Hello Aneesh, According to me, there are no targets to achieve here ! Hence, whatever you and your wife are comfortable with should be fine. Remember, Sex is not just intercourse or penetrative sex, there is a lot more to it. There is likely to be a mismatch in your desires (both husband & wife's). Hence, good communication and negotiation is an important skill too. Focus on the quality & forget about numbers/ quantity etc ! Good luck.

Hello, this may be because of acidity/ indigestion/ gas you can take 1. Tablet Meftal spas one tablet stat after food 2. Tablet Pantocid 40 mg before food once a day for 2-3 days. And follow care advises given below. Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food take home made light food like moong dal, Dalia, chapatti also tell me associated symptoms like vomiting sensation, loose motion/ burning sensation in chest or any other symptoms are present or not? so that we can reach diagnosis and kindly let me know what problem you have with your tooth like pain, sensitivity?

To gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects

Use haldi, besan, suji, milk and lemon juice paste and apply it on your face, keep it for 1/2 hour and then wash it away! drink 2 tsf of any raktashodhak twice daily! do it every alternate day! use aloe vera gel twice a day! if no relief take constitutional homeopathic treatment!

I am 22 year old woman. For last one week or so I am having irritation in my vagina. I keep on washing it so that it remains clean but it is not working. So last night I used few drops of dettol mixed with water to wash it. Itching or irritation stops instantly but again almost after 22 hours it get started. As dettol is not good for daily use, how can I get rid of this problem?

You seem to have developed infection in the vagina. Please show it to good lady doctor and take treatment. Do not use dettol inside the vagina.

Hi,Acne is the most common teenage problem.Acne is a result of a blockage in the follicles or the pores on the skin. Eat small amount of foods.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.No sugar,sweetened juice.Eat lots of whole fruits,watery vegetables.Take unrefined foods but not more.Take extra protein to loss weight.Use healthy fats small amount.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Drink lukewarm water after meals.Take lukewarm water with lemon juice on an empty stomach in the morning and do exercise like swimming,skipping,push ups,sit ups,yoga,plank,squats.These will be very much helpful.

Please At present you can go for walk After 3 mths of operation you can join gym again But do only light exercises for 3 mths 6 mths after operation, you will be able to heavy exercises So that incisional hernia will be prevented

Darkening of urine has various reasons to blame. To know the exact reasons do a routine urine examination and urine microscopy. Unless you have fever too, urinary infection is less likely.
