Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Hye, thanks for the query. For your height your ideal weight should be 59 kgs. You cannot work on a specific body part. You have to work on overall fat loss and toning. Try to eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Drink a glass of lime water in the mornings to flush out your system & avoid bloating. Avoid junk as far as possible. Cutting out soda drinks, pastries, burgers is one way to quickly eliminate unnecessary calories fast. Also, refusing refined grains -- such as in white bread, pasta, pizza and baked goods -- and avoiding foods high in saturated and trans fats helps you trim calories and shrink belly fat. Choose white fish, egg whites, skinless chicken and beans, dals, low fat paneer and sprouts as examples of lean protein. Fill up on fibrous, watery vegetables; cauliflower, spinach, lettuce, peppers, green beans, pumpkin and cabbage. A small serving of whole grain roti or unpolished rice -- rounds out your meals. If you find yourself hungry between meals, resist the chips, snack mixes and energy bars. Go instead for a piece of fresh fruit, some nuts or plain yogurt. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Include exercises that tone your back and abdominal muscles too. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets and singular ab exercises or ab machines will not give you targeted results. The fats will remain as it is. It's all about overall work out and balanced diet.

If you are unsure, you will always be in trouble about making decisions. If you are in conflict, it means that you have two or more positions and that can drain you off of your energy. In such situations, it is recommended that you share your situation with a good friend and see how s/he reacts to the same and take a course that is most reasonable. Many times in life we need to choose between two options only but if we are insecure, we throw in too many other possibilities and cause the confusion. You may want to meet with a counselor deal with your fear, which is the underlying emotion that is the culprit for all this distress. If the fear is of recent origin, it may be easier to deal with. Whereas, if it is from childhood there may be more work involved. Any which way you need help from another person and so it is important to meet the counselor and learn the technique of decision making and also to deal with your fear.

These are the methods to treat pimples fastly - • Do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the pimples three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. You can consult me privately for more medicine treatment & doubts. Be healthy.

Hello, CHEST PAIN in your case may be due to 1.acidity. 2. severe anxiety 3. muscular problem A. You can take Tablet Pantocid 40 mg (if no drug allergy) one tablet before food for 3 days B. Hello, Oligomenorrhoea or getting infrequent/ decreased flow during the menses is due to any underlying nutritional deficiency/ ies, stress, if it's attended with irregular menses - may be because of PCOS or some other problem. The degree of menstrual abnormality is also directly proportional to the intensity of the exercise. So, we need to rule out the causative factor! First take the below homoeopathic medicines which is general tonic, if even after taking them the flow is not normal, then will have probe further by getting ultrasound (pelvis) done. Medication: Schwabe's Five Phos. And Alfaalfa Tonic – both thrice daily for 1 month. There after revert me back..take care.

  • Antimonium crudum: This is usually prescribed to obese children who have a tendency to overeat. These children also often suffer from indigestion alternating between diarrhea and constipation.
  • Graphites and Sepia: This is usually prescribed to women who may have put on excess weight due to menopause. They can be used on their own or in combination depending on the personality of the woman and the symptoms showcased. Cardio exercises at home is the best way to lose a ton of weight without even hitting the gym. It not only elevates the health but also improves mood and lowers depression level. It additionally helps you in performing better in the work. But people have this common misconception that cardio only means working with gym equipment but in reality there are some cardio exercises at home that is easy and doesn’t include any equipment.

Skip:

There are various kinds of skipping but cardio exercises that consist of skipping includes bringing one leg to the opposite arm and then doing the same with the other. But maintaining the skipping position.

Climbing stairs:

Quickly climbing the stairs up and down is another way to increase theheart rate. It is very beneficial and can be done anywhere.

Taking the knees high:

In this cardio exercise all you have to do is stand in a steady position with hips and legs apart from each other and bringing up one knee higher as possible and then again taking it down. Change the positions and continue the same.

Inching to the floor:

Try and lie down in the floor like in a push-up style but make sure you start from a standing position. Before going to the lie position try and touch the floor with your fingers like you would have done it while bending. Then come back by touching your feet.

Kick your butt:

This is one of the famous cardio exercises at home. Start by kicking your butt with your heels. Make sure your posture is straight and at the same time keep it light.

Jump:

Jumping is another form of cardio exercise. Just keep your legs together with your hands positioned on the side. Jump and keep your feet on the sides and raise your hands over your head. Before jumping again make sure your legs are together followed by your arms.

Lift up the heels:

For this exercise left up the heels about an inch from the ground and make sure the upper portion of your body is relaxed. You can move or shuffle the position as you like.

Climbing the mountain:

Just do it like you are climbing a mountain. Bring your one leg towards your chest and keep the other behind. Keep the hands on the floor positioned, follow the suit, change positions and repeat.

Plank style push-up:

Position your body like you would do to a plank and position the same in the ground. Bring your body up like you would do while doing a push-up.

Push-up like a diver:

Start from a stand and do a push-up like swooshing from front to up with chest down and face. Repeat the same. But while coming back make sure you bring your hips out and face down.

These were some of the cardio exercise at home. But it is important to do the same to notice results.

Dear , I hope you are working. You should be able to understand the difference between depression and disappointment. Disappointment also brings on symptoms identical to depression. But these symptoms are short lived when compared to depression symptoms.
