I have hypertension from last 3 years. I take nifedipine 10 mg once a day my blood pressure mostly normal some time rises to 150/100.
Also I take homeopathy medicine to maintain my bp normal.
My creatinine is stable at 1.6 from last one year before that I was taking only allopathic medicine and bunch of medicine and my creatinine rose to 2.1 from that time I selected homeopathy and feeling better than before.
However my question is about the ramadan fast.
How it will effect my health is it beneficial for me or is there any risk or is there any precaution steps which I should do so that I can manage my health and fast both.
