Hibiscus leaves or flowers well, this is the best ayurvedic home remedy for hair loss. Hibiscus flowers and leaves can be very helpful in preventing hair loss and to promote hair growth. Hibiscus flowers are used as an effective cure for split ends and dandruff as well. Heat 12-15 hibiscus flowers in 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Strain the solution and collect the oil. Apply this concoction to the scalp and hairs, leave overnight and wash in the morning. To use the hibiscus leaves, grind them into fine paste and apply the paste to the scalp and hairs. Leave it on for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Rinse off with plenty of water. This controls the hair loss automatically and promotes hair growth. Hibiscus leaves for strong and long hair.

Due to weight fluctuations I have stretch marks on my body. I have applied all sort of creams and oil but nothing has worked so far. I feel embarrassed because of this and under confident as I am unable to wear certain types of clothes. Please suggest something.

Stretch marks can make you feel self-conscious and uncomfortable about your appearance. But, don't worry, there are several natural ways to reduce the appearance of stretch marks. Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem kindly follow advises given below: you can take: 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.

To prevent pimples, eating fresh fruits, green vegetables, drinking plenty of water should be an essential part of your routine and intake of oily fried foods, an excess of sugar-salt should be avoided. To begin with- take fruit diet once in a week, which consist of fresh juice, fruits, coconut water and vegetable (green leafy). Warm water enema should be taken daily to clean the bowels and constipation. Take a balanced diet with an alkaline base, which consists of sprouted cereals, whole grain cereals and vegetables. Vitamin a, e and b can be used to treat acne. Green tea and walnuts help to keep your skin pimple free. Drinking 8-10 glasses of water every day is good for emission of toxin from the body. Always try to include low-fat dairy products in your meal. These are a good source of vitamin a. Some natural remedies to get rid of pimples:- apply hot fomentation to open up skin pores and then rinse skin with cold water. Sun and air baths by exposing the whole body to sun and air are highly beneficial. A hot epsom salt bath twice in a week will be highly beneficial in all cases of acne. Healing packs made of grated cucumber, oatmeal (cooked), carrot and lemon juice is effective for acne.

Loosing 50 to 60 strands of hair while oiling, washing and combing is normal. If the hair comes out even on slightest touch or if lot of hair is seen on pillow after getting up in morning then it is considered as hair fall. We have to check scalp and even hair. There are lot of reasons for getting hair fall. Nutritional deficiency stands on top, apart from that any acute illness like malaria, typhoid or chronic illness like diabetes, thyroid also contributes hair fall. Hair needs protein, minerals and iron. Protein rich diet like sprouts, beans, nuts along with green leafy vegetable will support the hair. Drink 3 lit of water/day. Oil the scalp 3/week and wash it 3/week. These all will help to correct basic functioning of hair. Consult trichologist if problem persist.

1.Wash hair sparingly and use a good-quality shampoo. Washing hair too often can leave hair dried out, leached of its natural oils, and may damage your hair. Aim to shampoo your hair at most every other day or even only twice a week. 2. Try shampoos that do not contain sulfates or parabens. Sulfates are the chemicals that make shampoos lather up. Parabens are preservatives that cause irritation and eye problems after prolonged use. Both of these chemicals aren't healthy for you or the environment so try to use shampoos with natural cleansers 3.. Use conditioner that matches your hair type, length, and treatment damage. A good rule of thumb is to condition every time you shampoo your hair, although very processed or dyed hair probably needs a little more love than natural hair 4. Be careful about using hair care products with too much protein. Too much protein can leave your hair feeling desiccated and brittle. While protein is the building block of healthy hair, use conditioners that come with balanced ingredients. 5. Rinse your hair with vinegar before shampooing, twice a year. Doing this helps to make your hair look shinier and cleaner; plus, it treats dandruff. Use 1 part vinegar (preferably organic apple cider vinegar) to 3 parts warm water, then rinse and wash your hair as normal. 6. Moisturize your hair. Use five oils: almond, castor, olive, coconut and lavender oils. Mix together equal proportions of each. Alternately, use egg oil. Apply to the hair and leave in for four hours prior to showering out. Repeat twice a week. 7. Eat healthily. Give your hair the right amount of vitamins. Since hair is made of proteins, eat a balanced diet rich in lean protein, whole grains, fruits and vegetables. A healthy diet will ensure hair that looks and feels better. • Make sure you get plenty of vitamin C. This vitamin strengthens hair. In addition, iron helps transport oxygen to blood vessels, zinc grows and repairs tissue, and omega-3 fatty acids grow healthy hair. • Give your hair some time to show new brilliance. What you eat will not have an immediate difference on the hair you already have, but it will help with hair that is newly growing. • 8. Remove stress from your life. Physical and mental stressors will keep your hair from realizing its full potential. Stress can cause hair loss, so try not to let stress overcome you. This means finding healthy emotional outlets for your stress: yoga, biking, meditation, or other forms of exercise all work well.

Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like *physical or emotional stress, inadequate protein intake, genetics, anemia, aging, hormonal changes, prolonged illness, deficiency of vitamin b6 and folic acid, thyroid diseases. *hair fall can also result when one indulges in too much dying, blow drying or use of hot curlers. *dandruff can also be great cause behind hair fall. Take homoeopathic medicine Nat Mur 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and update. Apply jobarandi hair oil. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *take a sound sleep. *avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight. *avoid hot hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends. *it is best not to comb the hair while it is wet as this leads to greater chances of hair breakage.

You are suffering from jock itch. Jock itch is a very common groin rash. Roughly half of jock itch is due to fungus. The remainder is caused by moisture, irritation, and bacterial overgrowth. In most cases, jock itch can be treated at home effectively. You can try the following remedies to get rid of the infection: 1.Apply over-the-counter antifungal cream, powder, or spray to the affected area - our best options include Lamisil, Lotrimin Ultra, and/or Naftin. These are more expensive, but they will get rid of jock itch faster. Prefer Lotrimin Ultra which contains Butenafine Hydrochloride over regular Lotrimin AF which just contains clotrimazole. Studies have shown Butenafine can be faster and more effective than clotrimazole. You can also purchase cheaper creams containing clotrimazole or miconazole. These will take a little longer to work, but they will effectively wipe out jock itch. 2.Wash the affected area thoroughly with soap and warm water. 3.Dry the affected area thoroughly after bathing and exercise. 4.Change clothes and undergarments every day. 5.Wear loose cotton clothing. Avoid wearing any clothing that rubs or irritates your crotch. 6.Treat any other fungal infections, such as athlete’s foot. Doing this will decrease the risk for recurrence.
