Hi. You have developed tear in long head of biceps also called as slap tear. You need to consult shoulder specialist orthopedic surgeon. Take rest for few days. Apply ice pack 5 times daily for 10 minutes every time. If pain doesn't settle in a week, consult again. Don't take any medicines till then.

Dr. My right knee is paining continuously, this generaly immediate after I masturbate then pain reduces as days pass. X ray report of both knees are normal, also there is cracking sound of patela. Is it due to excessive masturbation, people say that sinovial fluid is dried due to over masturbation, I am doing it from small age. Also can you suggest where I can have mri scan done in less charitable rates. Please suggest me whether it is curable.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. I would like to examine & investigate you in detail. --. Diabetes must be well controlled. Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac 100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. (You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.)--. Fomentation with warm water. Avoid direct flow of AC or Cooler. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for All joints. Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. Good evening doctor my age 30, weight 64, height 5.1, I am unmarried, female previously 7 years back I tried suicide at med 120 pills I don't know present that medicines name and 2 month bed rest when that time. I lose my color skin brightness. I am from bangalore. If you consult me constructive steps can be taken for restoration of your health over a period of time. Meanwhile pl try this. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. For headache press your thumb sideways with other hand for 2 minutes by pressing and releasing. Consult after 5 days.

Hi You are very young to actually have persistent back pains. If you have localized back pain with no other symptoms like radiating leg pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - to maintain proper posture of your back while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc we will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we will have to get some investigations like, dynamic x rays of lower back and few blood tests for evaluation.

. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily ..Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.. .Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily – lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana ? Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Dear you can follow these methods for relief from back back pain- * first correct your sitting posture. Do not bend your lower back. You can use lumber belt for support. * do regular back strength exercises. Move your clockwise and anticlock wise. * do not sleep on very soft bed, sleep on slight hard cotton mattress. * do tadasana and bhjangasana for back strengthening. You might be suffering from a Viral infection. Since platelet counts are in the lower side, you must start taking medications for viral fevers. Take plenty of fruits, fluids and rest. You may have to take Vit E and Vit C supplements along with these medications. Go and consult a doctor immediately for the complete recovery. If you don't have loose bowels, vomiting or rashes on your body no need to worry about.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Treatment will depend upon cause of pain. Just telling that you have pain in elbow is not much helpful. Please describe in details site of pain, dominant or non dominant extremity. How did the pain start. How does pain get relieved and how it increases. Have you taken any treatment for pain till now. Have you visited any doctor. Till then, You have to give rest to your elbow. Apply ice 5 times daily. Do not lift any weight with that upper limb. Do not drive. Do not do any activity that causes pain. If pain doesn't settle in a week, review again.

- u had not mentioned how and when pain started, what agg revates pain. - it will take some time to recover from pain since she is diabetic - u can ask for shoulder exercises to strengthen muscles from physio. - apply hot fermentation daily specially at night. - check for vit d b12, uric acid levels too as regular check up. - if u want to know shoulder exercises protocool connect with me

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).
