Hello  I wanna make my a good health so can you tell me what should I do and which diet I should eat daily?
I am a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in managing your weight. You need to provide me your daily food intake details. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high protein prescribed diet, have paneer, eggs and potatoe daily. Incorporate dry fruits in your diet on a daily basis. Eat a balanced diet as prescribed by a registered dietitian, I being a registered dietitian and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problem. I will also prescribe medicines that will speed up the time to achieve your weight management goals. Gradual weight management is always advisable. An increase in 500 kcal per day can result in increasing the body weight by 0.5 kgs per week. Objective should be to restore a desirable weight/ ideal body weight according to one's age, gender and height. To rebuild body tissues, to maintain a good nutritional status and to maintain ideal body weight. I will need to carry out detailed assessment in your case, after assessing your personal challenges to weight management, I will recommend a strategy to gradually change habits and attitudes that have sabotaged your past efforts. I being a both a registered dietitian (rd) and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problems through a holistic approach using customized therapeutic diet and medications. Use antidandruff shampoo daily. Use keshkanti oil from ramdev at bedtime it is really effective do pranayam daily for ten minutes. Take tablet keralego men daily for six months. Avoid junk food and fried food.

I'm having Piles and very much pain can anyone help me with the information how can I get permanent relief from it but I don't want to go through with the surgery process. I'm just 23 years previously 3 years before also this problem occurred and then I took some ayurvedic medicines and it was like okay but it re occurred I'm very much tensed because the pain is very much and I'm not able to even sleep or sit properly not able to stand and walk and im feeling something like broken glass is itching and very much burning and in every few seconds its paining alot pls help me I'll be really thankful to you. Dear, follow these best method to get fast relief from piles: *. Fill a tub with luke warm water. Put a stool in centre of tub and sit onstool. Note that your hips are within the water. Sit for 10-15 minute. It willrecover your swelling. You can add 1/2 tea spoon of salt and neem leaves 5-10 in water for fast recovery. * apply glycerine or coconut oil dipped cotton gauze on the anus in night. *. Diet plays very important role. Eat a lot of leafy vegetables, high roughage food (oat meals, daliya, corn). These diet softens your stools and anus feels little pressure during defeacation (stool extraction) and recover fastly. *avoid cheese, egg, potatoes, westren foods (burgers, pizza, white bread etc), soft drinks. These foods enhances constipation and can increase the swelling. *do not sit on couch for a long time. Walk for atleast 2-3 minutes in 3-4 hours. *take half tea spoon of turmeric (haldi powder), a pinch of carom (ajwain. Add then in a glass of water. Boil it for 2-3 minutes. Drink 30 ml ofthis water 2 times (morning and evening. It relieves your piles very fastly * you can take triphala power 1 tea spoon with one glass of water in evening daily. Atleast for 3 months. It will heal your piles and make your anus normal. * you can take allopathic medicines for constipation.

Few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

Hye. Thankyou for the query. It's possible she is not eating enough or trying to consciously eat less hence feeling hungry. It's also possible that she has developed some disorder. Get her thyroid hormones and blood sugar levels tested.

Take ras manikya ras. Gandhak rasayan and shukti pishti with honey thrice a day. Take panchnimbadi churna with water twice a day. Take panchtikta ghrit guggul and arogya vardhini vati with warm water. Take pranacharya charm vikarasav 2-2 tsf with water twice a day. Apply marichyadi oil on affected part. Take these medicines in supervision of a good ayurvedic doctor.

I am suffering from lower back pain, stiffness, restricted movement of neck, unable to bend forward bcoz of the pain, I visited a rheumatologist last year he diagnosed me with ankylosing spondylitis, I took his medicines for a month, but these symptoms come back once I stop taking the medicines, is there any solution so I can lead my normal life as I am unable to play with my son bcoz of these restricted movement n pain.

Keep continue your medicine and follows some tips also avoid toward bending must do spine extension exercise. Must tk physiotherapy treatment tens and ultrasonic therapy for flexibility and mobility of spine. Sit straight and maintain your posture avoid computer work and lifting heavyweight. It will help you.

Hi incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

Acne is a common problem in your age group. With regular treatment, we can bring them under control. Avoid Oily diet, Junk food, Stress, Picking acne, Steroid application and Inadequate sleep. You should visit a Dermatologist for an adequate prescription. You may be advised some procedures also.

It is great to know that you have lost so much of weight. It is a big achievement. The nutrition program you were in to lose bad fat was a change in your lifestyle. Try to keep the same lifestyle, as the minute you start eating the wrong foods, there are full chances that you might gain all the weight back. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1.Exercise at least 5 times per week 2.Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3.Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4.Don’t engage in extreme diets 5.Stay consistent with your habits 6.Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7.Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg apply hot fomentation twice daily. Up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.

  1. Costly products are the best: There are many fellows who think that if the skin care products are costly, then they must be equipped with greater effectiveness. In fact, this is one of the leading reasons that most people are currently choosing only costly products without knowing that it can be one of the business strategies of the popular brands.
  2. Latest products are effective: Currently invented products are always good and this is quite an age-old conception, but this is not true at all. But nobody tries to understand the reality and rather goes by the trend in order to prove the myth to be true. As per the researchers, it has been found that there are many traditional products that are pretty good than the modern ones. But the young generation is not ready to accept this fact, and this is the reason they are suffering like anything.
  3. Younger look can be assured by creams: Only application of a fairness cream can give a fair complexion is a very wrong conception. Hi, Their is no attached report. You can only send report in a private question only. So if you want you can do that. Still high cholesterol can be decreased by taking fat less diet, if you have to use oil use olive oil only, do exercise regularly for at least 5 days a week for minimum 30 minutes. Check it again after 3 months, if it is still high than you will need medication. If it is very high at present, you will need medicine now only. Thanks.
