1. Eat healthy – eat fruits, vegetables, and a high protein diet 2. Destress yourself. 3. Sleep for at least 6-8 hrs a day. 4. Have an oil massage at least twice a week with coconut oil or any oil of your choice. Condition your hair after shampooing . 5. Take tab adgain once daily after food for 15 days and revert.

You don't need medicine but good health support with fruit juices, Musambi,Aannar,pineapple and cold milk at least twice a day. You can Add available proteins.it might take a month more but you will be fit and Fine

Adult teeth are not milky white, they have a slight yellowish tinge. If you feel they are more yellowish then it may be due to stains or hardened debris present. Apart from smoking your dietary habits may also cause stains. Please get your teeth professionally cleaned by a dentist. If you are not satisfied with the results of cleaning go for bleaching of teeth.

1. Apply mahabhringraj oil on your scalp and massage follow by giving hot water fomentation. You can put 1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils before going to bed. 2. Take pranacharya allergin capsule twice a day. Increase the intake of proteins such as soybean and egg white. It is advisable to avoid tea, coffee, spicy food, fermented food and junk food. Only use ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp and avoid synthetic shampoos. Do pranayama early morning.

You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Use home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it. *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised.

You take high calorie n high protein diet. Don't skip breakfast. With breakfast you drink 1 glass of milk n 2 anjeer n 2 almonds. Take 4-5 meals in a day in frequent intervals.

Hi lybrate-user 1. Add fiber to your diet constipation distends your belly, add veggies and fruits to your daily diet to relieve you of constipation, reduce intakes of refined cereals like maida, noodles, pasta and whole grains instead add dalia and oats. This would relieve you of constipation and bloat to give you a flat tummy. 2. Decrease sodium intake sodium retains water in the body and hence your belly swells up, reduce intake of junk food as it contains a lot of sodium. Stop adding extra salt to dishes, also packaged and processed food contains a lot of salts so better avoid it. 3. Increase potassium foods rich in potassium help you get rid of balancing sodium, fruits are very good source of potassium, adding them to their daily diet not only provides this nutrient but also increase the fiber content of your daily intake 4. Avoid sugar alcohols we do not completely digest these low-calorie sweeteners usually found in flavoured low-calorie drinks, diabetic and sugar-free foods. Bacteria in a large intestine ferment during gas and distension so check food labels and avoid sorbitol, xylitol and lacitol. 5. Increase liquids drinking plenty of liquids helps flush out toxins from the body. Keep yourself hydrated with at least 8 glasses of water, also include lassi, coconut, water, lemon water in your daily routine. Make sure to include homemade soups only, as packaged soups are not that nutritious and contain added sodium in them. 6. Carbonated beverages and alcohol these give you extended bellies and your dream of flat tummy falls flat. Alcohol gives you empty calories with zero nutrition. 7. Probiotic curds include low fat curd in your diet regime as it contains live bacteria which tame bloating by increasing intestinal motility. 8. Method of cooking no doubt salads and sprouts are good for our health but if experience distension with them then saute, blanch or steam them also fried foods are best to be avoided not only because of their high-calorie content but also because frying leads to changes in oil composition which may result in bloating. 9. Avoid chewing gums and candies while chewing them air enters our digestive system, giving us feeling of bloating, also candies are zero in nutrition but contain loads of calories. Also, eat slowly as gulping down increases air passage to the digestive system 10. Individual tolerances some individuals are more intolerant to certain foods like radish, capsicum, tea, cauliflower etc, so with your own personal experience omit them from your diet.

Hello, take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! medication: take homoeopathic rx - schwabe's wiesbaden 200 & alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use schwabe's arnica shampoo and hair growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use bakson's arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. Daily once for 1 month.

Hello and welcome to lybrate. For small size stones, less than 6mm, maintain 12-15 glasses liquids daily. Avoid milk and dairy products on a regular basis. Also, red meats occasionally is advisable. Further advice can be given, if you can consult me with details of blood and scan reports.

Sir, This all started after taking a cheap powder for my bodybuilding purpose ,i have slight gyno not a big deal that is maybe due to that powder containing steroids but the bigger issue is I am feeling depressed all the time I dunno why maybe my estradiol or e2 level is high but sir I just do not have any guidance on what to do next. Steroid users normally took pct (post cycle therapy) with medicines like arimidex nolvadex I studied online I have no idea about this stuff so I did not do it ,i did blood work all was fine but this mood and depression and ya doctor did not do estradiol test, I just need guidance and does this hormonal imbalance is there any chance it gets balanced automatically in future. Its been over 5 months after taking that junk and the bigger problem is that maybe physicians in india has no idea behind steroids related issues, Please anyone be my guardian angel and just help me on what the heck is happening to me, should I use arimidex or stuff to lower my e2 levels or I need to consult a doctor but which doctor for hormonal tests . Ans ya is estradiol tests for male or the stuff is satisfying or is it accurate? As estrogen is for women right and in males is present at very small rate . Please help.

Hi. Let me you about hairfall. In layman's language, hairfall can be divided into 2 types - temporary hairfall and permanent which is called 'Hairloss' rather and leads to bald areas of smooth and shiny surface. In temporary hairfall, hair grows back again from the same hair root, but in case of permanent hairloss, because of formation of DHT (Di- Hydro -Testosterone) around hair root it gets choked up which subsequently affects the blood supply to the hair and thus hair root is lost forever. Many factors are responsible formation of this DHT or hairloss- hereditary, post-illness/ ailment, post-delivery, post- chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies, hormaonal imbalance, insufficient sleep, sudden loss of weight, stress/ tensions/ excessive anger any other underlying diseases, etc. Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs, pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnut and almonds), iron-rich food like green vegetables, also take flaxseeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smooking and excessive alcohol intake. This may be irritable bowel syndrome, where his intestines are getting weak and unable to hold the feces. Anxiety & irregular diet are the major causes for this. Take buttermilk (roasted with cumin seeds and salt) on empty stomach daily. Also repeat two three times in whole day. Bel fruit juice is very effective. Take more pomegranate fruit more. Avoid white floor, rajma like food items.
