I have psoriasis (7 years) on scalp and on nose area. I have taking every precaution to keep it low as possible. Recently, I developed two small white patch (vitiligo) on left side of the mouth (3 months). This situation keeps me worried most of the time. I am taking each and every precaution. I even started homeopathic treatment. Is there anything else I should keep in mind treating these white patches because I don't want them to grow.

Keeping in mind your ageand the sites involved. Scalp and nose. It is more likely that you have seborrheic dermatitis rather than psoriasis. But would require a more extensive history and clinical examination to confirm. With regards to vitiligo, if it is confirmed, you can apply FLUTIVATE cream in the morning for 3 weeks MELBUILD lotion at night and revert thereafter.

Does skipping increase the size of the breast? Or any other exercises increase the size of breast? Please tell me.

Advanced Aesthetics, M.Ch - Plastic Surgery, MS - General Surgery, MBBS
Cosmetic/Plastic Surgeon, Indore
To the best of our knowledge no medicines or creams work to increase the breast size. Breast enlargement. Silicone implants are the gold standard world over, very short operative procedure with very gratifying results. The creams and capsules have never actually worked, but since every one is not immediately ready for surgery so the companies use these gimmicks to market their products. If there is lack of substance then augmentation with a silicone implant is the best choice and a gold standard procedure. It is a day care procedure and you are discharge in a very short time from the hospital and it brings about an instant change in breast size and self esteem. Almost 10 crore implants are in use and so it is extremely safe. No one wants surgery unless it is necessary. There is no medication to give the results. No one wants surgery unless it is necessary. There is no medication to give the results. No creams or pills actually work except psychologically. Surgery is the only answer. The surgery is almost painless because there are enough medications to keep the pain under control.

Is Laser Treatment Safe For Tattoo Removal?

Diploma In Dermatologist, Venereologist and Laparoscopy, MBBS
Dermatologist, Rewari
Is Laser Treatment Safe For Tattoo Removal?

The permanency of tattoos or being inked has reduced somewhat after the widespread use of laser tattoo removal. It has become a common trend among people to take off the ink which once was put in to be a permanent part of their existence. Although the success rate of the tattoo removal is quite high, there are certain inherent risks of undergoing a laser tattoo removal procedure.

Let's take a look at some of the risks:

  • Risk of infection: The process of tattoo removal may pose a risk of infection like any other procedure performed on the human body. However, infections occur in rare cases and only if proper method is not followed or the patient doesn't adhere to post-procedural prohibitions.
  • Chances of a scar: Although the colors within the tattoo may be removed, the outline of the tattoo may stay depending on how deep the punctures on the skin were, where the tattoo was put into place. This may also happen due to the type of paint used as it may also result in a permanent pigment removal in the localized area of the tattoo on the skin.
  • Hypopigmentation and Hyperpigmentation: After the removal of the tattoo, the skin and the body may react in a certain manner within certain individuals and thus result in problems with skin pigmentation. In certain cases, the color of the skin in the affected area may become paler than the rest of the surrounding skin which is known as hypopigmentation. In others, it may even become darker which is known as hyperpigmentation.
  • Side effects: If the patient already has certain pre-existing conditions then the procedure may have certain side effects. One example of this is a delay in the healing process in case the patient has diabetes.

However, laser tattoo removal has been improving over the past few years as a procedure and has come to a point where it is very safe. What might vary from patient to patient is the effectiveness of the removal of the colors within the tattoo, depending on the types of colors that were used. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Dermatologist.

Please go for Gym. Exercising does not increase pimples. Sometimes becuase of the excessive sweating few breakouts may happen but they are manageable. However, do not take any hormone preparation for bodybuilding, they can cause pimples. Excercise overall hepls to improve skin tone and texture.
