Is there any medicine to regrow hair naturally on bald head?

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath,
Is there any medicine to regrow hair naturally on bald head?
Hi, baldness are of several types: as follow 1. Androgenetic alopecia: in which there is receding hair line and gradually thinning of hair 2. Alopecia areata: losing your hair in patches 3. Trichotillomania; psychological condition of knowingly or unknowing plucking one's own hair leading to bald areas on scalp. 4. Bald patches due to underlying skin diseases in 1st condition: hair regrowth never comes, you can treat it homeopathically to arrest it at the present state so as to look at least not worst than now in 2nd and 3rd conditions: hair growth comes with proper case taking and homeo medicines in 4th condition: first we need to cure the underlying skin disease and once it goes away then if the skin is normal in elasticity then growth can come, but if it is scarring due to use of some topical steroids or injections etc then hair regrowth becomes difficult.

I am having thick hair and I wanted them to turn into silky. Could you please suggest me?

I am having thick hair and I wanted them to turn into silky. Could you please suggest me?
use Hair conditioners Some time due to protein deficiency hair become Hard, rough, dry Take lots of green leafy vegetables and sweet juicy fruits. Dairy products such as milk and fresh yogurt will also help. Fresh coconut is also considered excellent "hair food" -- sprinkle grated coconut over salads, diced fresh fruit, or rice. 1. Green Leafy Vegetables: Regular intake of Green leafy Vegetables - Spinach, Lettuce, Leafy Greens, Turnip Greens, Broccoli, Beans and Green Peppers are rich in nutrients that help and promote Hair growth. 2. Other Vegetables and Fruits: Two fresh fruits per day :- cut and eat with fruit skin, no juice. 3. Sprouts: Green gram dhal Sprout. There are so many sprouts like Mung Beans, Green gram dhal, Peas It is also very easy to prepare! Soak Green gram dhal in an air tight Box . Then in the afternoon strain the water and close the box, put the box in a dark place. In the Morning the sprouts will be ready for you to Eat. It will be very effective when taken with the morning meal. 4 Almonds/4 Walnuts on alternate day?s and 2Dates/2Figs on also alternate day?s and 2 prunes daily. 5. Good news for Fish lovers! Fish contains nutrients that will make hair shiny and strong while promoting hair growth. It contains Omega 3 fatty acids which help nourish hair very well. Those who don?t want to eat fish or are vegetarians can take Sea cod Tablets. It is extremely beneficial. 6. One glass of Milk per day if possible cow?s milk. 7. One spoon ghee per day. 8. Soya Bean: Proteins rich for hair growth is a must! If your a vegetarian and are on a hunt for that perfect source of proteins, then your search ends here. This is the best food for hair growth. Soya beans has 40% proteins and a great deal of good fats which are also much needed for hair growth. 9. 10 ? 12 glass of water per day 10. Cooking with certain spices adds flavor to your food and provides nourishment for your hair. Cumin, turmeric and black pepper are some "hair-friendly" spices. Add a healthy pinch of each to single-portion soups and stews as they are cooking. Saut 1/8 -1/4 teaspoon each of the three spices in a teaspoon of ghee (clarified butter) or olive OIL and add to cooked veggies. Roasted ground cumin and ground black pepper can be sprinkled over fresh yogurt.

I am having hair fall.. What should i do..??

Certified Diabetes Educator, Registered Dietitian (RD), PGDD, Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (B.U.M.S), General Physician
Dietitian/Nutritionist,
I am having hair fall.. What should i do..??
Is your hair loss accompanied with greying of hair and have they become very thin? your hair needs a very high protein well-rounded diet. Hair and nails are the last organs to get nutrition in the body, hence only if all the organs get sufficient nutrition and proteins, only then the remaining nutrition would be used for hairs. A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hence a therapeutic diet prescribed by a registered dietitian can help a lot in hair growth. Besides diet excessive stress, current/past dandruff and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Also harsh treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc take a toll on the health of your hair. - avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Stick to one good mild cleansing shampoo for six months before changing. - excessive exposure to the sun, pollution, rain water and dust without proper protection makes the hair dry, brittle and limp. Use a live in conditioner during the rains to protect it from the humidity and wash and oil it regularly to maintain a healthy scalp. I may also prescribe medications like biotin or minox. That are proven to help in hair growth and repair.

You can rub your face with 1% concentration of salicylic acid in aha glow face wash daily. 3. Use sunscreen daily twice. 4. Eat a diet rich in vitamin c 5. My age is 34. My hair color is became white continuously from the age of 22. Please suggest me what to do.
Premature greying of hair is greying before the age of 30 yr. After that it is natural physiological process. There are various reasons involved in it. Genetic factor is the important cause. Apart from that stress, nutritional deficiency esp vitamin b deficiency, thyroid problem are further causes. Most ignored one is non conditioning of scalp regularly. It is important to oil the scalp 3/week and wash it 3/week. Diet plays an important role in greying. Green leafy vegetables along with dates, fig help to nourish the hair with iron. Drinking 3 lit of water supports minerals. Melanin is produced with the help of protein so protein rich diet is must sprouts, beans, nuts, soya are excellent source of protein.

My hair get loss I am just 16. If I use shampoo will it effect my hair. What shall I do. Please help me.
Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like *physical or emotional stress, inadequate protein intake, genetics, anemia, aging, hormonal changes, prolonged illness, deficiency of vitamin b6 and folic acid, thyroid diseases. *hair fall can also result when one indulges in too much drying, blow drying or use of hot curlers. *dandruff can also be great cause behind hair fall. Follow the tips *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *take a sound sleep. *avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight. *avoid hot hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends. *it is best not to comb the hair while it is wet as this leads to greater chances of hair breakage.

I have marks, black heads and dark colour on my face. How many days biovalley cream can clear completely my face?
In ayurveda, black marks are mainly due to udavarta (improper functions of all vaat). It's mainly due to 1) dharaniya vega (urges, should b controlled, but you aren't) like chinta-stress, bhaya-fear, shoka-, krodha-short temper, maan- ego, lobha-greedy etc mental condition you should control yourself 2) adharniya vega (urges that should not be controlled, but you are controling) like sleep, urine, stool, hunger, thirst, yawn, sneeze, vomit etc. Main treatment is to stop causative factor among this. Also there are some ayurvedic medicine, lepa-cream, face treatment, or panchakarma (detoxification) will definitely help you kumkumadi lepa (nagarjuna) is also a good cream.

Hi, hair loss can be due to a number of reason. It can be due to poor quality of water in your locality. However, systemic causes like thyroid abnormalities, anemia and alopecia areata may lead to hair loss. You can go for some blood tests like thyroid profile and hemoglobin levels. Vitamin b complex intake may help. If hb is low, you can take oral iron tablets. Local minoxidil drop application may help. Hope this helps
