If you are really concerned then first thing is stop chewing gutka its very harmful not only infection it can cause cancer also and then take tge medicines then it will have effect.

You can do hand job once a week, more than this harmful. Excessive hand job can cause erectile dysfunction, early ejaculation, sperms count problems, size problem of penis and body weakness and memory problem etc in the long run.

Well you may have fatty liver, need to take an usg whole abdomen, take food in every 3-4 hrs interval, take non spicy food, take ginger juice, with this you need proper homoeopathic treatment to cure your problem permanently, walk regularly in the morning.

I feel sleepy whole day. Here is my routine I ate dinner at 10.45 pm then after bath I go for sleep at terrace at around 12.00 - 1.00 am , then wake up at 7.30, my wife wake me up then we go to room and I here sleep at 8.00 and again wake-up at 8.45 am then I go to shop (shop is just a down stairs. Of my house) with drinking milk with some almonds. Then I return between 11.15-11.45 for breakfast then. I take lunch between 2.30 - 3.00 and then dinner at night. I think I get enough sleep then why whole day I feel sleepy and at night my legs start getting pain. I ask my 11 ys old nephew to stand on my legs. And whole day I get sleepy. Now I am writing this I am feeling sleepy. please help me please plz.

Although you r getting 7- 8 hrs sleep but it is not quality sleep. Improve your routine 1. Sleeping at 1 am is not good 2. I suggest take dinner by 9 pm and sleep by 11 pm 3. Get up at 6 am and do not again sleep. You can sleep in room rather than on terrace 4. Go for morning walk for 30 mts 5. Do deep breathing exercise for 10 mts 6. Do meditation for 10 mts 7. Take bath etc 8. Have breakfast by 8.15 am 9 go for work 10. Take lunch at 1.30 pm do it you wiill feel better, be in contact routine can be further improved till you feel perfect good luck.

DEAR Lybrate USER. This problem is due to irritation and inadequate nutrition of the brain. So follow few basic things …. 1) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 2) don’t drink water one hour before meals and one hour after meal…3) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast, fermented and stale foods…. 4) avoid coffee and tea…5) try to sleep upto 10.30 pm …6) do anuloma viloma pranayam regularly early in the morning. A) eat 1 TSF of HENBANE SEEDS along with 1 TSF of jiggery after meals. B) take 60 ml of AUDUMBARAVLEHA along with 10 ml of honey early in the morning and at night before sleep. C) take 2 tablets of MAHALAXMIVILAS RASA along with AUDUMBARAVLEHA at night before sleep…. D) instill 3-4 drops of CHANDANADI TAILA in each nostril at the time of sleeping……Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. Consult to me for further suggestions. THANKS.

1. Retrain your mind and body for sleep. If you can’t sleep, then get up and do something instead of lying there worrying. It’s the worry that gets you, not the lack of sleep. When we lie sleeplessly in bed our brain begins to associate bed with sleeplessness. Stimulus control therapy works to retrain your brain how to sleep. There are some guidelines you can follow on your own that can really help in this area. First, avoid using your bed for anything (ok almost anything!) except sleep. Secondly, if you are in bed awake for more than 20 minutes, get up and sit in a chair outside of the sleeping area and participate in a non-activating activity in low light. For example reading, crafting, or implementing a relaxation exercises. Try not to use anything with a screen. Sleep Hygiene can also contribute to training your body to sleep. One healthy step towards this is to develop a nighttime ritual. Having a cup of tea (decaffeinated), taking a warm shower, stretching, changing into specific pajamas before bed can all help send messages to your brain that it is time to go to sleep. 2. Manage your stress and worry. Stress and anxiety can create substantial barriers to sleep. Some tools that you can use during your day and near bedtime to reduce worry and stress are breathing exercises and muscle relaxation exercises. Both of these tools can help to reduce stress and induce relaxation which will help you prepare your body and mind to rest. Worry time: Pick a scheduled time to worry and write your worries down. If you think of something during the rest of the day, tell yourself you will worry about that during your “worry time.” If you must, take a minute to write down your worry at that time. Lastly, don’t look at the clock while sleeping! This can lead to increased pressure and worry about sleeping. I have had clients that go so far as to put the clock in another part of the room or put tape over the screen to avoid temptation. 3. Daily Activities and next steps What you do during the day does affect the quality of your sleep. There is plenty of evidence that supports the fact that exercising during the day can help you sleep better. Also, napping during the day can negatively affect your nighttime sleep.
