hi, you take bio chemic nat.phos 12x,+ calc. phos 12x. 4tab each thrice a day with warm water. & you go to acupressure treatment .if you come in my centre . or any way go to treat.

. Do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretchingstretch.

I am suffering for all body pain (muscle&joints), I am taken 15 to 20 painkillers by per day. But now does not get relief by painkillers (dicyclomine+acetaminophen+tramadol). So please give me a special medicine to solved the problems. & I have weakness problem too. Sir please guide me.

Do avoid taking too many pain killers for all reasons do take balanced diet and hyderated avoid stress anxiety and anticipating the things do regular physical activity and stretching and strengthening exercises and breathing exercises for about 30 minutes regularly best wishes.

Hello, * avoid, cold intake, cold exposure, all fruits, sour, spicy fried, food item. * try to move, slowly for 20 mints. * sit in sun for 1/2 an hr. * drink, luke warm water * take, a bath with luke warm water. * homoeo-medicine* @ rhus tox 200-6 pills, thrice a day take, care.

After chikengunea infection sometimes joint pain may persist for a very long time.Take adequate rest, avoid physical and mental exertion, take good nourishing diet. Take pain killer like paracetamol as and when required. Consult doctor for further advice

I am a 48 year old female. I was taking telmaxx 50 tab everyday since past 6 years to control my BP. Recently I waa advised to shift to stamlo 10 mg as telmaxx was not giving positive results. However after taking stamlo I have started experiencing dryness of mouth and upper right side back pain. My heart rate has increased from 88 to 104. What are the causes of upper right back pain? Should I be worried?

I think that its side effect, please consult with cardiologist and along with you will take vestige flax oil (Vestige company) one tab thrice daily after meal, its very affective for blood circulate of the heart and its not a medicine. After few months, you will get good result guaranteed.

Ankle pain. Our suggestion would be to do hot water fermentation along with Cold (ice) therapy. You shall also keep a pillow under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes.
