These are the methods to treat fastly acne - • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. * Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the pimples three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. Be healthy.

Turmeric is an ingredient that has hordes of antiseptic properties in it. Add a mixture of turmeric powder and a couple of teaspoons of mustard oil and apply it to the areas where you see white patches on your body. It will help in boosting your immune system. If there are a lot of areas in your body where you see white patches, then you need to increase the quantity of oil and turmeric powder accordingly. Apply this mixture to your skin twice daily. You need to use this continuously for a year to see visible and effective results.  Neem Extracts Neem is used to treat a lot of skin problems and it is said that it is a very good remedy for treating autoimmune disorders. All you need to do is to make a good powder of the dried leaves of the neem tree along with its dried flowers and fruits. You need to take one teaspoon of this powder mixture with a glass of water every day. It helps to fight immunity disorders and thereby help in reducing white patches on your skin. You can also make a fresh paste of the neem leaves with a little bit of water and apply it to he affected area. You need to rinse it off after ten to fifteen minutes. This remedy will greatly help in reducing white spots if used on a regular basis. Honey The anti fugal property in honey will take care of the fungus that causes the white patches on your skin. It will help your skin to glow and to retain its normal color. You need to first clean the affected area of your skin with soap and lukewarm water and then pat the area dry. Apply liquid honey on to the affected area and allow it to get absorbed by the skin fully to see good results after few weeks or months of application.

Simple carbohydrates that have high amount of sugar and less fiber and nutrients like cakes, biscuits and white flour often redirect the nutrients consumed through other sources to the process of digestion of their own. They could indirectly lead to hair loss since sugar is known for slowing down the ability of the body to handle stress – and stress is a major factor for hair fall. Eating complex carbohydrates and fibrous food like wholemeal flour, bananas and beans, on the other hand, help digestion and body’s ability to carry nutrients to blood stream and effectively, to hair follicles.

Hi. Let me tell you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent (which is called as 'Hairloss' rather). In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, may be because of formation of DHT (Di- Hydro -Testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up, subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. (There are different pattern and types of hairloss, because of different reasons like Alopecia Areata, Telogen Effluvium, Scarring Alopecia, Traction Alopecia, etc.) Causes of hairloss: Many factors are responsible formation of this DHT or male/ female pattern baldness - hereditary, post-illness/ ailment, post-delivery, post- chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger, use of bore water, any other underlying diseases, etc. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs, pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnut and almonds), iron-rich food like green vegetables, also take flaxseeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. (N.B.: With the help of homoeopathic medicines, we can only prevent further progress of the hairloss, means it will get arrests in the present condition in case of progressive baldness. But, in case there are areas of baldness which has gone smooth and shiny, you will have to choose an option of Hair Transplant along with theses medications!). Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.

Hi make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste. Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water.

Hair fall may be attributed to different reasons like using artificial colors, hair styling, chemicals etc. It may be due to some internal weakness also. Please go for herbal neem shampoo. Use shikakai and amla as conditioner (soak amla and shikakai in water overnight and boil a little in morning). Apply it on hairs. Keep for half an hour and then wash. It will condition the hairs.

You are taking a high dosage, if it is working, it is good but then it will be hard for you to stop this as the body tends to get used to it. You can ofcourse use melaglow. First 2-3 days can show you whether it is working well or showing any reaction. If it suits you, you may continue.

Hello, use fash or facecare facewash twice a day. It will help in pore cleansing. Multani mitti face packs once a week will reduce oiliness. You could go for a clean up to remove stubborn blackheads.

1. Wash hair sparingly and use a good-quality shampoo. Washing hair too often can leave hair dried out, leached of its natural oils, and may damage your hair. Aim to shampoo your hair at most every other day or even only twice a week. 2. Try shampoos that do not contain sulfates or parabens. Sulfates are the chemicals that make shampoos lather up. Parabens are preservatives that cause irritation and eye problems after prolonged use. Both of these chemicals aren't healthy for you or the environment so try to use shampoos with natural cleansers 3. Use conditioner that matches your hair type, length, and treatment damage. A good rule of thumb is to condition every time you shampoo your hair, although very processed or dyed hair probably needs a little more love than natural hair 4. Be careful about using hair care products with too much protein. Too much protein can leave your hair feeling desiccated and brittle. While protein is the building block of healthy hair, use conditioners that come with balanced ingredients. 5. Rinse your hair with vinegar before shampooing, twice a year. Doing this helps to make your hair look shinier and cleaner; plus, it treats dandruff. Use 1 part vinegar (preferably organic apple cider vinegar) to 3 parts warm water, then rinse and wash your hair as normal. 6. Moisturize your hair. Use five oils: almond, castor, olive, coconut and lavender oils. Mix together equal proportions of each. Alternately, use egg oil. Apply to the hair and leave in for four hours prior to showering out. Repeat twice a week. 7. Eat healthily. Give your hair the right amount of vitamins. Since hair is made of proteins, eat a balanced diet rich in lean protein, whole grains, fruits and vegetables. A healthy diet will ensure hair that looks and feels better. Make sure you get plenty of vitamin C. This vitamin strengthens hair. In addition, iron helps transport oxygen to blood vessels, zinc grows and repairs tissue, and omega-3 fatty acids grow healthy hair. Give your hair some time to show new brilliance. What you eat will not have an immediate difference on the hair you already have, but it will help with hair that is newly growing. 8. Remove stress from your life. Physical and mental stressors will keep your hair from realizing its full potential. Stress can cause hair loss, so try not to let stress overcome you. This means finding healthy emotional outlets for your stress: yoga, biking, meditation, or other forms of exercise all work well. 9. Tips Stress has a bigger impact than you think. Meditation can be very helpful, as well as exercise. --Put an oil on your hair at night before going to shower because this makes your hair shiny. --Do not sleep with wet or damp hair. This will weaken the follicles and make hair strands brittle. Blow dry in low heat at the roots before bed. --Most people use more shampoo than they need. Depending on hair length, you probably only need about a quarter sized dollop. --Don't blow dry hair too frequently. Frequent blow drying, or use of other heat products, can stress your hair. --Rinse your hair under cold water after you finish shampooing and conditioning to make it shine and look even more luscious than it was before. •When towel drying, don't rub the hair vigorously. This splits the hair. Try using a micro fiber towel as they soak up lots of moisture. --You can naturally strengthen your hair by mixing carrots, or Vitamin Water together in a blender and rubbing gently into hair before you wash. Sun exposure is one of the most common causes of darkened skin. Energy from the ultraviolet rays of the sun is absorbed by melanin as a normal way to protect the skin from overexposure. This can also darken areas that already have hyperpigmentation. The darkened area of skin can take from months to years to fade, though medical treatments can help to a small degree. Sometimes darkened skin occurs as a result of a hormonal change. Darkened skin can also result from a combination of sun exposure and an allergic reaction, usually to a specific plant or chemical. Treatments include removing layers of skin via a chemical peel and prescription bleaching treatments. These treatments won't work on pigment deeper in the skin. Daily use of sunscreen will also help keep a pigmented area from becoming darker you can also try for skin lightening creams but you have to consult a plastic surgeon for that.

You should eat fats and foods high in calories. Work out (lift weights) at the same time to not gain weight on the body. Do not smoke cigarettes/hookah/consume much alcohol. Drink milk with cream, eat parathas, ice cream, you will your face getting chubby.

Breast ptosis is the term used for loose breasts. It happens either with ageing as the skin and fibres in body become loose or in very lean patients or with sudden weight loss. Hi, Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8 hrs. Of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3 times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days.

Use haldi, besan, suji, milk and lemon juice paste and apply it on your face, keep it for 1/2 hour and then wash it away! drink 2 tsf of any raktashodhak twice daily! do it every alternate day! use aloe vera gel twice a day! if no relief take constitutional homeopathic treatment!
