I am suffering from hair fall since 8yrs. What I do for stopping them. Please suggest me a better treatment. Thank you.

Besides diet, excessive stress, current/past dandruff and some medication are known to retard the hair growth and promote hair loss. Cut down on the use of hair sprays, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients which can dry the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Also, harsh treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc. Take a toll on the health of your hair. Avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing. Excessive exposure to the sunlight, pollution, rain water and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry, brittle and limp. Use a live-in conditioner during the rains to protect it from the humidity and wash and oil it regularly to maintain a healthy scalp. I may also prescribe medications like biotin or minoxidil. Start below mention tips. 1. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses (soyabean is best for hair), egg, green leafy vegetables, fishes, fruits and nuts etc. 2. Drink more water (12 to 15 glasses per day) 3. Avoid stress and anger 4. For prevention of fungal infection in scalp, wash your hair regularly with some good shampoo. You can use conditioner for smoothing of hair quality. 5. Avoid combing of wet hair. 6. Do not share your towel or comb with other people. Try these tips.

If we will eat tobacco what will our health become means for example we are a healthy person he has a friend and hiS friend is an unhealthy person so his friend offers him to eat tobacco and he eats it what will happen to him? And the same I did what will happen to me?

U have to continue the treatment if you expect good results. I an starting here but its not all uhave to continue to get a consistent result. Take german reckeweg natrum mur 1m single dose in morning. Mixed fruit juice daily. Report me after 7 days.

How I can get rid from dark circles permanently? Is there any exercise for this? Or something else?

Follow these methods to clear dark circles fastly: • Take 6 to 8 hrs sleep regularly. • Do yogasana specially SINHASANA & Bhramari Pranayam. • Apply piece of cucumber on your both eyes. • Apply almond oil or you can apply capsule of vitamin E mix it in mosturiser or cream you have daily around the eye in night and massage it lightly daily. • Take a piece of potato and make it's juice by crush it apply its juice for 15 min daily. • • Take 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric (haldi) with one teaspoon of besan mix it with water and make paste apply it around eyes for 10 minutes and make it dry remove it. • Eat green leafy vegetables daily and fruits daily. Drink a glass of milk daily.

Some times I am getting too much sleep without any physical strain, is this makes to any problem. Please tell me.

Dear , one of the reasons for too much sleep is low blood iron. Take green leafy vegetables, spinach, cabbage, lettuce, sesame seeds topped over vegetables and salads, iron containing corn flakes and energy bars (example granola energy bar, kellog's muesli flakes, and others). Dear, it is best not to depend on sleep medicines for sleep disturbance as in long run, they lead to dependency and increased disturbance. Never rely on alcohol for sleep. Some people use alcohol to help them sleep, but that's not a good idea. At first, drinking alcohol may make you sleepy and help you fall asleep. But when you drink alcohol, you are more likely to wake up later in the night and have a hard time falling back asleep. This can leave you feeling tired the next day. The following tips help one to easily get into sleep: a) have bath regularly in evening after coming from work or before going to bed. B) do not engage mind in active work or stressful talking at night before bed time. C) do not engage mind in too much of computer work in night before bed time (for example, do not do stock market work in night). D) do not read or view illicit or pornographic material at any time preferably. E) do not take heavy meals in night. Best is to have heavy breakfast, lighter lunch and lightest dinner to maintain stomach rhythm which affects sleep. Vegetarian diet is best for good sleep. F) do not over engage mind in television in night. G) do not smoke cigarette, chew tobacco, tobacco containing masala, or similar intoxicants which can disturb rhythm of mind and disturb sleep cycle. H) no tea or coffee in night (preferably cocoa and caffeine containing drinks should be totally avoided for best results). I) listen to relaxing music and even then if you do not get sleep, then hear soothing stories or nice talks from our rich vedic literature. You may stream audio music and talks. J) read books which not only calm the mind but also nourish the thinking process, such as from our rich oldest vedic literature.

Am a 29 year guy facing from hair loss. Previously I had alot of hair now adys day by day am loosing alot but not become bald how can I stop this. Which treatment is better for this and may the treatment works for this type of hair loss. Management: here are five tips everyone can use to help improve the quality of their sleep: keep your bedroom cool and dark put away/turn off all electronic devices while preparing for bedtime stick to a regular bedtime and wake time every day, even on weekends stop drinking caffeine by the early afternoon and avoid large late-night meals skip the late-afternoon nap, as it can make it harder to sleep at bedtime avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Do regular exercise. Go for a brisk walk in the morning. Medication: take schwabe's bacopa monierri 1x/ thrice daily and kali phos./ once daily at night for 1 month.

Hello lybrate-user- hair fall is generally associated with poor diet and schedule. Follow this ayurvedic tips- a) avoid excess usage of shampoo or other chemical products like dye etc. B) oil your scalp daily (use mahabhringraj hair oil) c) go to bed before 10 pm, late night sessions harms hair follicle a lot. D) avoid excess spicy diet and fast food.

I would like to share that my body weight is going down because of little travel. For a 3-4 hour. But I having my lunch and dinner as well good but my body is not getting it all. Your hairs are turning white and there is hair fall also. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet rice in proteins. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Take lots of water daily. Use shampoo only three times a week. Follow this and give feedback.

Hi, If you’re aiming to gain some strength and build muscle, you must follow the points mentioned below: 1. Start exercising. If you’re a beginner, focus on bodyweight exercises like push up, pull up and squat. The basic push up and chin up are invaluable exercises you can do with very little equipment. Increase their difficulty by adding reps or affixing weights to your legs. 2. Consume a balanced diet. It's important to eat big meals to fuel muscle growth while you're training. You’ll need to eat healthy, whole foods that will nourish and restore your muscles. Consume all types of fruits, vegetables, grains, oils and dairy products. 3. Take adequate rest. Many people take this step lightly, but it's absolutely essential when it comes to gain strength. That means you won't be able to work out as hard or lift as much as you otherwise would, not to mention you'll be more prone to injury if you're feeling sleepy. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night, possibly more depending on your individual needs, during heavy workout periods. 4. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chicken breast, egg whites, fish, pulses provide you all the protein you need without containing any unnecessary fat. 5. Focus on compound movements. Compound movements are those which engages more than one muscle group. Exercises like bench press, squat, dead lift are great examples of compound exercises to gain strength quickly. 6. Lift heavy. If your main aim is to gain strength, you’ll need to lift heavy weights in the gym and thus, lower the repetitions of your sets. Moderate-rep sets are important when training for muscle size. However, to build strength, you're going to have to train with heavier weights, meaning you'll do fewer reps. 7. Limit cardio to once or twice per week. Cardio exercises like running, swimming, and biking are great ways to keep your endurance good and your circulation healthy. However, they aren't the best exercises you can do if your goal is to gain strength. Weight training requires loads of energy, and if yours has already been used up by a long run or bike ride, you won't have enough left over to give weight training your best shot. 1. Apply mahabhringraj oil on your scalp and massage follow by giving hot water fomentation. You can put 1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils before going to bed. 2. Take pranacharya allergen capsule twice a day. Increase the intake of proteins such as soybean and egg white. It is advisable to avoid tea, coffee, spicy food, fermented food and junk food. Only use ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp and avoid synthetic shampoos. Do pranayama early morning.
