Not many friends and I have almost no social life. Some times I miss my night sleep due to anxiety and it shoots up when I have to travel and stay in a hotel with windows sealed. You are incapacitating yourself. Everybody must be responsible, respectful and functional at all times to remain healthy as a personality. And the beauty is that it is never too late for anything. Go out and socialize. Being a recluse will on give you time to entertain negative thoughts and develop anxiety. This is no way to live life. We are social animals, gregarious by nature and we need each other. In that​ context, we need to develop until we become interdependent.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

Hi make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste. Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water.

Grade one fatty liver is commonly seen and no specific medicine is needed .There is no standardized treatment for fatty liver. Treating the underlying cause can easily reverse the abnormal changes in the liver, provided, it is early in the disease. Some common measures that improve fatty liver are: Exercise and weight loss programs: Obese patients have a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 30 or more. A realistic weight loss program should try reducing the BMI by two units of the existing one. Aerobic exercises are best suited to burn off fat. However, one should bear in mind that for long term success, it is not the intensity of the workout, but the sustenance that matters.Control cholesterol levels.: Besides regular workouts, a healthy approach to avoid consumption of saturated fats in diet can reverse fatty liver. Cholesterol lowering medications used in adjunct to exercise can reverse fatty liver.Control Diabetes: Effective management of sugar levels with life-style changes, medications and insulin can stop further advancement of fatty liver into something serious like cirrhosis or liver failure.Avoid harmful substances.: Certain drugs, alcohol, junk foods etc. are better avoided when once diagnosed with fatty liver. Talk to your doctor regarding medications that can cause fatty liver. Chances are he can suggest better alternatives.

Respected sir, Mai pehle depression ka patient tha. Kuch mahine pehle mujhe neend aane me pareshani hone lagi Achanak se. Uske Baad ab Mujhe kuch v theek se yaad nhi rehta turant ki baat v bhool ja rha Hun aur ab Mujhe neend v bahot lagti hai 24 ghante neend bahot tez aati Rehti hai jaise ki bahot Dino se nhi Soya Hun aur kuch feel v nhi hota. Mai kitni v der so lun neend aata hi rehta hai. Office me kuch v nhi ker pata. please help.

You are going through grief, which is normal after loss of a loved one. Time is the healer for the emotional and behavioral changes, however if your depression is severe enough to affect you in a significant manner, kindly consult a psychiatrist for short term antidepressant medication, depending on the complaints.

Hi lybrate-user improving your diet and lifestyle is the best way to lose weight. Make small target of losing 2-4 kg per month. Eat breakfast as soon as you wake up. Eat three fruits per day. Drink plenty of water. Eat high fiber vegetables and low fat protein sources. Walk for thirty min minimum daily.

Do have proper balanced diet and take ift and ust for pain relief for 12 days followed by strengthening exercise from neuro physiotherapist apply hot and cold water fomentation for thrice a day for 15 minutes duration each time regularly.
