HI Lybrate USER…. 1) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 2) avoid late night sleeping habits …sleep upto 10-10.30 pm…. 3) avoid coffee and tea…. A) take 2 tsf of SHATAVARI KALP with 250 ml of lukewarm water, in the morning instead of break fast…B) take 60 ml of triphala juice along with 15 ml of honey and 2-2 tablet of VASANTKUSUMAKAR RASA and MOUTIKYUKTA KAMDUDHA VATI at night before sleep…. Check your hemoglobin level. If it is low follow iron rich diet. If hemoglobin is at level then check your knee position. If there is more backward bend in any one of the knee or both do regular exercise to strengthen hamstring muscle (you may find in net). If you regularly play in which you jump a lot ; please use knee cap.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

There is no special diet for a person with diabetes, but certain restrictions should be followed. Like avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries, white bread, other bakery items, sweetened aerated drinks and high fat milk products. Should consume more of green leafy vegetables, salads and permitted fruits about 100 g a day. Food should include complex carbohydrates, so that sugar rise is slow. Total caloric intake has to be based on ideal body weight, extent of daily exercise and blood sugar levles. On treatment you should strive to maintain fastinf around 100 mg, pp150 to 160 mg and hba1c% 6.8. That will keep you healthy and fit plus serious complications of diabetes will be kept away. Thanks.

Mix clarified butter and sugar in equal proportion (around 1 tbsp of each). Eat this mix at least 30 minutes before your meal on an empty stomach. Consume it for one month. You will definitely see dramatic results.

Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.
