You can start with mosit heat pack and shoulder pendular exc.( check on youtube). There can be many reasons for shoulder pain. You need to consult physio or orthopaedician for further prescription. Pendular exc are safe for all conditions to relieve pain. I hope I helped you !

Dear Lybrate user, do warm foamentation to get relief from pain. Exercises are stretching and strengthening exercises in a stable posture as lying down or sitting. For time being avoid stair climbing.

Hi * stop running completely or decrease your training. *apply ice to reduce inflammation. *gently stretch your achilles and your calves. *consider cross-training for a while swim, run in the pool or ride a bike. *when you return to running, increase your mileage slowly, no more than 10 percent weekly. *make sure you wear the correct running shoes Best wishes.

Hello, Is there any history of injury or hurt to the area? Any underlying medical condition? Medication: Meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it. Get back to me thereafter.

Hello apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on your affected part and give hot water fomentation .take yograj guggul and agni tundi vati after lunch and dinner with warm water. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya vatari capsule and syrup twice a day. Avoid fermented food. Junk food.

I have got delivery a month ago.in how many months in maximum I will get to know if I have hernia. I do travel by rickshaw. Climb stairs and walk alot. What are the causes of hernia.

I understand your pain. Take some alum and mix well in hot water. Immerse your hand and take hot fermentation for 15 min thrice a day. When your hand is in water do some exercises like making fist open and then individual finger movements. This will give you relief from your pain and discomfort. You can also take laser and ift at your nearby physiotherapy center. For any doubt please contact. Make a habit not to write in countinous. Take a break for 4-5 min and then start writing again this will help you to get recover very soon. Best regards.

I am 33 years old female non vegetarian I smoke and drink regularly I am fat weight is 78 I am 5'4. Please try to inculcate healthy life style. Leave the vices like smiling and drinking with determination. Sleep early. Get up early. Start the day with brisk walk. Jogging. Exercise is a very good tool to weed away minor depression. Avoid drinking partners as much as you can. Stop taking fried items. Junk food etc. To bring down your body weight. So far your abdominal pain is concerned. Please get dome check up done by your family doctor and may do some tests luke blood for cbc. Esr. Stool and urine for r/e. And a ultra son of rap by of abdomen and pelvis. If you suffer from low backache you may need to go for more tests. May take guidance from a dietician. Don't give up. You can do wonders with little adjustments of your daily routine.

What is the treatment for; i. There is pain in the center of the left and right feet which is just like a thorn prick. Bare footed if I walk and if something hard is stamped, it pains a lot. Ii. There is a heavy fat deposit around the organ which is scaring. How to get it downsized to normal. Iii. If Muscle % is 23.1 and fat % is 39.8 and BMI is 37.8 and BMR is 1935 V.fat is 30 weight is 99.2 and height is 162 cms and age is 65 what diet to be observed to become normal if this details denote abnormally? Iv. If there is any center to give consultation for these problems or questions, at Bangalore You may give me the address so that I can visit the Doc personally. I am a pensioner .Would it not be cost prohibitive to go in for the treatment personally?

• Point your toes • Raise your heels • Squeeze your toes • Roll a ball. Roll a golf ball or tennis ball under the ball of your foot. Apply light pressure for about two minutes. according to the APMA. • Stretch standing up. “A weight-bearing, runners-type stretch can be helpful for foot pain in the arch,” says Kurtz. Stand up and place your toes against a wall; lean forward a little until you feel your arch stretch. Repeat using the other foot.

Avoid exercising the muscles around the hernia. For instance, if you have an abdominal hernia, don't do crunches. This could make your hernia worse or even cause more hernias to break through the tissue. Exerting and straining yourself to lift heavy weights should be completely avoided. Avoid exercise that stretches or pulls abdominal muscles for at least two weeks, then begin with light resistance training. You can resume core strength training after about four weeks.

Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side.. Warm up and cool down is a must.
