The veins on your penis is normal. Masturbation is not really bad; it is the addiction to it that is bad. Not even the number of years is a problem but the frequency and compulsiveness to do it is to be considered for its ill-effects. At your age you may feel it difficult and it can become addictive if you have alone time, if you obsess about it, and if you are not into relationships. The problem with addiction to this is that you may go on to prefer masturbation to heterosexual contact, even when you are married. That obviously would be an insult to your wife and will lead to a lot of conflict. Heterosexual contact is very wholesome and the physiology is made exactly for penile and vaginal contact. You will instead enjoy a poor replica of this and not know or care for the difference. The second thing that can happen with addiction is that it will become compulsive and will have no boundaries or limits, since it can be done all by yourself, whenever, wherever, and however too. The big problem a lot of children get into is the guilt around this. A useful way to discharge the energy is to get into contact games, or exercises, or even hobbies to channelize it. Also you should not spend too much time alone, and you need to keep your mind occupied with other interesting things and a lot of socializing. Even if you are not interested in marriage, for whatever reasons, it will help you to get into a friendship with a girl and enjoy the relationship where there will be a lot of excitement when you fall in love. Right now your hormones may be very active and your physiological apparatus is primed and ready for sexual stimulation. But because of your age and even otherwise it is important to develop good control and not feed into your impulses. Keeping yourself occupied and living a healthy social life are the keys to manage your sexual drives.

Hi your scoliosis is called degenerative scoliosis. Which can cause back pain because of wear and tear. Only thing anyone can do is mainly to control pain, but can not be treated completely. With you r other heart problems - you can still try some swimming if possible. Regarding the medication - you should try pregabalin + methylcobalamin will help regarding the pains. Furthur assessment by mri scans and clinically too.

Lybrate-user first of all you have to make sure that you maintain a proper diet schedule i. E. Have breakfast, lunch and dinner on time. Not taking meals at the right time is one of the most common cause of gastric reflux leading to acidity causing throat pain, difficulty in swallowing etc. So first of all make a proper diet schedule and avoid staying empty stomach for long durations.

Inadequate sleep is one of the main reasons for this headache. Avoid stress.do deep breathing exercises or yoga. Drink plenty of liquids to maintain hydration. Take adequate rest in a quiet and dark room. Maintain ur routine .hope this answer helps u.

Hi. A woman’s libido is the desire for sexual intercourse. Common causes of lack of sexual desire include exhaustion, poor self-esteem, or an unhappy relationship. So I have been getting loose stools since a year or so and this began when I started to travel and as I consumed outside food more often. But now the frequency of the stools have reduced to once per day and the consistency is still a bit loose. Does it mean that its getting better?

Dear Lybrate User, The size of penis depends on four factors:- 1) HEIGHT OF THE PERSON :- Every organ of a taller person posses greater dimension than those of a shorter person. 2) TESTOSTERONE HORMONE:- Less secretion of this hormone leads to underdevelopment of sexual organs 3) SEXUAL DISEASES:- Patients suffering from Erectile dysfunction often complaints of short penis. 4) FATTY TUMMY:- With every increase of 6 kg in weight, the waistline is increased up to 2cm. You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests.
