Hi, thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You are very young to actually have persistent back pains. If you have localized back pain with no other symptoms like radiating leg pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc and with no other associated constitutional symptoms like evening rise in temperature, loss of weight, excessive sweating at night etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - to maintain proper posture of your back while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc we will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we will have to get some investigations like, dynamic x rays of lower back and few blood tests for evaluation. रक्त, आर्टरीस की दीवारों पर जो बल डालता है, उससे ब्लड प्रेशर कहते हैं। इस बल की शम्मता, दिल के रक्त छोड़ने के प्रेशर और रक्त वाहिकाओं द्वारा लगाए गए प्रतिरोध पे निर्भर करती है। उच्च रक्तचाप, जिसे हाइपरटेंशन भी कहते हैं, तब होता है जब यह बल बहुत अधिक हो जाता है। 
रक्तचाप रीडिंग दो नंबरों में दिया जाता है। पहला, सिस्टल रक्तचाप, जो हृदय अनुबंध के कारण धमनियों में दबाव है। दूसरा डायस्टोलिक रक्तचाप, जो दिल के वापस विस्तार के कारण धमनियों में दबाव है। वयस्कों के लिए सिस्टोलिक दबाव 120 एमएमएचजी के नीचे और डायस्टोलिक दबाव 80 एमएमएचजी के नीचे, सामान्य रक्तचाप होता है। जब आप उत्साहित होते हैं या घबराते हैं, तो रक्त के दबाव में परिवर्तन सामान्य होता है। हालांकि, गतिविधि बंद हो जाने पर, आपका ब्लड प्रेशर आपकी सामान्य बेसलाइन रेंज में वापस आ जाता है। 
रक्तचाप सामान्य रूप से उम्र और शरीर के आकार के साथ बढ़ जाता है। संकीर्ण धमनियां प्रतिरोध को बढ़ाती हैं, जो रक्तचाप में वृद्धि का कारण बनता है। जब सिस्टोलिक दबाव 120 - 139 के बीच हो या डायस्टोलिक दबाव 80 - 89 के बीच हो, तो उस स्थिति को प्रीहाइपरटेंशन। 140/90 एमएमएचजी या उससे ऊपर का रक्तचाप उच्च माना जाता है, यानी के, यदि आपके सिस्टोलिक दबाव 140 से अधिक या डायस्टॉलिक दबाव 90 से ऊपर है। 
 

उच्च रक्तचाप के कारण
1. उम्र:

उम्र के साथ उच्च रक्तचाप का खतरा बढ़ जाता है। जैसे जैसे हम उम्र में बढ़ते है, हमारा रक्तचाप स्वाभाविक रूप से बढ़ जाता है। वास्तव में, 50 से 60 वर्ष से अधिक आयु के लोगों को हृदय रोगों का अधिक खतरा होता है। 
2. जेनेटिक:
कुछ लोग जेनेटिकली उच्च रक्तचाप के लिए अधिक संवेदनशील होते हैं। यह जीन म्यूटेशन या जेनेटिक असामान्यताओं से हो सकता है।
3. व्यायाम की कमी और पुअर डाइट:
उच्च रक्तचाप अक्सर एक लंबे समय तक गतिहीन जीवन शैली के कारण होता है। व्यायाम की कमी, अतिरिक्त आहार के लवण का सेवन मोटापे का कारण बनता है और उच्च रक्तचाप का खतरा बढ़ा देता है। सोडियम संवेदनशीलता के अलावा, उच्च रक्तचाप और हृदय की स्थितियां भी, चीनी और वसा से भरी हुई आहार से जुड़ी हुई है।
4. शराब, ड्रग्स और धूम्रपान:
अत्यधिक मात्रा में शराब पीना या मनोरंजक दवाओं जैसे कोकीन, मेथ आदि का उपयोग करना धमनियों पर तनाव डाल सकता है और हृदय को नुकसान पहुंचा सकता है। धूम्रपान संकीर्ण धमनियों का कारण बनता है, जिसके कारण दिल को अधिक काम करना पड़ता है। यह भी दिल के दौरे और हृदय रोगों के जोखिम को बढ़ा सकता है।
5. हार्मोनल स्थितियां:
एल्दोस्टरोनिस्म, एक एल्दोस्टरोनिस्म, एक हार्मोन विकार जो पोटेशियम और सोडियम स्तरों के बीच असंतुलन पैदा करता है, उच्च रक्तचाप का एक सामान्य कारण है। मेनोपॉज के लिए हार्मोन थेरेपी भी रक्तचाप में वृद्धि का कारण हो सकती है। 
6. स्लीप एप्निया:
स्लीप एपनिया एक ऐसा विकार है जो नींद के दौरान सांस को रोकने या बहुत उथले बनने का कारण बनता है। इससे ऑक्सीजन का स्तर कम हो सकता है और कार्डियोवास्कुलर सिस्टम पर तनाव बढ़ सकता है।
7. गुर्दे की बीमारियां:
उच्च रक्तचाप का सबसे आम कारणों मे से एक गुर्दे की बीमारी है। गुर्दे सामान्य रूप से, सोडियम और पानी को बनाए रख कर और पोटेशियम निकल कर, शरीर के नमक संतुलन को विनियमित करते हैं। इसमें असंतुलन खून की मात्रा बढ़ा सकता है, जिससे उच्च रक्तचाप पैदा हो सकता है।

These are the cause of greying of hair: • Stress • Due to medicines • Due to nutrition • Use of chemical products • Due to pollution For prevention from greying of hairs follow these instructions: • Do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. You can eat cheese or soya protein. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and prevent hair from greying. • Avoid the use of products such as hair colours or excessive shampoo. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo.

1. Have frequent meals at 2-3 hrs intervals instead of 3-4 meals comprising of foods rich in nutrient & calorie but low in volume. Ex: malt, premix, cow/buffalo milk with skim milk powder, soyabean cutlets, paneer paratha, cheese omlette, fatty fish fingers, chicken roll, almond milkshake, mango juice, sugarcane juice, bread with potato & peanut butter, jam/jelly, til ladoo, atta halwa, banana pudding, dates, jackfruit, atta-maida roti with ghee, rice with ghee. Incorporate vegetables within dishes or as chutney/puree. 2. Drink 3 litres water daily but not with or just before a meal as it curbs appetite 3. Take 15 mins light walk before meals to enhance appetite

Hellosir/madam, I am suffering from type 1 diabetes since 22 years, my sugar levels are under control only fbs 98, plbs 110 and hba1c 5.6. But I used to go for urine per day only 4-5 times .i am on insugen 30/70 mrng 10u, night 12u, some times I get more angry on my kid and even ill beat him also and shouts on my kid. 1. Milk for Skin Lightening Milk is a rich source of calcium. Calcium, along with many important functions in our body, also regulates normal skin color. It does so by stimulating melanocytes, the skin cells that produces melanin pigment. Also, when you provide higher calcium content to the upper epidermis of your skin, you help maintain effective barrier against moisture loss. This prevents skin from going dry which can also affect your skin making it darker. Milk also contains lactic acid which reduces skin’s pigmentation making your skin lighter in complexion. Get this: • Milk (preferably cow’s or goat’s milk)- 1 bowl • Washcloth Do this: • Take the bowl of milk and warm it a little. You need just warm milk and not hot. • Soak your washcloth in this. • Take out the washcloth and wring it out to discard excessive milk. While the cloth should be fully soaked in milk, it should not drip. • Now gently rub your skin with this cloth. • Once the cloth gets dry, soak it again in the milk and repeat the process. • Repeat the cycle of dipping and rubbing for 3-4 times. • Do this daily, preferably after taking bath. • After a couple of weeks, you may do this twice a week instead of doing it daily. ________________________________________ 2. Yogurt for Skin Lightening Lactic acid is a known remedy for natural skin lightening. This acid is the most gentle alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs). Alpha hydroxy acids act as exfoliants by contributing in rapid shedding of dead skin cells on the surface. This leads to cell renewal which in turn removes dullness from your skin giving you a brightening effect. As a skin lightening agent, lactic acid helps bleach the hyperpigmented skin by suppressing the production of melanin. Therefore, using yogurt loaded with lactic acid, makes sense when it comes to skin lightening with natural remedies. Ways to use yogurt for skin lightening 1. Take some plain, unflavored and unsweetened, yogurt. Rub this gently on to your skin for a couple of minutes. Then leave the yogurt on your skin for another few minutes. Now wash off using lukewarm water. Repeat this daily. 2. Mix yogurt, lemon juice and oatmeal to get make a face mask. Apply this to your skin. Leave it there for 15-20 minutes before washing off with water. 3. Add 1-2 tsp of honey to 1 tablespoon of yogurt. Apply this to your skin. Leave it for 10-15 minutes. Wash off with water. Repeat daily. 3. Lemon Juice for Skin Lightening Lemon juice is a natural astringent and has natural bleaching properties. Thus, if you have an oily skin and if you want to lighten your skin color, lemon juice is just right for you. Its astringent property will tighten your pores reducing the sebum secretion and its natural acidic composition will bleach your skin to whiten it. As lemon juice is also rich in vitamin C, it leads to production of new skin cells so that you get rid of all dullness and have bright skin. Ways to use lemon juice for skin lightening 1. Take a lemon and squeeze out its juice. Dip a cotton ball in this lemon juice and apply it on your face or dark skin anywhere else. Leave it for 20-30 minutes and then wash off with water. Repeat daily. 2. If you want to save yourself from the hassle of squeezing out the lemon juice, just cut a lemon in two halves and rub one of the lemon half gently on your face for 10-15 minutes. Then leave the juice on your face for another 10-15 minutes before washing it off. 3. For oily skin, make this face mask which will also lighten your skin. Mix 1 tsp of lemon juice with 2 tsp of rosewater and 1 tsp of Fuller’s earth. Make a paste by mixing them and apply to your face. Leave for 15-20 minutes and then wash off. 4. If your skin is dry, mix a tsp each of lemon juice, honey and olive oil. Now apply this to your skin. Massage gently for a couple of minutes. Now leave this on your skin for 10-15 minutes. Wash off with lukewarm water. Precaution: Never go out in sun after applying lemon juice to your skin. Lemon juice makes your skin ultra sensitive to sunrays that can, I n fact, lead to more discoloration of skin. Also do not use lemon juice if you have open wounds on your skin.

Dear, you will definitely get more stamina by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. * very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time * drink atleast 2 litres of water daily. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. Then slowly walk fast and slowly start running. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can do surya namaskar yogasan daily to improve your stamina under the guidance of yoga expert.

Use tea tree face wash and toner twice daily. Use aha glow face wash daily use sunscreen with spf 30 daily. Use natural face pack of multani mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar with mother for 5 mins after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- do not eat junk, eat more vegetables and fruits especially with vitamin c.

dear friend, wash your face 3_5times in a day with Luke warm water. avoid using any soap. take balance diet and plenty of water daily, add some fresh fruit in your daily diet. don't cut or erode the pimples because it will leave marks on the face. tell your progress after 15 days to guide further.

First you need health check ups and follow these. Do exercise like yoga, skipping, plank, push ups etc. Eat small amount of food. Avoid fast foods, sugar etc. Use unrefined foods but not much. Use protein foods extra to reduce fat. Take lots of watery fruits, vegetables. Add small amount of healthy fats in cooking. Drink plenty of water specially before meals. Use lukewarm water. Take quality sleep.

Dear lybrate user, a kidney stone is mainly formed due to the accumulation of the minerals present in urine. Such accumulation occurs mainly due to low intake of fluids. Continuous low fluid intake results in the deposits of the minerals over the stone & eventually leads to an increase in the size of the stone. Formation of stone leads to pain along the kidney region. If the size of the kidney stone is below 3mm then it is possible to get rid of it without any surgery. Take homoeopathic mother tincture berberis vulgaris q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water for 15 days. The stone will be expelled through urine in between the span of 15 days of medication. But if the size of the stone is more than 3mm then you should surely go for surgery.

Along with medication, you need prevention as well. Over the counter anti fungal cream is used for this infection. Fungal infection keeps recurring even if small problem is not taken care of. -avoid coming in contact with others, as this spreads fast, -keep your skin clean and dry. -change your clothes at least once a day. -wear loose-fitting cotton clothing. Avoid tight underwear, pants, and panty hose. -always dry yourself completely after showers or baths. After drying your skin with a towel, allow your skin to air-dry before putting your clothes on. -you can also use a hair dryer, set on a cool setting, to dry your skin. -do not share clothing, sports equipment, towels, or sheets. If you think you have been exposed to ringworm, wash your clothes in hot water with fungus-killing (fungicidal) soap. -wear slippers or sandals in locker rooms, showers, and public bathing areas. -shower and shampoo thoroughly after any sport that requires skin-to-skin contact.

Hello, Do follow CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type.
