My heart beats v v fast I do no reason can any one say me whether any prob in it r not.
Dear Lybrate user: heart palpitation is the sensation that your heart has skipped a beat or added an extra beat. It may feel like your heart is racing, pounding, or fluttering. You may become overly aware of your heartbeat. This sensation is sometimes also felt in the neck, throat, or chest. While you’re experiencing palpitations, your heart rhythm may or may not be abnormal. Most heart palpitations are harmless and resolve on their own without treatment. Rarely, heart palpitations can indicate a serious condition. Seek medical attention right away if you have heart palpitations and a diagnosed heart problem or if you have palpitations that occur with other symptoms such as: dizziness lightheadedness fainting a loss of consciousness confusion difficulty breathing excessive sweating pain, pressure, or tightening in your chest pain in your arms, neck, chest, jaw, or upper back a resting pulse rate of more than 100 beats per minute.

Keep trying for iui. It can be a case of incompatibily between sperm and egg, called unexplained infertility because your reports are normal, or leave it to nature, too much of intervention / instrumentation can be a hurdle for normal conception.

I'm a software engineer. I love eating chocolates and chocolate related items. I'm getting headache most frequently with vomiting sensation. I consulted doctor once for this. One doctor checked my BP and said I have to take BP tablets for a period. For few days, no headache, I'm able to do my work. After that again I got same headache. Once I take a deep sleep, I can get rid of headache. I consulted another doctor. He gave me a prescription for Migration and also for BP. Is BP really related to migration? How I get rid of migration permanently?

Hello, initially you have to take medication for both hypertension and migraine. Later on try to maintain bp with some changes in your life style. Drink plenty of liquids and cut down your fat, salt and sugar intake. Go for a morning walk daily at least for 30 minutes. Take a sound sleep and try to avoid anger. You should opt homoeopathic treatment for these issues to get permanent cure. Take rauvolfia 1x, 2 tabs daily morning empty stomach. Take mig aid, 2 tabs twice daily for migraine. Thanks.

Hello dear High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation, yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods, oily foods, junk foods, alcohol, smoking, fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take plenty of water in day time. Forget about palpitations due to your heart. You yourself commited that you take too much alcohol, may I know how much, it appers that you are under STRESS, that what it is making to go to drinks and palpitations. Reduce the intake of alcohol gradually and sttrictly and see youslf how it goes. Practice some YOGA keep yourself busy go out with friends be happy. Any how if it persisting you can approech agood consultant physician for further management/and some more investigation.

Coronary Artery Disease - 6 Tips to Help You Manage It!

Coronary Artery Disease - 6 Tips to Help You Manage It!

Coronary artery disease, also known as coronary heart disease or CHD, is a kind of disease in which a wax-like substance called plaque, builds up in the coronary arteries.

Function of Coronary Artery
The task of coronary arteries is to supply oxygen rich blood to the heart muscles. When there is the growth of plaque in these arteries, the condition is termed as atherosclerosis. Plaque builds up over the years, and it hardens or ruptures with time. When plaque gets hardened, it narrows the coronary arteries and thus disrupts the flow of oxygen-rich blood to the heart muscles causing coronary heart diseases. Millions of people are diagnosed with heart diseases, nowadays.

Though it is true that living with a heart disease is not easy, it is not impossible either. Many people are successfully leading a happy life in spite of having such diseases. With some major changes in your lifestyle, food habits and with the help of exercises and a healthy diet, it is possible to enjoy a happy life, irrespective of your diseases.

Here are six ways that would help you to lead a better life, even if you have been diagnosed with coronary artery disease.

  1. Lifestyle changes: This is the first point that needs to be kept in mind if you are a CAD patient. Lifestyle changes are essential to make for a better health and life. Smoking and drinking have to be given up completely. It is advised to avoid secondary smoke, as much as possible.
  2. Exercises: This is the next important activity that needs to be a part of your daily routine to lead a healthy life. Consult with a doctor about the types of exercise that would suit your conditions. Some common exercises that would help are walking, jogging, and swimming, for at least 30 minutes at the most. Choose whichever activity you like doing. The motive of exercises is to get your heart-rate up.
  3. A Heart healthy diet: Get a chart prepared for your diet by a dietitian or by your doctor. This will keep your disease from getting worse. Stick to a heart-healthy eating plan, which consists of foods that can lower your risk of heart attack, stroke, etc. Include more fruits, vegetables, and other high fibre foods in your daily diet. Go for foods that are low in saturated fats, trans-fats, and cholesterol. Try to include fish into your diet.
  4. Maintain a healthy weight: Being overweight or obese aggravates any disease. So it is important to keep your body weight perfect.
  5. Taking medicines as prescribed: It is important to take medicines regularly and as prescribed by the physician.
  6. Keeping tensions, anxiety to a minimum: These will make the situation worse if you are CAD patient. So try to keep tension and anxiety away and lead a healthy life.

Caffeine in coffee does cause palpitations and you have been taking lots for past 2 days for reasons known to you only, knowing well that this is the reason for palpitations. No more coffee or cola or tea that has caffeine in it. Take lots of water to flush out remains. Take a tablet of metoprolol 50 mg twice daily for 2 days but no sleeping pills, the moment you feel calm, go to hospital to get basic heart tests done. If you feel any other associated symptom like chest pain, blackouts or vomiting, go to hospital as emergency.

These all are symptoms of acidity and hyper acidity and could also turn into ulcer for peptic ulcer. The natural remedy which I am giving you will cure you permanently but the condition is you have to continue it for 3 months regularly. You have to consume cumin (jeera) in morning empty stomach, eat half table spoon jeera in morning and keep chewing it as long as you can and then drink 2 or 3 sips luke warm water. Jeera is the best natural medicine to cure all problems related to stomach and acidity it will help you magically if you consume it for 3 months regularly natural medicine has no side effect apart from this after eating jera walk for 60 to 90 minutes regularly in morning 3rd very important thing is whenever you eat meals do not drink water for 90 minutes give a gap of 90 minutes then drink water and once you have drunk water do not eat anything for 45 minutes because of drinking water with or right after meals causes huge amount of acid secretion in stomach which causes problems like chest pain acidity hyperacidity back pain, tightness in chest tightness in stomach.

Good to know that her test reports are normal, even if she says that she does not have any tensions, who knows that she may be harboring internal tensions and is good at hiding her emotions, bottled up feelings can be dangerous. Get her enrolled for yoga and meditation classes and please do not remind her about her illness again and again, rather reassure her that there is nothing wrong with her.
