He can be given a trial of a steroid nasal spray. However, if frequent colds, snoring, mouthbreathing or frequent awakening at night persist, it is advisable to undergo surgery.

lybrate-user Swollen turbinate is the hypertrophy of these tissue in response to allergy. Cells are increased in no. Due to irritation of the allergens. Surgery will not cure your allergic condition. So hoeopathy is best. But it should be treated properly. According to homeopathy diagnosis, Your condition is of sycotic miasm where there is excessive cell growth. Due to genetic predisposion. Mitotic division goes fast resulting in this condition. If doctor select similimum drug by detail history including mental, emmotional, intellectual, physical symtoms and their aggravating and amelerioting conditions, general symptoms like thermal state, thirst, sleep, sex and other concomitant and peculiar symptoms, then it is possible to select the proper medicine to initiate the cure by immunomodulation. Proper drug can revert back the pathological changes to normal. There is a change from sycotic miasm to Psoric miasm which is functional and reversible change.
