I have gastritis I am taking medicine for last 3 months but I am not getting well.
Medicines alone not enough complete change of diet and lifestyle needed. Your Gut is your gateway to health and all diseases begin in the Gut. You have to Treat the root cause and not the symptoms Detailed medical, dietary, occupational ,social, family, and environmental history taking is important to find the root cause Any of these can trigger your disease. Since every individual is different the triggers of disease are also different Smoker / alcohol /Tobacco ,/ soft drinks consumption Do you Drink cows milk, Do you Skip meals, do you eat wheat .Do you eat outside more than in your home. Get educated about the disease you have and question your doctor .Please take personal responsibility for your own health. Always take second and third opinions so that you know you are getting the correct treatment and not getting ripped off. .You should have complete control over your health. So Get the Right tests done, so that you do not get bad surprises later. Get the Right Advice from the Right doctor who takes a detailed history and educates you before medicating you. I am a lifestyle and wellness consultant based in USA. Have you done the tests for inflammation. .Do the tests what your body needs and not what the hospital / Drs need. Eat plant based diet mostly. .Don’t skip meals. Keep moving for your bowels to move. Increase fluid intake and Increase fiber intake. Ultimately your health and your life is dependent on you and not your doctor.

Absolutely True Snehal. We all are aware of the fact that our height increases up to a particular age and then it comes to a halt. Height increases up to the age of 18years in women and up to the age of 20 years in men. Increase in height is attributed to the production of growth hormone, called the HGH( Human Growth Hormone), which is secreted by the pituitary gland called the master gland of our body. It is rather difficult to increase height after reaching adulthood as the production of these hormones slowly stops. In most cases, the epiphyses of the long bones are fused as the last bits of cartilaginous tissue in the bones turn into solid hard bones. This prevents any further growth in longer bones. However, if the hormones are released naturally, increase in height can be observed. .Homoeopathic medicines acts as a catalyst in increasing the production of these hormones. Increase in height at your age depends upon a no. of factors like 1.Heriditary factor 2.Recorded any increase in height in last 24 months 3.Amount of effort you are putting in for increase in height 4.How much serious are you for your height 5.Will you give 100% if I show you a direction 6.Just do your bit with full determination and leave the rest to time, exercises and medicines. Consult me Fast for Homoeopathic consultation as you short of time
