HOME REMEDIES FOR HIGH TRIGLYCERIDES/ CHOLESTEROL-
The best home remedy to cure a person with high cholesterol is to have at least 8-10 glasses of water per day.
Immerse 2 tablespoons of coriander seeds in a glass of water. Boil the concoction and allow it to cool. Strain the water and have it three times a day.
Take 10 pieces of cinnamon sticks and put them in a pot containing 5 teacups of water. Boil the water and then add a tablespoon of honey to it. Drink this concoction when it’s warm.
In a glassful of milk, add a piece of garlic and boil it. Allow it to cool before drinking. Consume this for a few days. Not only would it reduce cholesterol, but also take care of the cardiac pains.
Alternatively, a person who has problems of high cholesterol can also have 2-3 cloves of garlic per day.
Mix 10-12 tablespoons of apple juice and 5-6 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. Intake this mixture once a day.
Consuming raw onions or onion juice is also beneficial in reducing the high cholesterol.
Regular exercising is very necessary to keep the cholesterol levels under control.
In green leafy salads, mix a small amount of olive oil. It proves beneficial lessening the high cholesterol levels as well as for the proper functioning of the heart and the body.
Persons suffering from high cholesterol should have foods rich in fiber such as raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, broccoli, green beans, etc.
Consume lots of almonds and walnuts. These are helpful in reducing the cholesterol levels.
Chewing sweet neem is also beneficial in lowering the high cholesterol levels.
Having fenugreek seeds and sprouts helps to reduce the high cholesterol levels.
Persons suffering from high cholesterol levels should have a small bowl of curd everyday. Curd acts favorably in reducing the cholesterol levels.
Another effective natural remedy to treat high cholesterol levels would be to have foods rich in lecithin such as egg yolk, vegetable oils, whole grain cereals, soybeans and un-pasteurized milk.
It is advisable to have food prepared from sunflower seeds instead of butter and saturated oil. This is highly beneficial in regulating the cholesterol levels.

I have been facing wired challenge since a week. Wherever I consume alcohol even a bit my heart beats goes drastically high an lands up for uneasiness. I fell a bit better when I vomit after sometime. Last Thursday I had 2 pegs of rum faced the issue and later the next day I had beer with same issue. Later on last Sunday I had a peg of vodka which gave the same effect. I thought it might be cause of the cold medicine which I was taking those days so kept a complete pause to liquor. Had a pint of pint of beer last night and it again took to the same scenario. Kindly advise.

Dear lybrateuser, -The increase in heartbeat is a reaction to intake of alcohol ,it is advisable that you stop the intake for the condition to improve -do regular aerobic exercises like walking, jogging, cycling, swimming for 30 min on most of the days also do yoga, meditation & deep breathing distress & relax the body.

Get BP checked. Get ecg and echo - ultra sound of heart in the mean time when ever you have this problem take a glass of water, sprinkle ice cold water on face and take deep breath and force the air out with nose and mouth closed as you do when you r constipated - relax, go for morning walk for 30 mts and do deep breathing exercise for 10 mts report result on private chat for further advise.

To reduce ldl level in body: * avoid butter, ghee & cream in your diet. * eat five leaves of kari patta and five leaves of neem once in a day. * avoid non veg food because it contain high fat content. * do not eat fast food and avoid cold drink. * do running and jogging daily for 15 minutes. Start with 5 minutes then increase time period slowly. Do morning and evening walk daily. * do not drink alcohol it harmful to your liver and disturb your metabolism causes increase in cholesterol. * add kali mirch (black pepper) in your breakfast. * drink 6 to 7 glass of water daily. * take sound sleep in night of 6 to 7 hrs. Do not take stress.

To control or maintan BP normal there are some instructions are given below: •Do not take salt in high amount or try to avoid it because high sodium level increase BP. • Eat less amount of pickle and fast food, fast food contain high sodium. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of coffee and tea both increase BP. • Drink 7 to 8 glass of water daily. • Do exercise daily, jogging and long walk. Start exercises with 5to 10 minutes increase timing slowly. • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Avoid taking too much fat foods such as butter, cheese, ghee. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. Eat an apple daily.

Hello, give her Alfalfa tonic , 2 tsp twice daily. Angioton 10 drops with water twice daily. Give her lemon water with salt . Drink more water. A cup of the raw beetroot juice once daily. It is one of the best home remedies for low blood pressure. Drinking a cup of strong black coffee can also help.

Penis cant be changed but you can learn to use what you have in best way from sexologist. All men/women are different in their sexuality and health. You need to go for check up with sexologist physically to know the cause and get guidance/treatment for improvement. If you value your sexual health and want to enjoy quality sex in marriage then understanding and learning about sexuality is needed. As we all believe that what we know by hearsay or porn watching is great but in fact what we all know and understand is only penetration and that's not quality sex.
