Breast changes happen only after pregnancy, older age, breast feeding or hormone therapy. Though nipples may look puffy during oral stimulation, it is temporary, and does not have lasting effect.

Hello, sex is to be avoided till 16th week and then after 34th week of gestation to avoid early miscarriage and preterm labour respectively. You may have sex in between and no harm discharging sperms inside.

No you do not have a chance of pregnancy but as to when you will get years periods cannot be predicted. Please practice safe sex to avoid emergency contraception and also sexually transmitted infections which are rampant. Use protection always.

As you already had menses after having sex, there is no need to take i-pill as with the yesterday's act, you can not get pregnant. There is no harm in taking i-pill as it is very safe, but now it is not needed.

I am 18 years old and had sex first time in november 2014. I had regular periods after that. But this month I am not getting my period. Blood test (beta hcg) was 0.100 miu/ml. I am constantly worried about being pregnant. I know this is silly but please help me out. I am not bloated like other six month pregnant ladies but slightly fat. An hcg level of less than 5miu/ml is considered negative for pregnancy, and anything above 25miu/ml is considered positive for pregnancy. So you need not worry about pregnancy, but you have to consult doctor and check your causes for late menses. Better you consult homeopathic doctor to solve your problem.

If you have missed your periods and have had unprotected sex I would advice you to do a urine pregnancy test.

Foods to Avoid in Arthritis

Arthritis is defined as a disease that causes painful inflammation and stiffness in joints. There are some food items, which you should avoid if you are suffering from arthritis since they can worsen your condition and lead to inflammation and joint pain. Stick to a smart, nutritious diet that doesn't make you gain weight.

The following food items should be struck off your daily meals: 

  1. Red Meat: Red meat has high levels of saturated fat. Patients of arthritis must avoid consuming foods containing saturated fat because they contribute to obesity. They also contain Omega-6 fatty acids, which lead to inflammation if the intake is high. Red meat contributes to higher overall fat and calorie intake.
  2. Sugar and Refined Flour: Sugar and refined flour may cause an upsurge in blood sugar levels. When there is a spike in your blood sugar levels, the body produces a pro-inflammatory chemical called cytokines to break down the carbohydrates. This results in inflammation, worsening your arthritis symptoms. They also increase your weight, putting more and more pressure on the joints.
  3. Fried Foods: Eliminating fried foods from your diet helps in reducing the levels of inflammation. Fried foods increase oxidation in the body's cells due to toxins called advanced glycation endproducts or age. They are high in fat and lead to obesity. Moreover, most restaurants use hydrogenated oils which are rich in trans fats. Trans fats are even more harmful than saturated fats when it comes to inflammation, chronic heart diseases and other health problems.
  4. Alcohol and tobacco: High intake of alcohol causes a surge in the body levels of CRP or C - reactive protein which is a powerful agent of inflammation. The risk of developing rheumatoid arthritis is higher among smokers.
  5. Processed Foods: Foods that are ready to eat and require minimal cooking contain several ingredients that cause inflammation. They are loaded with saturated fats, refined flour and sugar and are extremely unhealthy and worsen arthritic pain.  
  6. Corn Oil: Many foods, especially baked foods, are cooked in corn oil or other oils which are rich in omega 6 fatty acids and trigger inflammation. Corn oil can be replaced with olive oil that is rich in omega 3 fatty acids which is anti-inflammatory. Eat a healthy and balance diet. Have 2 glasses of milk and a cup of curd. Have 2-3 servings of dal if you are a vegetarian and off and on can be replaced with meat if you are a non-vegetarian. Have green leafy veggies once in 2-3 days. One fruit serving daily. Avoid taking medications on your own. Go for daily walks. Do not overeat food items like fried food and sweets.
