.

1. Washing: Wash your skin everyday. Use a mild face wash. Washing after you come home from an outing is an essential. Besides washing at bath time and washing your face at night before going to bed is also important. This keeps the derm pores on the face clean and prevents dust from piling and prevents acne and pimples.

2. Exfoliating: Exfoliation or scrubbing can be done as per your exposure to the outer world. In 40s your skin cells die sooner, and dead cells form a coat over the skin, which needs to be removed every week or so. Therefore, exfoliating the skin with a mild to normal scrubber in every 10 to 15 days is a good practice.

3. Toning: This keeps the skin healthy and compact as derm pores are tightened preventing entry of dirt and oil. Use a toner after every wash.

4. Moisturizing: A coat of moisturizer after toning is a must to keep the skin hydrated and prevent drying and wrinkling. Dry skin forms wrinkles faster, hence beware.

5. Wrinkle and anti ageing treatment: Use an anti aging cream or serum twice a day, preferably in the morning and at bedtime.

6. Under eye care: Care for your under-eyes and prevent dark spots and patches and the formation of crows feet. These obvious formations after 40 can be healed somewhat with daily care of skin around the eyes.

7. Lifestyle: Get enough sleep at least 6 hours in a day and drink lots of water to keep the skin hydrated and body detoxified.

Dark circles are mostly due to habits. Avoid rubbing eyes. Get allergies tested. If you have refractive errors, get it checked and corrected. Avoid eye cosmetics and chemicals. Shampoos that seep down to eyeswhile bathing can contribute to this, so don't let it accumulate. Food should b supplemented with iron capsules. Have green leafy vegetables and jaggery in plenty. Overtime with computers, laptops, television, can increase the chances of darkness around eyes. Get your hb checked. Catch a good six hour sleep everyday. Relax and destress with yoga, meditation, prayer.

What Makes You Prone To Acne?

What Makes You Prone To Acne?

What makes you prone to Acne?

Acne is a disorder which is characterized by small red bumps on the skin or occluded pores in the skin such as blackheads. It can make people conscious of their appearance and result in low self-esteem and anxiety. It usually affects people who fall in the age group of 12-25, but sometimes older people also get affected.

There are various factors that makes the skin prone to acne. Acne occurs when overactive sebaceous glands (glands that produce oil in the skin) produce excess oil and the dead skin cells clog the pores of the hair follicle present in the skin. Inflammation occurs in the clogged hair follicle resulting in acne.

Some causes that makes your skin prone to acne are:

  1. Diet: Following a proper diet is a key factor in keeping your skin healthy. Food usually doesn't cause acne directly but can cause other problems such as greasy skin that are linked with acne. However, foods high in iodides such as seaweeds consumed over time can cause acne.
  2. Stress: Stress is another major cause that makes your skin prone to acne. When the body is stressed, it produces excessive testosterone (a sex hormone) resulting in excessive oil production. Stress also impairs the immune system of the body so that it becomes vulnerable to acne.
  3. Cosmetics: Some cosmetics (usually oil based) tend to clog the pores of the skin which may result in acne. Using harsh cleansing agents can dry and irritate the skin. Also, gentle washing of the skin is recommended to avoid breakouts.
  4. Hormones: Changes in hormonal balance can cause acne especially in the beginning of puberty. In some cases, women are affected by acne when the menstrual cycle stops. The acne caused by hormonal changes may also be genetic in nature.

My first and foremost advice to you is take plenty of sleep daily. Dark circles could be genetic but they are mostly due to lifestyle and diet disorder. If you work on the screen for a long time, then keep taking breaks in between and splash cold water on eyes 3 times a day. Secondly, include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables especially the source of vitamin C in your diet. Apply Kojic acid based cream only at night and apply sunscreen in the morning

I am getting too much tanning on my skin. What should I do to get relieved from tanning as soon as possible?

I am getting too much tanning on my skin. What should I do to get relieved from tanning as soon as possible?
Hi, Do follow CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. Lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon, orange, gooseberry, etc. Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, can notaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce). If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: Use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel or Bakson’s Fairness cream daily at night. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes And then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this 2-3 times a day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Make a paste of'Kasturi Manjal' (wild turmeric) with rose petals, saffron and raw milk which is very effective.

Hi, Believe me, if you are genuinely happy from inside and taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face!! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. My lips are getting darker day by day. What should I do to lighten it? Please suggest a good and quit remedy.
Hello. Healthy pink lips add extra charm to a person's face. These naturally appealing lips don't need regular application of lips balms or lipsticks to look luscious and healthy. But several factors like the sun’s UV rays, smoking, caffeine and age can affect our lips and darken them. There are several natural solutions to lighten darker lips. Here is a list of natural home remedies that can lighten dark lips. 1. Sugar Scrub Take sugar and use it like a scrub. This will remove the darkness and dead skin from your lips and provide your lips a pink colour. Repeat this daily in order to get rid of black lips. 2. Beet Root Juice Apply 2-3 drops of beetroot juice and massage your lips. Beet root will make your lips pinker, giving them a luscious look. 3. Olive Oil Rub 1 or 2 drops of olive oil on your lips. This will reduce the darkness and moisturise your lips. 4. Lemon Juice We all know that lemon juice is great for hair and even greater for skin. It is also beneficial in making your lips beautiful and pink. Apply 2-3 drops of lemon juice on your lips. Stretch your lips and massage gently. You will see that the darkness is removing itself and your lips will appear to be soft. 5. Rose Flower Take 2-3 drops of rose flower oil and apply it on the lips. Rose flower oil will give you pink coloured lips, naturally. 6. Honey & Raspberry Take honey, raspberry and lemon juice in equal amount and mix them together. Apply this liquid balm on the lips and leave it. Honey and lemon will naturally remove the darkness from your lips and raspberry will give you the pink colour, you always wanted to have. 7. Brush Your Lips When you are done with your brush in the morning, brush your lips. Do it on a daily basis. This will work as a scrubber and remove the dead skin. Apply a good lip balm afterwards.

Mr. lybrate-user, If you have diabetes and if it is not in good control, then fungal infections of the skin are quite often seen. Hence, primary need is to achieve a very strict blood glucose control with FBS closer to 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% <6.8. Plus appropriate antifungal treatment should be taken both local and systemic to control fungal infection. BP also should be maintained between 120 to 130 ?70 to 80 mm Hg. There is no reason to feel sad, because if correct treatment is taken and all precautions are observed one can remain absolutely fit these conditions. However, because of your excess rather morbid obesity (BMI 53.57 kgs/M2) it is very difficult to bring all these conditions in control. Best option for you is to consider bariatric surgery, which will reduce weight and even control diabetes and hypertension. Thanks.
