If there is just a sprain, and there is no bony injury, there is no reason why you have been kept on complete bed rest. You can wear a good quality ankle brace and start mobilizing, normally soft tissue injuries take around 3 weeks to heal if proper management is done. Here are the instructions for mobile phone use: 1. Blink, blink and blink again. Blinking often (and for more than a second) keeps your eyes moist and reduces dryness and irritation. We tend blink about a third less than we normally would when we stare at our smartphone screens, which starves our poor peepers of protective tears. Keep your eyes wet by blinking about 10 times every 20 minutes or so and you should be good to go. 2. Minimize glare. Unless you have a smartphone equipped with anti-glare Corning Gorilla Glass or use a matte screen protector film, you’re probably coping with a fair amount of annoying reflective glare. 3. Take breaks. Follow 20-20-20 rule. The concept is to take a break from looking at your screen every 20 minutes for 20 seconds while looking at something 20 feet away. Doing so relaxes your eye muscles 4. Adjust your brightness. Having your screen too bright or too dark stresses your eyes out and can cause problems maintaining focus. To eliminate either issue in about a matter of seconds, simply go into your smartphone settings and adjust your screen brightness so it’s about the same as the light level in the environment around you 5. Tweak your text size and contrast. Adjusting your smartphone text contrast and size also provides a little much-needed relief. 6. Keep a clean screen. Routinely wipe down your smartphone screen with a dry (not wet!) cleaning cloth to remove distracting dust, grime, smudges and fingerprints. 7. Hold your smartphone farther away. Try holding yours at least 16 to 18 inches away from your eyes to give your eyes a break.

एक समय था जब झुर्रियों को बुढ़ापे की निशानी माना जाता था। लेकिन, आजकल, यह आश्चर्यजनक नहीं होगा कि आप केवल 25 वर्ष के हों, तो भी यह दिखना शुरू कर दें। व्यस्त जीवनशैली, तनाव, नींद की कमी और अनुचित आहार अक्सर त्वचा का नुकसान होने के कारण होता है। 
झुर्रियां पतली, सगनी त्वचा के कारण होती हैं। वे विशेष रूप से चेहरे, गर्दन, हाथों की पीछे, और अग्र-भुजाओं के शीर्ष पर दिखाई देते हैं। झुर्रियां तब होती हैं जब त्वचा के संयोजी ऊतक में कोलेजन और इलास्टिन कमजोर हो जाते हैं और टूट जाते हैं। समय से पहले या अधिक झुर्रियां अन्य कारकों जैसे सूरज की रोशनी या कठोर वातावरण, धूम्रपान, कुछ दवाओं के उपयोग, अत्यधिक तनाव, अचानक वजन घटाने, विटामिन ई की हानि, गतिहीन जीवन शैली और आनुवंशिक पूर्ववृत्ति के कारण भी हो सकती हैं। 
 

झुर्रियों से बचाव के घरेलू उपाय
यदि आपने हाल ही में अपने चेहरे पर महीन रेखाओं पर गौर किया है या लंबे समय से उन्हें छुटकारा पाने के लिए संघर्ष कर रहे हैं, तो यहां कुछ अद्भुत घरेलू उपाय हैं जो झुर्रियों को बहुत प्रभावी ढंग से हटा सकते हैं।
1. जैतून का तेल:
जैतून का तेल आपकी त्वचा के लिए एक अद्भुत मालिश तेल है। यह एंटीऑक्सिडेंट जैसे विटामिन ए और ई, का एक अच्छा स्रोत है, जो त्वचा के लिए हानिकारक मुक्त कणों से लड़ते हैं। नियमित रूप से प्रभावित त्वचा क्षेत्र पर जैतून का तेल मालिश करना त्वचा की कोशिकाओं को मॉइस्चराइज, मरम्मत और पुनर्जीवित करेगा। 
आप 1 बड़े चमच जैतून के तेल में 1/2 चम्मच कालनजी तेल को भी जोड़ सकते हैं, इसे अधिक शक्तिशाली बनाने के लिए।
2. मेथी:
मेथी के पत्ते विटामिन और खनिजों में बहुत समृद्ध हैं जो आसानी से शरीर द्वारा अवशोषित होते हैं और झुर्रियाँ और अन्य त्वचा की समस्याओं का इलाज करते हैं। ताजी मेथी के पत्तों को पीस लें, एक पेस्ट बनाने के लिए। अपने चेहरे पर पेस्ट को लागू करें और इसे रात भर छोड़ दें। सुबह इसे गुनगुने पानी से धो लें।
आप मेथी के बीज के साथ उबला हुए पानी से भी अपना चेहरा धो सकते हैं या अपनी झुर्रियों और महीन रेखाओं पर मेथी तेल लगा सकते हैं।
3. अदरक:
यह इलास्टिन के टूटने को रोकने में मदद करता है, झुर्रियां और महीन रेखाओं के मुख्य कारणों में से एक है। अदरक एंटीऑक्सिडेंट्स में समृद्ध है, इस प्रकार भी झुर्रियों को रोकने में मदद करता है। शहद की एक चम्मच के साथ कसा हुआ अदरक मिलाएं और हर सुबह इस मिश्रण को खाएं। आप अदरक और शहद वाली चाय भी पी सकते हैं।
4. एलोवेरा:
एलोवेरा विटामिन ई का एक समृद्ध स्रोत है, जो त्वचा के लिए एक बूस्टर है। एलोवेरा एंटीऑक्सिडेंट और शोथ रोधक यौगिकों के साथ सुस्त त्वचा को भी स्वस्थ कर देता है। 1 बड़ा चमचा एलोवेरा जेल और 1 अंडे के सफेद हिस्से का उपयोग करके पेस्ट बनाएँ और इससे अपने चेहरे पर मालिश करें। इसे आधे घंटे के लिए छोड़ दें और फिर धो लें।
5. केले:
केले विटामिन, खनिज और एंटीऑक्सिडेंट्स में समृद्ध हैं जो झुर्रियों और महीन रेखाओं के कारणों से मुकाबला करते हैं। एक गाढ़ा पेस्ट बनाने के लिए दो केलों को कुचल दें। झुर्रीदार क्षेत्रों पर पेस्ट को लागू करें। इसे कम से कम आधे घंटे के लिए छोड़ दें और फिर इसे गुनगुने पानी से धो लें।
6. बादाम:
बादाम में विटामिन ई होता है जो त्वचा की प्राकृतिक लोच को लौटाता है। बादाम फाइबर, लोहा, जस्ता, कैल्शियम, फोलिक एसिड, और ओलिक एसिड का भी एक उत्कृष्ट स्रोत है, जो संयुक्त रूप से बुढ़ापे की प्रक्रिया में देरी कर सकते हैं और झुर्रियों का इलाज कर सकते हैं।
रात भर के लिये कच्चे दूध में कुछ बादाम सोखें। सुबह, उन्हें छील लें और पीसकर गाढ़ा पेस्ट बनायें। इसे चेहरे पर लागू करें, 15 मिनट तक सूखा दें और फिर पानी से धो लें।
7. अनानास:
अनानास में एंजाइम होते हैं जो त्वचा लोच को बढ़ावा देते हैं, त्वचा को मॉइस्चराइज करते हैं और साथ ही मृत त्वचा कोशिकाओं को खत्म करने में मदद करते हैं। यह एंटीऑक्सिडेंट, फाइबर और विटामिन में भी समृद्ध है जो त्वचा के स्वास्थ्य को बढ़ावा देते हैं। 
प्रभावित त्वचा क्षेत्र पर अनानस मांस रगड़ें। आपकी त्वचा पर अनानस का पल्प लागू करें। इसे लगभग 20 मिनट तक सूखने के लिए छोड़ दें और फिर इसे धो लें।

Hello. Don’t worry you will be just fine all you have to do is embrace the Mother Nature and don’t go for man made medications and chemicals which carry a lot of harm aide effects along with them, all you have to do is follow them regularly and see the magic for yourself. Firstly get your eyesight checked up as soon as possible…it is strongly advisable that you keep yourself away from laptops, televisions until you get cured. Make sure you have your head in the south or east direction while sleeping… The most effective remedy for these kind of problems is" cow ghee" take 1 spoon of cow ghee and warm it, With the help of a dropper, Pour one drop of cow ghee in each of your nostril. It may sound weird or a hectic job at first but trust me it is the most effective remedy. It Makes your head nerves lighter and healthier that too without any side effects. Furthermore it is advisable that you keep yourself stress free by practicing breathing exercise (pranayam) everyday. Oil your scalp regularly with mustard oil. Hello lybrate-user, the upper range of blood pressure is 140 / 90, anything above requires care either by cutting salt in diet, aerobic exercise and if required medicines. As such there is nothing as low blood pressure, it a misnomer with general population to attribute the symptoms of feeling low to low blood pressure. However one should maintain blood above 110 / 70 at your age and hence that can be considered as lower limit.

If you were sexually active after last period and if you have missed period as per your dates then do urine pregnancy test. If you were not sexually active after last period then meet medical practitioner who can prescribe.

Hi. As height can be gained till 21 yrs. Of age in males and 18 yrs. In females, so there are 5 yrs. More left to grow further! medication: start taking homoeopathic medicines which are safe to take without any side-effects - bakson's hite-aid and five phos. - both thrice daily and thuja 1m/ one dose once a week - take them for 4 months. Management: consume a balanced diet. A person will look a lot shorter when having a plump body. Not only that, being fit by eating right will make you taller and feel better! eat plenty of lean protein. Lean protein, such as white poultry meat, fish, soy, and dairy, helps promote muscle growth and healthy bones. Simple carbohydrates such as pizza, cakes, sweets, and soda, are the stuff to stay away from. Eat plenty of calcium. Calcium, found in leafy green vegetables such as spinach and kale, and in dairy (yogurt and milk), helps promote healthy bones. Get enough zinc. Studies, although they have been inconclusive so far, point to a possible link between zinc deficiencies and stunted growth in boys. Good sources of zinc include oysters, wheat germ, pumpkin and squash seeds, lamb, peanuts, and crab. Get enough vitamin d. Vitamin d promotes bone and muscle growth in children, and a deficiency has been shown to stunt growth and cause weight gain in teenage girls. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. -sleeping is the time when your body grows, get between 9 and 11 hours of sleep per night if you're a preteen or still younger than 20. -avoid any bad habit like smoking which affects the height, also avoid anabolic steroids which inhibit bone growth in young children and teens. -always stand straight instead of hunching your back. (you can probably increase your height by a few inches with diet and lifestyle changes, especially if you are still in your teens or even your early 20s (for boys).) get back to me after 4 months for further guidance.
