Hello, You need to give in your height and weight for the calorie calculation. Also calorie consumption is based on various important factors like level of physical activity, BMR, existing calorie intake, socioeconomic factors etc. No two individuals can have the same calories, hence no diet can be same for everyone. To tip you off.. Include high water content vegetables and fruits. Be conservative in using salt, sugar and oil. Say no to junk and ready to eat food. Exercise for at least 60 mins everyday. Sleep well and have good levels of water everyday.

Hi lybrate user, while undergoing spa therapies also, choose the best one&enquire abt the concentrations n contents of those conditipners&applications. Now @home, you can try applying al9vera gel (of possible fresh) over scalp for 20-30 min.&take headbath, which works as a good conditioner you can also try applying curd soaked with few fenugreek seeds&male it like a paste &apply over scalp. Do the same as above. Defntly the above measures will help you to get smooth, spft hair, if you follow it regularly.

it is better to get a thyroid assay done, so that your doubts will be clarified. If tsh is high then there is the problem of hypothyroidism, which can easily be treated,

Hi I can understand your problem. # relax & stay positive. # take hot and cold foementation. # change sleeping position. # use lumber support. # take break every 20 minutes. # do strengthening exercise of back and core muscles not all back pains are same, you need specific treatment plan according to your symptoms.

Hello lybrate-user, l can understand your situation from your perspective. It is really challenging when you were. Finding it difficult to control the thoughts. It makes you feel restless and uneasy. It is ironical, the more you were controlling your thoughts, the more it was overpowering you. As your irrational/unrealistic thoughts creating the feeling of restless and uneasiness. It is crucial to identify the unrealistic thoughts and tackle them based on reality. Please do write more on your thoughts! stay calm and at peace with yourself.

Hello pimple are some times common with the age due to hormonal imbalances. I am giving you some tips, follow it. * eat turmeric 1 tsp before meal * eat ajvayan 1 tsp & jeera 1 tsp after each meal * avoid sour salty spice food * avoid curd, but take butter milk * use only cow milk & ghee * avoid stress, late sleep, day sleep, oily food, cold water * for local application you can use triphala, yastimadhu, lodhra, nimb powder mix with buttermilk or ointment aclrear or acnowin for local application for better suggestions & medicine, I need detait history like appetite, bowel habits, diet, lifestyle, acidity or gastric trouble? etc.

kindly stop eating food after, 8 pm. Take 1 tsf of triphala powder in half a glass of hot water at bed time regularly. Take varanadi kshyam , 20 ml before meals, twice a day. Take liquid diet like daliya, khichdi, moong daal, bottle gourd, bitter gourd, cucumber in your diet regularly. Cut down sugar, salt, tea, coffee, caffeine in your diet. continue the regime for 3 months. sleep 7 to 8 hrs at night regularly. Good luck

Hello,you can take homoeopathic medicine Berberis Aquifolium 30 ( 4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and revert. *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Hi lybrate-user, try to loose your weight naturally you have to do some dietary changes and physical activity. Take small & frequent meal (2 major meal and 3-4 small meal). Avoid taking heavy dinner. Cut or stop simple sugar and simple carbs, preserved, tinned and canned products from diet. Avoid outside food. Try to take 4-5 meals of green leafy vegetables & fruits. Take sufficient water (10-12 glasses in a day). Start work out approx for 30-40 minutes daily like brisk walk, running, jogging, skipping, swimming whatever you like. You can also consult with a dietician for proper diet chart.
