Hi, thanks for the query. When it comes to weight/ fat loss it's all about being sensible with food. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise whenever possible. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Avoid to eat spicy food, besan, bekary food, overeating, junk food. 6. Every 3 day in month eat mung dal and rice for whole day.

I am suffering from headache from my teenage. Now the pain is severe. Headache leads to vomiting too. And it's a major one. Sometimes half head aches a lot. It doesn't get cured so easily. Dear lybrate user, its always good to start on your fitness program. Every step matters. Its never too late. Aim should be to do intensive cardio/aerobic exercises for at least an hour every day. Regular mat based yoga is too slow/light to give any significant weight loss benefits. Better to go to gym and do your own exercises. Or join zumba or aerobic classes. If you are going to gym you can follow following routine. #a. 5 minutes light warm up with side jumps and stretches. #b. 10 minutes treadmill with speeds from 6-8 kmph #c. 10 mins abs and stretches. #d. 10 mins cycling with speeds from 25-32 kmph. #e 5 mins. Light weights and dumbells #6.10 mins treadmill #7.10 mins stretches and abs crunches. Stay fit. Stay healthy. Stay happy.

Its not necessary to start with a tablet. U can include more veggies m fruits which provides all other nutrients too. If its compulsory. Take with the prescription of a medical practioner.

I am suffering from IBS. Kindly advise what diet should I take and what should I not. Which fruits and juice will help. I have gone weaker by this time and have lost 5 kg. First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

When is the best time to eat fruits?
Fruits comprise of different types of nutrients which offer protection against different types of diseases and infections, lower the chances of heart diseases and hypertension. This burning problem of yours is acidity. Don't keep the stomach empty for longer duration. Hydrochloric secreted in the empty stomach causes irritation. Have cd milk intermittently acid gets neutralised by milk so you should have plenty of milk daily with regular interval ok? sometimes you can have some antacid tab like gelusil or omeprazole. If still persist consult a gastro-enterologist nearby.

There are many organisms that live in our bodies and on the surface of the skin. These are usually harmless and do not cause any damage. But there are many organisms like viruses, fungi and bacteria that can cause infectious disorders known as infections. There are many kinds of infections that can affect the various parts of the body. These are generally caused by various things starting from contaminated food, to transmission from an infected person and more. Read on to know more about the kind of infections and their causes.

Common Symptoms: The various kinds of infections usually have common symptoms including fever due the start of the immune system's fight against the infecting organism, as well as cough, cold, chills, fatigue, loss of appetite, loose motions and pain. All these symptoms point at the presence of an infection.

Types: As mentioned earlier, infections can be of various types. This can also happen when you eat old food that has not been stored under proper conditions, as there may be fungi or mould growing on it.
  4. Direct Contact: One of the causes of infection includes direct causes like contact with an infected person or animal. Coughing or sneezing on someone, getting bitten by an animal, or even mother to unborn child - there are many infections that can be spread in this manner.
