Hi drink some bitter gourd juice on an empty stomach each morning. First remove the seeds of two to three bitter gourds and use a juicer to extract the juice. Add some water and then drink it. Follow this treatment daily in the morning for at least two months. Take pranacharya diabeto and shilajeet capsule twice a day with water. Take vasant kusumakar ras twice a day. Avoid sweets. Take small meals in less time interval. Do pranayama early morning. Avoid alcohol consumption.

Exfoliate your skin one time per week. Use a scrub or an exfoliant specifically for men. Removing dead skin cells will stimulate new hair growth. Try an exfoliating mask. You will apply the product to your face and leave it on for a period of time, usually between 10 and 30 minutes, before rinsing it. Keep your skin clean. Wash it with warm water and a mild cleanser every morning and evening. Clean skin encourages small hair to grow. Use a cream or moisturizer with eucalyptus. Products with eucalyptus are useful in helping hair grow more quickly on your face. Remove any flaky or dry skin. Moisturized skin creates a better environment for facial hair to grow quickly, which will create a beard fast. Manage stress in healthy ways. Beards will grow more quickly when you are relaxed, and many beauty and health experts believe hair reveals stress. Try exercise to manage stress and grow your beard quickly. Exercise improves blood circulation to the face, which will promote hair growth. Check your face for ingrown hairs. Beards will not grow in evenly if there are ingrown hairs on your face. Take biotin daily. This dietary supplement is known to increase the growth of hair and nails. Use 2.5 mg of biotin every day to make your beard grow quickly. This often comes in supplements which you can buy from a vitamin shop or health food store. Incorporate vitamin B into your diet and your beauty products. Vitamins B1, B6 and B12 are especially useful in helping hair grow quickly. Defy the urge to trim or shape your beard. If you want the hair to come in quickly, leave it alone while it grows. You will have the chance to groom the beard after about 4 to 6 weeks when it is full Ignore the belief that shaving regularly makes hair grow thicker and quicker. There is no scientific evidence to support this. Shaving your beard will only reduce the amount of hair on your face, not bring it in more rapidly. Expect growing facial hair to be stiff. Because your hair will not all grow at the same pace, your face might get itchy and irritated. If you suffer from itching or a rash, ask a doctor about applying a hydrocortisone cream to your face while you are growing a beard. It will relieve the itching. However, it can also have negative side effects when used on the face, so only apply it according to doctor supervision and advice.

1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. 4. If you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. 5. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 6. Do not eat for 3 hours before you go to sleep. Eating before going to bed is one of the main cause of rapid weight gain. 7. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water.

Dear. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight. * body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soup or salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

avoid constipation, avoid straining on stool, take fiber diet and green vegetables. take pilex tab one tab 3 times daily for one month, apply anovate on anus. consult surgeon if not ok.

I eat 3 chapathis in the morning with a glass of tea, noon three chapathis with curry,and night a small quantity of rice with curry i do not eat anything else other than this still i do not loose weight, i do a lot of house work and even go to office.

To reduce weight following small meal pattern is very important. Instead of having 3 major meals break it up into 5-6 small meals. Mid morning: eat a fruit/veggies/soup/fiber biscuits/tender coconut water lunch: along with 3 chapathi and curry add a bowl of mix veg salad+ curd snack: sprouts chat/fruit bowl/lime juice/multigrain rusks/sandwich /fistful of nuts night: 8pm: try if you can switch on brown rice/veg curry +big bowl salad+buttermilk/milk

You should join a good Gym and exercise regularly for at least 45 mins per day. Surgery or devices like CPAP are advisable only after investigating u properly by sleep study and sleep MRI or endoscopy. If sx is required then also u have to go for exercise. So Its better to start as soon as possible.

What is symptom of dengue hemorrhagic fever.
The principal symptoms of dengue are: -high fever and at least two of the following: -severe headache -severe eye pain (behind eyes) -joint pain -muscle and/or bone pain -rash -mild bleeding manifestation (nose or gum bleed, petechiae, or easy bruising) Watch for warning signs as temperature declines 3 to 5 days after symptoms/fever began, as this is the most dangerous period when platelet counts decline significantly. Report immediately to hospital if any of the following warning signs appear: -severe abdominal pain or persistent vomiting -red spots or patches on the skin -bleeding from nose or gums -vomiting blood -black, tarry stools  -drowsiness or irritability -pale, cold, or clammy skin -difficulty breathing

Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day.

Hii. Dear it's due to weakness of lower back muscles. Take rest and don't watch tv while lying -do hot water fermentation duration -15 min thrice in a day -do lower back muscle exercises daily 15-20 min, twice - do knee to chest exercise 20 times morning while wake up and evening before bed do it for 3 days sure feel better inform me if pain increases. Almost all the metabolic processes in a person's body are influenced by the hormones produced by the thyroid gland. The most common types of thyroid diseases caused due to dysfunctional thyroid glands are Thyroid nodules, Hypothyroidism, Hyperthyroidism, Goiter, Thyroiditis, and Thyroid Cancer. 

Hypothyroidism is when the thyroid gland is underactive and the amount of hormones produced is insufficient. Hypothyroidism can be caused due to multiple reasons such as iodine deficiency, radiation or surgery on the thyroid gland, and drugs such as lithium and phenylbutazone. You should note that treating thyroid is not a speedy process and a reoccurrence of symptoms might also take place. However with the appropriate remedies and proper diet control, one can make sure that these symptoms are less pronounced. 

Ayurveda: According to Ayurveda, imbalance or disequilibrium in the doshas is the main cause of hypothyroidism. The Kapha dosha i.e. the dosha responsible for body fluids and lubrication and Pitta dosha i.e. the dosha responsible for fire and water body humors, are vitiated. Lifestyle and diet discrepancies further promote imbalances in the doshas. Hypothyroidism is categorized under the Yapya diseases which recur once you cease to take the treatment. 

Treatments:

  1. It is essential to consume adequate quantities of milk. 
  2. Apart from that, coconut oil is one of the best remedies for a hypothyroid patient, since it increases slow and sluggish metabolism. Coconut contains MCFAs i.e. medium chain fatty acids and MTCs i.e. Medium chain triglycerides in abundance which help the metabolism be revved up. 
  3. Ayurvedic herbs useful for treating hypothyroidism are kanchnar, Bauhinia variegata i.e. purple mountain ebony, Jatamansi, brahmi, guggulu, shilajit, gokshura, and punarnava. 

Remedies:

  1. Consume a mixture of Indian gooseberry i.e. amla churna with honey, daily before breakfast. 
  2. One of the main causes of Hypothyroidism is insufficient amount of iodine. Drinking the juice acquired from jalakumbhi i.e. Pistia Stratiotes everyday in doses amounting from 11gm to 22gm increases the iodine content and helps treat hypothyroidism.
