Hi lybrate-user you have involve in foreplay at least 15-30 mins before intercourse. Good foreplay can arouse the female and get into sex mode. Start your foreplay by clitoris's stimulation, breast stimulation, kissing etc. Proper foreplay can lubricate your wife vagina. Apply lubricant oil over penis before start to intercourse.

Pain during menstruation is called as dysmenorrhoea. If you r suffering from this since long time and if it is not controlled by meftal spas and if you have to stay at home during menses because of pain, then you should get sonography done to find out the cause. It could be ovarian cyst or endometriosis or fibroid also.

Hello, these pain in lower limbs and groin region off and on are due to progesterone effect, uterosacral lengthening and often positional as well. So you may use hot fomentation of lower back to help you decrease the same and maintain an erect posture while standing. Regards.
