Dear weight is related with height. You have not mentioned you height. If your height is 5 2" then 57kg. Is okay if your height is above 5 7" then you are under weight and if your height is less than 5 feet then you are over weight. Hope your question is well defined. Take care.

I feel very tired which affect my life so what can I do to improve my tiredness easily?

Add 1spoon honey and chawanprash in morning and evening and have 2 cups of milk wth almonds kishmish banana in morning and evening. Avoid fry spicy junk food and aerated drinks and do 30mints of exercise in the day avoid excess salt and spices. Do deep breathing 5times inhale exhale from left nostril than same from right nostril.

Gaining weight is as difficult as losing it, if you are naturally thin. Skinny people complain that they can't put on any weight. If you want to build up weight, don't just eat high-calorie junk foods and rely on unnecessary supplements. Choose foods that are energy-dense and nutrient-dense whenever possible. Following are some tips to follow to increase your weight. You will take some time to gain the weight you need, but be patient.------------------ 1. If you have a rapid metabolism, then you must increase your daily intake of healthy foods (increase your intake of carbohydrates) to compensate for the rate at which you burn energy. Eat six smaller meals a day you should also eat more energy dense foods like healthy oils, dry fruits, seeds, nuts, pulses, etc. Along with some starchy foods like potatoes, cereals, bread, pasta, rice, etc.-------------- 2. Consume more calories than you burn. Choose healthy calorie-dense food to add calories. Drink healthy beverages to add calories. Mangoes are rich in calories and carbohydrates, include them in your diet.------------ 3. Eat healthy food frequently, 5-6 times a day - 3 larger meals and 3 smaller meals alternately. Separate them by at least 3 hours so you can digest each meal fully. Don't go without food for 5-6 hours after having a major meal. For example, if you wish to consume 3000 calories a day, you may eat 3 larger meals of about 650 calories and 3 smaller meals of about 450 calories.------------ 4. Have a balanced diet.--------- 5. Exercise regularly for putting on weight. Some thin people think that exercise is not good for them. This is not true, it keeps the metabolism high. Remember that eating alone is not sufficient. You don't want to gain fat but lean mass, so exercise is important. Resistance training exercises will help to increase your muscle mass, which in turn will increase metabolism. Learn to distinguish between weight gaining exercises and weight loss exercises. Note that if you do not get enough amino acids during exercise, the existing muscle may break down. Amino acids come from protein foods so you should eat such foods after exercise. Keep in mind that excessive exercise without putting back the energy you have used will not help you to put on weight.-------------

Hello, why you wanna go with medicine, Just do regular workouts and eat egg white and wheat protein. Red meat also works. It will take hardly 2 months if you have dedication and well trainer. Medicine harm your body.

I am a 25 year old married. TTC since 1 year. My cycles are regular no weight gain. I did Usg scan which showed right sided polycystic ovary. I took clomifene citrate and duphaston for 3 months but nothing worked. Later I did follicular study in that my follicle dint get rupture even after HCg shot of 5000IU. Later I did hormonal checkup a week ago in which everything was normal except 2 things I. E. SHBG 24.21nmol/L and a bioavailability testosterone percentage 49.4%. I was worried after seeing this but I wanted to know the significance of these 2 hormones and whether this can be improved naturally and I also wanted to know does these 2 cause infertility? I also wanted to what medicine I can take to rupture my follicle.

Duphaston is given to pregnant woman to retain pregnancy, it is progesterone hormone present in woman to give power for fertilisation and to retain embryo. It is released on 14th day of cycle, once follicle gets ruptured and egg is released, moves towards uterus for ferilization through fallopian tubes. If no pregnancy occurs like in unmarried girls, both hormones the feminizing estrogens and the masculining progesterone starts declining, becomes almost zero and cycle starts, if pregnancy occurs, there is a signal for both hormones to increase gradually. As an added security, for bad cases, duphaston (progesterone) is given to retain the embryo. By the way ipill has high doses of progesterone to stop pregnancy. I do not understand, how were you given clomifene (medicine ti increase the eggs) and duphaston together? now you have to wait for this hormone to come down, which it will on its own, being a fat soluble hormone, it may take few months for normal unaffected cycle to start and for natural follicles to erupt again. You can take syrup evecare 1 spoon per day. But remember no hormones and no erratic treatment for fertility at age 24, when nature is on your side. Regarding polycystic disease, you can take tablet metformin 500 mg /day. But forget getting pregnant till your cycle is normal and ultrasound shows normal follicles day 10 onwards which remain alive and keep growing till day 14, rupture around 48 hours later, doctors give medicines to make follicles strong and healthy. Do write back again.

Instead of using steroids eat a lot of protein rich diet. Exercise regularly in gymnasium with a personal trainer. Steroids may create many complications.

Firstly, donot scratch the lesion, it will get infected. Take anti allergic medicines for that itch and apply any antifungal oinment, easily available in any pharmacy, maintain proper hygiene, wash your hands regularly, ring worm infections can spread via touch, keep the area dry. Continue treatment for a further 1 week even after visible ringworm lesions disappear so as to prevent recurrence.

I have two kids one is boy (3 year)& another girl (1.6 year). I want to know. There diet schedule and timing for there good health. They never say mummy I am hungry. I am always taking food according to and forcefully feeding them. I am making at least 4 to 5 hours gap. Ab packs are well toned abdominal (belly) muscle. To get ab packs follow these methods: 1. On abdomen (belly) there is a layer of fatty tissue. First you have to dissolve the belly fat. For this, start running in morning. Start with 10-15 minute fast walk and then running for 2-5 minutes. Slowly increase the running time upto 15 minutes. 2. Eat lots of green vegetables and lessamount of fat rich foods like butter, cream, fried food. 3. For gaining ab muscles, increase protein rich foods- soyabean, careals, cheese, eggs. * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. 4. For proper shapeof 6 pack abs, follow proper exercise for abs. Do crunches exercise regularly. Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine alfalfa tonic (sbl) (1tbs) twice a day for 15 days and revert. *avoid fried and spicy food *avoid stress and anger. *take a sound sleep. *take milk twice a day *include fruits, vegetables in your diet. *take small meals.
