Last month I took an Ipill which was within the advises 72 hours of having sex. Then I got slight bleeding two days back and took another Ipill yesterday as my partner and I didn't use protection. I was pregnant and went through an abortion a few months ago. Now I've taken 3 home pregnancy tests which show positive. I also feel slightly feverish and nauseous. I've also been taking dulco flex because I have bad constipation. Could this be a false pregnancy scare or could I be pregnant? And why am I bleeding randomly?

3 tests cannot be false. Dulcoflex for constipation has no connection with your gyne problem , still at 28 I would suggest you to avoid it and regulate your diet. Regarding taking I pill , this tablet is for emergencies and not to be eaten like revadis from a road side stall. These tablets are loaded with hormones , if once taken during an emergency , Ipill does lead to hormonal imbalance and erratic periods. It looks like a Missed abortion case , Get an Ultrasound done to confirm pregnancy and act accordingly , Get some scientific way to avoid getting pregnant in future , low dose oral pills can be taken for few months , Will tell you later after looking at report of your ultrasound.

I am 27 years old married lady. I have a left tubal blockage as well, and it's incredibly frustrating. I tried doing IUI's but had several cancellations in a row due to the eggs always being on the wrong side. I want to know is the egg always release alternative side each cycle?

Not necessarily. However if one of your tubes is blocked it is important that you undergo surgery to open the blockage.

I have taken mifepristone 200 mg 1 tab yesterday at 1 pm and then taken 1 tab of 200 mg Misoprostol tab after 6 hour and 1 tab today morning after 12 hour (all orally), did I take it right way. 2 tab left of 200 mg Misoprostol tab left which I am thinking of taking after 12 hour each, pls suggest did I follow right method.

Yes you are following right schedule. Ideally misoprotol tablet, 4 of them should be taken twice a day starting from next day of single tablet of mifepristone. But now for remaining 2 tabs, do take then with a gap of 12 hours. If it's less than 8 weeks expulsion will occur or if it's just a few days up then also medical abortion fails. Do read the fine print on pack. Consult a doctor after a week of last dose taken. Incomplete abortion is a dangerous side effect of medical abortion. It does lead to hemorrhage and infection and woman keeps waiting for bleeding to stop and is scared of doctors.

You are right quality sexual relationship is very important for bonding and marital relationship. It appears that her lack of desires may be related to her dissatisfied sex life till now. Its usual in many couples because of lack of understanding of basics of sexuality in both partners and both of them keep doing sex as per their understanding which may be inadequate because usually people learn sexuality by hearsay guidance and porn watching which is not proper. Best way is to sit down with partner, talk with trust and respect without blaming. Also talk to/meet an expert sexologist and learn basics and find right guidance, medicines may not be needed. Move it will be fine, connect now.

A pelvic exam is done to diagnose amenorrhea and to rule out pregnancy, congenital or ovarian anomalies.

Hi I am 31 year old, now I got married since since 4 years, ago, i. E, 2011, in 2011 itself I had abortion for 8 weeks, again 2014 I conceived delivered a 6 months pre matured baby again now am pregnent of about 28 weeks, I do hear some weird sound like, burping, farting sound inside, sometimes it is very aloud, is this normal, secondly I had a cervical stich at 14th week, sometimes, if I turn left or right I do get pain upper part of urinating place, please kindly reply to my queries regards.

MBBS, DGO (cal)
General Physician,
Madam you have a boh and again had pregnancy so closely. First of all those sounds are from your intestinal gas, nothing related with your baby and it is not abnormal. You had shirodkar or a mcdonald suture for your cervical incompetence possibly resulted from trauma during previous child birth or if you underwent cervical dilatation for abortion. Usually this stitch do not cause pain on movement. You better consult and have a check-up by the g&o who is doing your treatment to exclude any other cause which may give you problem later. You must ask your treating doctor about your problems. He/she is suppose to answer all your queries, of course if it is not a stupid one. I wish you have a comfortable ante-natal and safe delivery at the end.
