For glowing & fair skin : • Applying a mixture of cucumber and papaya with one teaspoon of each and with three teaspoon of oatmeal apply it for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with water . • Apply one teaspoon of honey for 30 minutes and wash it off . • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi ( turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water . • Apply one teaspoon orange juice or take a piece of orange open it then apply that area for 5 minutes then rinse off it. • Apply one teaspoon of fuller ' s earth ( multani mitti ) add one spoon of rose water mix it apply it for 10 minutes. • Eat fruits daily and drink a glass of milk daily . • Mash half bnana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water. • Save yourself from sunlight by covering your face with cloth or by using sunscreen lotion .

Hi - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

My wife is very irritated for no reasons and she uses to undergo medicines for thyroid as I have observed that she is becoming more day by day which is effecting my personal life should I give up my personal feelings or should should I move else as we planned for a baby but failed now I am moreover loosing hope to get that as I do not want on an artificial technique this time I am totally confused please suggest as having a counselling talk with her is no way giving any solution as she does not want to listen to anybody's word what should I do pls suggest.

Dear lybrate user it must be difficult and stressful situation for you. But don't you think marriage requires giving support love and care to your partner irrespective of how troublesome are the situations. You as a husband need to be very patient and sensitive towards your wife. Express your love to her by spending time with her, giving her space to express her emotions too. Try to talk to the doctor with whom your taking the thyroid treatment for your wife. May be a little counselling from him / her would help. Hope I could help you in some way.

Dear lybrate user, *do not take more stress. *practice yoga, breathing exercise, meditation to relax and detoxification. *do proper sleep of 6-7 hours. * add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs. *apply and massage your scalp with mahabringaraj taila for 10-15 minutes/day, it increases blood circulation and enhance hair growth. *avoid hair colors. * take vitamin-e rich foods like dry fruits (almonds, pista etc) daily. * take 1/2 teaspoon of amla powder with water once a day. *avoid more salt, dry, maida related junk foods. *avoid more coffee, tea.

Depression like any other illness is a disorder that needs treatmnet. I hope you must be under treatmnet from a good psychiatrist. However if your symptoms of depression still persist after 3 years, it is quite possible that you may need a revision of diagnosis. Consult your psychiatrist for the same. Generalised body pain and neck pain could be due to problems with muscles, or arthritis, fibromyalgia, thyroid problems and due to defeciencies like vit d and b12. Incorporate a balanced diet along with exposure to sunlight in early morning and mild exercises like walking or aerobics. Maintaing proper posture is also essential. If it persists visit a physician who may order blood tests to rule out certain conditions.

Dear lybrate user, take, plenty of water to eliminate toxins and to moisten your scalp. Take, homoe medicine @ wiesbaden 30-6 pills, thrice a day. @ jaborandyq -20 drops with olive oil, apply on your scalp. Please, report, fortnightly.

First of all,avoid friction.dont rest ur elbows on surfaces.avoid scrubbing elbows,knees.Dont use tight clothing.dont use perfumes,deos and roll ons over the neck.U can use an antiperspirant powder.U can use a homeremedy of sugar,honey and lemon juice over the dark areas for fifteen minutes and wash it off.
