Take Nux vom 200, 4 pills twice a day for 3 days and Ars alb 200, 4 pills 3 days and then report thereafter for further treatment you need to see the food what you are taking. Do exercise daily, avoid spicy, heavy and junk food, avoid alcohol and smoking (if you do) eat salads and sprouts, papaya to reduce gastric problem. Don't be empty stomach, because it will cause acidity. We have good homeopathic medicines, both for reducing weight and acidity, but for that we need to take whole case taking, so that appropriate treatment gets started.

Hi, I want know that I M very allergic towards the cold atmosphere with this I am getting nasal and chest congestion. From last few days I had nasal and chest infection and Now I am taking azithromycin tabs, and liquid for chest but I want know that I have a vaxigrip injection can I take it for immunity while I taking medicines pn other side. Absolutely no harm. If you drink amla juice or any other juice as much. Amla juice you can buy of Patanjali. But other fruit juices you should not buy packed ones. They contain sugar and preservatives. Home-sqeezed fruit juices are best.

Hi, Please follow these home remedies to cure constipation: - Eat a big bowl of papaya daily before or after food. - Soak dry fig in water overnight and eat it in the morning everyday. - Add 2tsf of lemon juice and a pinch of salt to a glass of hot water and drink it on empty stomach in the morning. - Eat one medium sized raw potato along with its peel daily. - Include lot of vegeables like cucumber, carrot, onion,beetroot, ladies finger,radish, snakegourd, beans, etc, both cooked and raw , in your diet. - Add 1tsf of pure ghee to a glass of hot milk and drink it at bed time.

DEAR Lybrate USER. A) Take 10-10ml of fresh lemon juice and honey before meal. B) take 4 tablets of sutshekhar rasa after meals���. C) eat 10 gm of AJOVA SEEDS along with 10 gm of jiggery after meals��� D) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice and 30 ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep. Do all these things for 15 days.
