I am 50 years old female. I am suffering from knots (as clots) on both arms from last 10 years. Some times I feel pain in these knots. I cosulted many doctors and they gave me kachnaar gugle baati tablets but no relief. Please sugguest me.

Sir, I am 58 years old and having backache for last 2 years. It pains a lot if bend forward but no pain while bending backwards. No pain while walking. But really hearts if seat on hard surface and while getting up from seating position. Please advice.

Stiffness & pain in back & other joints is quite a common condition. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Take physiotherapy session and learn exercise for spine. Don't sit on floor. Don't lift heavy things. Take calcium and multivitamin with vitamin d 3 also.

You can have hot water fermentation for 20 min. And there are few physiotherapy exs and machines which will give you relief. For this you have to go to some good physiotherapy center for 10 -15 days. Once you learn the exs, you can do them at home itself. You hv to do the exs regulary even if no pain persists. Do not bend in forward direction. If you want to pick up something from the floor, then first sit in squat position and then pick the thing. Always get up from your bed in side turn position. Use cushions and support on your your back area while sitting. Avoid sitting for long hrs.

Hello Doctor, I am suffering from back pain. Every morning when I use Indian toilet, the moment I stand after using the indian toilet I have to suffer from a sever pain even I am unable to stand straight. It took almost 5 mins to stand straight. Also m sleeping on the floor on soft matrices. I have to sit for long hours for studies. Is this due to change in lifestyle? Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

I am 30 years weight 60kg height 5 foot 6 inch I suffer from muscles stiffness muscles cramp tingling and feel weakness in leg and facing problem in up and down movement and also have emotional imbalance problems memory weakness and difficult in learning and nervous system weak specially in mind I want to do some test as calcium level, serotonin level, vitamin d level. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
