Dear lybrate user we can very well understand your concern for rising temprature. The best way to tackle it is to keep yourself well hydrated by having lots of juices, soups, lemonade, coconut water, butter milk. And every time you go out try to use sunscreen at least 15-20 minutes before leaving. Hope this solves your query. Anything more then feel free to revert.

Make a mixture of argan oil, jojoba oil, sesame oil and olive oil and massage your beard and moustache daily to grow and maintain black and smooth hair.

PIMPLE You need more than medicines and gels to deal with pimples. The issue requires lifestyle and eating habit changes. First start with increased intake of Vit A, C and E for flushing out acne-causing proteins and calming your skin. Eat nuts like walnuts and almonds and stop consuming dairy products. You also need to fight stress and depression for a healthy and glowing skin. Bring Yoga and Meditation in your lifestyle. Mositurize your skin with non comadogenic moisturizers and avoid haircare products that clog your skin pores. Use oil-control facewash to clean the impurities and stay hydrated. My 22 years old brother has fever from last 15 days. In starting phase, he had fever, appetite loss and body-pain. Consulted a doctor, its been recognized as dengue symptom with low platelet count (0.80). Gone under treatment for 6 days, count has increased to 2.14. But now he has fever for last 7 days. As per latest blood report haemoglobin has decreased to 7.50 (I am not trusting report as 10 days ago it was 14.1) Please suggest.

NOW a day of viral fever. Never take asprin medicines in fever and cold now a days. Tests cbc,mp,ns1,urine r/m, you can take tab. Dolo-650 mg twice a day. Tab. Lcz-10 mg once a day. After tests you may consult doctor. feel cold then cover body with warm cloths, avoid dust area, clean body, change cloths daily, change bed sheet daily, avoid stress.avoid non-veg.,avoid alcohol intake if smokes avoid also that. Cold sponging if get high fever. drink warm water, juice,green veg. Soups,lquid diets, dalia, take protein diets, tulsi leaf in tea or warm water, geloy juice, avoid cold area,cold things .i.e. ice creams, fast/junk foods, chinese foods,spicy foods, fat meal, take bed rest , go for hospital for admit.

Hello for oily skin you hv to apply medicated facewash ,so dat to control the oil secretion.you can apply saslic facewash 2-3 Times per day. Hairfall is because of many reasons such as inadequate Balanced diet,low haemoglobin levels,thyroid problems,dandruff,excesive use of chemicals on hairs,smoking,alcohol consumption etc. For dandruff u can apply 8X shampoo, 2-3 times per week,apply on scalp,keep for 5 min n washed it off,once dandruff goes stop it n shift to mild medicated shampoo like triclenz or hair 4 u shampoo for regular use. for hairfall u can use Minotress 5% solution two times per day on scalp for 3-6 months. Trilast hair solution at night time for 3 months. Tab nutricap-H once a day after food for 3 months. Juene hair oil 2-3 Times per week. Drink 2-3 lit of water,include protein rich food, green leafy vegetables,fresh fruits n juices in ur diet. daily exercise of 45 min is must. Dont stress urself much. Thanx

You have become very sensitive and high strung to feel this much of irritability at slight noises and disturbances. It means that you are very scared about something and want to be in control to somehow lessen the fear. These sounds will become disturbing, and instead of relating to your fear, you may be getting angry, and people will become less tolerant of you. In the meantime the fear is not dealt with and there is more fear happening: sounds like a vicious cycle, I guess. But my biggest concern is this talking to yourself. It means the stress is very high. Right now you are aware that you talk to yourself but later the condition may become so adverse that you may not know that you are doing this and that can be very problematic. Meet with a psychiatrist and a counselor and discuss your problems and symptoms. They will help you deal with the issues and decide, if medication is required. Please cooperate and be sensible about seeking help. Do not delay as it can get worse and make the problem too difficult to treat in an advanced state. Also do not discontinue the therapy until it is advised by the counselor.

I don't know when this first love of yours broke up with you but you must learn to move on especially since you need to concentrate in your studies. There are still many girls you will meet because you are so young. If you get so affected by this girl how will you manage in another circumstance? You need to get on with your life and focus on your studies. If you are serious you can do that with the following suggestions: Daily exercise of at least half an hour is a must. Even if you go to a gym, ask for aerobic and/or callisthenic exercises with whatever else you are doing. A healthy body harbors a healthy mind. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is ideally rested to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and Rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem-solving from several angles. Do Sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, consume less of fat and use olive oil instead, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning, at least, five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There is a new exercise called Super Brain Yoga, which is done by holding the right earlobe with your left thumb and index finger, and the left earlobe with your right hand’s thumb and index finger. In this position, you must squat down and rise up and do this for five minutes every day. There is some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. If your home life is full of distractions and stress, it is likely to affect your memory, adversely. In that case, I suggest that the family goes for counseling too. The following foods do help too: Blueberries, walnuts, turmeric, Spinach, tomatoes, broccoli, acorn squash, green tea, oily fish, boiled egg, turkey, apples, oatmeal, leafy greens, lentils, pumpkin seeds, avocado, cinnamon, thyme, sunflower seeds, and red wine. Avoid sugar and junk food. You may also include these noted foods that are good for your brain health: Brain-Friendly Foods MIND stands for Mediterranean-DASH Intervention for Neurodegenerative Delay. But the MIND approach “specifically includes foods and nutrients that medical literature and data show to be good for the brain, such as berries,” says Martha Clare Morris, ScD, director of nutrition and nutritional epidemiology at Rush University Medical Center. You eat things from these 10 food groups: • Green leafy vegetables (like spinach and salad greens): At least six servings a week • Other vegetables: At least one a day • Nuts: Five servings a week • Berries: Two or more servings a week • Beans: At least three servings a week • Whole grains: Three or more servings a day • Fish: Once a week • Poultry (like chicken or turkey): Two times a week • Olive oil: Use it as your main cooking oil. • Wine: One glass a day You avoid: • Red meat: Less than four servings a week • Butter and margarine: Less than a tablespoon daily • Cheese: Less than one serving a week • Pastries and sweets: Less than five servings a week • Fried or fast food: Less than one serving a week

Fruits and veggies are low-calorie and often loaded with filling fiber. Eat breakfast eating early in the day can help your body burn more calories enjoy the food you eat one of the worst things you can do when you're trying to lose weight is eat too little. Instead of depriving yourself, enjoy small indulgences or schedule a cheat day and don't obsess over it. After all, eating high-calorie foods every once in a while won't wreck a healthy diet. Stop eating junk food it may seem obvious, but junk food is your weight-loss enemy. Worse yet, eating foods full of sugar and fat will make you feel irritable and sluggish. To get all the junk out of your system, consider doing a two-week elimination diet by cutting out gluten, refined sugars, dairy, caffeine, and alcohol. Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Kali brom 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Berberis aquifolium 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines. *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. *get an adequate amount of sleep. *avoid touching your face with your hands or try to squeeze pimples, it may leave permanent scars and spread the infection. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *avoid fried and spicy food. *include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *avoid harsh skin products.

Wheatgrass juice is one of the most effective remedies against hair fall. It is known to decrease the shedding tendency of hair within a few weeks of regular intake. Aloe vera juice has a similar effect. However, aloe gel can be applied to the scalp too. This is helpful for preventing hair loss due to irritated, dry or infected scalp. After massaging the head with aloe gel, wash the hair with lukewarm water. This can be done twice, every week.

Dear lybrate user, there are so many causes of pimples. In this teenage it's very common. Take care of your diet. Drink plenty of liquids salads fruits. No spice no oil no junk food. Apply lemon juice on your face for five days at night for one hour and wash your face with luke warm water. Do not rub or scratch the acne.

These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. Be healthy.

Dear user for your condition is physical injury you should have to wear knee cap, and also avoid cross leg sitting always you have to keep your leg straight for atleast 1 week. If pain not come down consult orthopaedic and physiotherapy.
