Masturbation is just an alternative to actual sexual intercourse. There is no medical evidence to suggest that it causes any health harm or long term sexual side effects on health. However since it is an instant stress relieving exercise, many people get psychologically dependent of it for relieving anxiety and stress. That may become a worry later on. Hence it would always be expected to find healthier alternatives to allay sexual anxiety and not just masturbate always.

I have cough and cold from 2 years and I have allergy from dust I have done medicine for this but I am not satisfied. What should I do?

Allergy is a common problem nowadays. Avoid dust exposure by covering your nose and mouth with a mask whenever you go out. Avoid cold exposure by proper sweaters, mufflers, socks in this cold weather. Apart from this you wil require anti allergics for an acute problem.

Hi, Mediation should be prescribed by your doctor who knows you're medical history. Tips for Diabetes: Eat small frequent meals. Follow proper meal timing. Do not skip any meal. Drink plenty of water. Include 300g vegetables a day. Include 1/2 a fruit a day (recommended fruits only). Avoid fruit juices. Avoid sweets, oily items n junk food. Do not fast, do not feast. Excessive masturbation is very bad for health. Excessive masturbation is the main reason for pre-ejaculation/ erection problem. Swpandosh or nightfall problem also occurs due to excessive masturbation (daily masturbation comes in the category of excessive masturbation). Having severe back pain like cramp for last 7 days, but pain is there for past one month, taken diclofenac two days, pain got reduced while taking diclofenac, but after one week again started severe pain. Doctor checked x-ray and said OK. Still need second opinion on xray. Also my LMP was on 14.06.16, period delayed by 2 weeks as of today, however urine and beta hcg negative, not taking pain killers yet hoping I might be pregnant still. Need advice.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

I am diabetic since 18 years. Taking medication, Amaryl 2 mg, Metformin 500 or 850 and now Janumet tablets 50/500. HbA1c report on 14 Jan shows 7.3. Somettime sugar level goes to 170 fasting and 250 PP. Sometime it comes down to 90 and even 70 also. So far not on insulin. Please give some suggestions to control this. Exercise is less. Thanks in anticipation !

There is cough and sneeze to expel respiratory waste .Respiratory secretions are in form of droplets if more than 5 micron size and airborn dropler nuclie if less than 5 micron. Droplets can cause infection upto distance of 3ft and airborne droplet nuclie upto distance of 10ft.In influenza ,rubella and meningitis infection by droplet and in TB and measal,chicken pox by airborn droplet infection.
If using ac then use air exchanse in window ac which is not possible in split ac,which is why persons working in split ac are more likly to spread infection

I have been suffering from cough on and off for the last 2 yrs. Anti allergy cough syrup helps. But I do not get complete relief. Recently my homeopathic doctor advised to go for total IGE. Hi, please follow these tips to stop snoring: - reduce your weight if you are obese. - perform pranayama (breathing exercises) everyday. - quit smoking which irritates the mucosal layer of the nose and throat and causes blockage and results in snoring. - quit alcohol and sedatives which relax the throat muscles and results in snoring. - sleep on sides instead on back. - elevate the head by using a thick pillow which eases the breathing. - clear the nose before going to bed. - establish regular sleep pattern. - keep the bedroom air moist by using humidifier; as dry air irritates the mucosal membrane in the nose and throat. - perform throat exercises like repeating the vowels a, e, i, o, you loudly for 2-3 mins few times a day or keeping the tongue behind the teeth and moving it backwards - 3-4 times a day. - anti snoring appliances can also be used.

My mother has been suffering from cough and cold for a couple of days, due to the cold winter. She is has got phlegm in nose and throat, which is not coming out clearly and she is requiring nasal drops at night for blocked nose.
