Hi lybrate user. At first you have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. 1) try to take liquid diet only for few days 2) avoid late night sleeping habits 3) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fast and fermented foods. A) take 30 ml of daadimavleha and 10 ml of honey along with 40 ml of lukewarm water, early in the morning on empty stomach and before meals half an hour. B) take 2-2-2 tablets of pravaalpanchamrut vati along with daadimavleha. C) take half tsf of avipattikar churna and half tsf of lavanbhaaskar churna after meals. Do all these things for five days and give your valuable feedback for further suggestions. Thanks.

For the past several years I suffer from cracks under the sole of my feet. I am 63 years old male diabetic and suffer from High B.P .diabetes and B.P both are under control due to regular medicine and daily exercise. I am free from the symptoms of dry skin on other parts of the body except feet. I have consulted different doctors in allopathy, homeopathy and Ayurveda for the cracks under the sole of my feet with no permanent relief. Some doctors diagnose it dry eczema, others psoriasis and some a problem of dry skin due to diabetes. After treatment in allopathy my ailment increased. I was prescribed oral steroids which I refuse to take because I fear it may cause flare up as we had seen its traumatic impact on the health of my father who had psoriasis/dermatitis on the body and his disease flared up due to the use of steroids and could not be controlled. After prolonged treatment of around 7 years with different top hospitals of Delhi he ultimately died of skin cancer in the year 1986. I tried my treatment in homeopathy but after treatment of around 3 years I had to stop the medicine since I did not get any permanent relief. Similarly after treatment of 2 years and 4 months from Jiva Ayurveda Faridabad, I plan to stop the medicine since I have not got any permanent relief except for brief periods. During this treatment skin under feet always remained hard and dry but during the period of July to September and from December to February cracks usually heal up while the skin usually remains hard and scaly. But as each season changes the cracks re-appear. I have noticed one peculiar phenomena. Whenever there is change of season with mild summer and when I sleep under the ceiling fan with bare feet my skin tightens up and deep cracks appear. I apply moisturiser but these also dry up and do not work properly. Now I feel after this prolonged experience it is only a problem of dry skin and my sweat glands under the feet do not work properly causing dryness under the feet. Is there any permanent cure or the disease shall last with me?

I already tried aloevera face wash and I do not think its helpful. Now I am using neem face wash and I do not no its helpful or not can you please tell me what should I do doctor. I have oily skin and pimples.

Oily skin is usually prone to pimple as excess oil on face blocks the pores on face which leads to obstruction of sweat leading to formation of pimples. Using a face wash only will not solve your problem. U need a proper homoeopathic medicine for reducing the oil production so that pimple formation is reduced and you get a clean fair skin.

Naturally sugar is present in many of foods which we have daily not only rice, potato or sweets. Don't require to eliminate any particular food from your diet. Hi lybrate-user stop eating wheat and wheat products for 1 month, avoid sugar, canned food, refined (use sarso oil only), secondly eat seasonal fruits every alternative days and other alternative days only normal dal, vegetables and rice or mostly south indian dishes. Stat eating triphla chooran in morning emty stomach with luke warm water (available in patanjali stores). And the most important thing start doing surya namaskar in morning. Try not to eat anything after sunset, this will make you slim and healthy.

Please learn to relax and calm down. Yoga, walking, pranayama, gym etc is very helpful. Also see your problems in a lighter vein rather than getting anxious over it. You can' t win all battles. Do what is most important and leave out things that are not important. Organising, planning, time management, far sightedness would be important skills for you. Try to set daily goals and work your time around them. Don' t forget to strike a balance between work and relaxation. Take care of your health by exercising and walking in open parks. For sleeping, don' t do anything that is stressful just before sleeping. Listen to soft music, dim lights meditating, will help you sleep better at night. There are excellent ayurvedic and homeopathy medications which can help you with both and that too with our side effects.

To increase weight it's not important to eat a lot. It's important to eat healthy and maintain consistent metabolic rate. Maintain good metabolism by following this: 1 take fibrous fruits and vegetables 2 eat healthy stuffs. Quality is important than quantity. Take whole grains than refined ones, consume natural home cooked food than processed one, aerated drinks are a big no. Consume green leafy vegetables. Dairy products like cottage cheese, milk, curd, cheese in moderation 3 exercise is a must for increasing metabolism. Follow any of these remedies: 1 eat peanuts soaked in milk overnight in the morning before breakfast. 2 eat handful of raisins and green gram soaked in water overnight before breakfast. 3 consume cashews soaked in milk overnight in the morning.

I am suffering from back pain from past 2-3 weeks. Suggest me remedies to remove my back pain.

Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -some physiotherapy treatment like ift current can give you some relief. -a full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed by a physio. Please consult a physiotherapist for your condition.

Being a homoeopath,I will suggest you a natural way to glow your lips along with a lip balm. Lemon, Sugar Lip Scrub: In a small bowl, mix in 1 teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice and coconut oil. Add in and stir thoroughly 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar, a bit at a time to make thick paste of uniform consistency. If needed, you can add in more sugar. After mixing it well, you can transfer the scrub into a suitable storage container. It can be safely kept in fridge for about one week.Apply a little bit of the scrub to your lips, and scrub it in circular motion. To effectively exfoliate your lips, use a small toothbrush. Rinse your lips with warm water, and apply a LIP balm( BAKSON) on your choice.

How to become fit like healthy person? I am taking diet but it does not seems to be p effect diet for me.

The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency 1.Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2.Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3.Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4.Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5.Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.
