If in a teeth found any black fungus or some other thing so should consult to dentist?
The black fungus is nothing but caries in your tooth. Kindly get the cavity filled before it becomes deep and painful. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene. Avoid having sticky food and sweets before going to bed.

Hi thanks for the query as per your words regarding bleeding gums and smell these are signs of gum disease either gingivitis or periodontitis(pyorrhea) if it's gingivitis you need to undergo scaling(cleaning of teeth) and root planing if it's periodontitis than you need to undergo flap procedure for longevity of your teeth visit a periodontist (gum specialist dentist) he can guide you better in this.

Once your food is digested, chemicals that cause odour can be absorbed into your bloodstream and from there into your lungs; these chemicals then are exhaled. Diets high in protein and sugar also have been associated with bad breath. Infections in the mouth, such as dental caries (tooth decay Persistent bad breath or a bad taste in the mouth may be a warning sign of gum (periodontal) disease. Gum disease is caused by the buildup of plaque on teeth. ), periodontal (gum) disease or mouth sores related to other conditions may contribute to bad breath. Dry mouth also can cause bad breath. Smoking or chewing tobacco-based products also can cause bad breath, You may need deep cleaning & fill tooth cavities with artificial enamel filling. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash until then. Advance procedures can be done with laser too. You may consult me in person.

Kindly get an x-ray done of the tooth having pain and may be you will have to get root canal treatment done followed by a crown or cap. Till then you can take a pain killer like tab ketorol dt 2 tabs dissolved in water. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique and maintain your oral hygiene.

The type of treatment you have for toothache /sensitivity/swelling will depend on the cause of the pain, so your dentist will examine your mouth and may carry out an X-ray to try to identify the problem. •If your toothache / sensitivity/swelling is caused by tooth decay, your dentist will remove the decayed area and replace it with a filling. •If your toothache / sensitivity/swelling is caused by a loose or broken filling, the filling will be taken out, any decay will be removed and a new filling put in place. •If the pulp inside your tooth is infected, you may need root canal treatment. This procedure involves removing the infected pulp and then inserting a special type of filling to seal the tooth and prevent re-infection. •If your toothache / sensitivity/swelling can't be treated using these methods, or if your tooth is impacted (wedged between another tooth and your jaw), it may need to be removed.

Brush twice daily n avoiding sweet won't solve a problem. Make an habit of gargling with water after you eat or drink anything. Avoid sticky n junk foods. Use a mouthwash regularly. Get scaling and polishing done. Regularly visit a dentist at least biannually.

RTC is complete only when the proper restorative work on the tooth is complete. So, make sure to visit an endodontist or dentist to get the complete treatment done.
