Don't rub strongly rather Pat with towel. You Apply Persol 2.5% twice in a day and apply Dermadew Acne soap twice in a day for two weeks. Youmay consult with photos.

Exercise is a vital factor in increasing your height. Simple exercises like skipping, hanging from an overhead bar and stretching the body by standing on your toes should be part of your daily workout routine. Additionally, sports activities like basketball, football and swimming are also beneficial for increasing height. Yoga is also very effective and is considered to be one of the best exercise to increase height after 18 years Though, it is possible to increase height after the age of 18 years, extra effort is required in order to reap positive results since the development of the body slows down gradually. It?s a well-known fact that nutrition is imperative for further growth and development, most importantly for natural height gain. In addition to this, a number of other factors should also be taken into consideration to trigger height growth after attaining the age of 18. Here are healthy ways on how to increase height naturally after 18. Minerals like calcium, manganese and zinc aids in building bone tissue, improving blood circulation and boosts height growth naturally. So have broccoli, cabbage, spinach, prunes, peaches, grapes, bananas, pumpkin, carrot, peanuts and legumes. You should include vitamin A rich foods like spinach, beetroot, carrots, chicken, cantaloupe, papaya, peach, milk, apricots, tomatoes and peas. .Yoga can?t change your genes but it can give you a good posture. Spine lengthening and good posture forms the core of yoga. Doing the mountain pose, will help to strengthen and lengthen your spine and give you a good height. Surya Namaskar or Sun Salutation is a great way to increase height and stay fit. The twelve poses are done in a cyclic manner to strengthen muscles and improve posture. If you don?t have too much time on your hands, you can just practice Surya Namaskar for 10-20 times each day. Trikonasana or triangle pose is great way to achieve good height and body balance. The parivrittatrikosana or reverse triangle pose also helps in gaining height. Vrikshasana or tree pose help in getting balance and harmony. Tree pose also helps to stretch the muscles of the body. You can also practice breathing and meditation to calm your mind and de-stress. Since a mind free of depression and stress helps in proper growth. My son is 7 yrs old. Suffering from ra having hla b27 +. Swelling in right leg ankle started from oct 14. Medicine used prednisolone15 mg reduced to 7. 5mg with methotraxate 10mg /week. But now swelling in right knee with severe pain start from 14april. What to do?

Get your blood counts done with esr, if counts are ok, steroid injection in the knee can be given. Could also try changing methotrexate to leflunamide- consult your rheumatologist for the same.

It is the fear of people and may have to do with an inferiority complex you may have developed from childhood. If you do not compare yourself to other people unfavorably you will do well. But we do live in a highly competitive world and so everything is in relation to other people's achievements and we are want to contrast and compare. Everyone of us is unique, and special. Do you know if this is a family trait, or is the family by anyways less to socialize, or have you had any problem with fear because of some family or childhood experience? Have you ever been embarrassed in public by someone that it has left an indelible mark in your personality? You can take the answers to these questions to a counselor and resolve the same. Any way you must deal with your fear of people and it will be the best solution to your problem. In the meantime do some confidence building exercises by attending a personality development course, public speaking skills course (I suggest you join the Toastmasters Club), work out at a gym to build good self-image, and join social events to practice your skills. Surprisingly many people are often in the same boat as you, and so you are not alone. The very people you are intimidated by may be afraid of you too!!!! There are three important developments to have to make an autonomous personality: Awareness, intimacy and spontaneity. If you are super aware or too conscious of yourself, it will affect the intimacy and spontaneity. Although your problem is now directly to do with intimacy, you can see that they are all connected. Go and work on these matters with a counselor for this level of social anxiety to disappear from your life for good.

I'm really hyper these days. I burst out at certain situations where I think my anger is Justified. But others think it's uncalled for. Anyway I have started screaming very loudly. So much that later I shiver and have severe headaches. But this is not permanent. mostly i'm ok. Days are normal. I'm having fun. I laugh make people laugh. Do things for people. Just that I have very little patience for people who are hurtful or arrogant.

keep up enjoying your life but realise that all events will not be as per your wish when you can change your irrational beliefs you can reduce intensity of your anger being angry is normal but expressing it at right time to right person with right behaviour is skill you can improve it by practice.

*Orange and curd mixture works well on dark damaged tanned skin. Orange has skin lightening properties and works well as a face mask. Curd works as the cleansing component on the skin and gives brightening glow to the skin. Mix dry orange peels with curd and make a fine paste. Gently apply this pack on your face and wash it with chilled rose water after 10-15 minutes. It makes your skin look fairer naturally. * mix cucumber juice+ tomato juice , then apply this on your face. Exfoliate your skin at least twice a week. This will help to remove the dead cells and open pores, thus lightening your skin tone. Always use sunscreen 20 minutes before stepping out from home. A good sunscreen with SPF 40 will help to prevent tan in the Indian climate. Drink adequate amount of water to keep your body and skin hydrated. A good sleep at night is also very important for healthy and glowing skin Apply topi cantharis on the black spots at bed time.

I am 18 year old and very concerned with my increasing myopia. It is currently -6.50 in both eyes. After my study sessions too my eyes feel very tired although I take breaks every 2 hrs and keep splashing water on my eyes to relax. Also I am worried with my dark circles, be it exam season or vacation time they always accompany me. I want to know till what age myopia will increase and can it beat least reduced by following some diet regimes or exercise? Please advice Thanks in advance.

There is no medication or food for improving eyesight or to get rid of glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try a. Contact lens b. Lasik laser as your age is now 18 years so your number will not increase much now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy. As you are not comfortable with contact lens then go for lasik. Lasik is a very easy and painless procedure. If you want to get rid of glasses then go for lasik.

There are some instructions are given below 1. Eat high fiber foods such as whole grain, oats and fruits such as sweet potatoes, pears, apple, plums, beans, broccoli or spinach help and make easy to passage of stool. *. Soak a few dates in milk, squash it to make a paste and take it with milk for a week to relieve constipation. If you are diabetic do not eat this. *triphala churna (a mixture of amla, haritaki, and vibhitaki) taken with honey twice a day is a great remedy for constipation. If you are diabetic so take this with warm water. *taking a teaspoon of ghee mixed in a glass of hot milk before going to bed. * boil a few figs (fresh and ripe or dried) in a glass of milk, and drink this mixture at night before going to bed. Figs have high fiber content and provide quick relief from constipation. *. Drink at least 3 liters of water every day to keep your body hydrated and improve bowel movement. * cut down on alcohol, tea, and coffee since they can worsen constipation. * regular physical exercise is a must for proper bowel movement. Pranayama and yoga are also beneficial. Yoga such as pavan muktasana, balasana, ardha matsyendrasana, and suptavajrasana are among the many yoga asanas that help relieve constipation. * take proper sleep of 6 to 8 hrs daily.

Hi, repeat the pregnancy test one more time for re-confirming the test. It could be little delayed menses. If you don't want to be pregnant, take homoeopathic medicines - Pulsatilla Q/ 10 drops daily in 1/2 cup of water/ every 2 hrly and Pulsatilla 1M/ one dose daily.

Hi lybrate-user, hair fall/loss can be due to variety of causes. However, many of them can be controlled and dealt with. Most common cause is nutrient deficiency which can be rectified my oral medications and supplements. There are medicines available for local application which are also known to give significant results. Treatments like mesotherapy, microneedilling and prp show significant long term effects. Its important for you to know that oils do not significantly benefit hair growth. Though I can prescribe you few shampoo which can reduce hair fall.

Hi lybrate-user There could be many reasons for weight gain. When you gain weight then obviously several other problems arises. To lose weight we need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains and sugar. This helps immediately .we should avoid processed food. The healthy weight loss diet should contain ample amount of vegetable with sufficient protein. Taking some dietary supplements helps in weight loss as well. Sample Diet Plan Breakfast - Russian salad with boiled eggs. Lunch - Cooked vegetable + 1 chapatti +salad +curd. Dinner - Paneer tikka with green chutney. Snacks - Dry fruits and Nuts with green tea. "How do I get rid of my tummy?"- This is the most common question I am asked on line or in person.
Doing away with abdominal fat or tummy or belly fat as you call it is important for more than just your vanity. Excess abdominal fat—particularly that surrounds your organs can be the number 1 reason for of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, insulin resistance, and some cancers. If you work on one isolated routine like skipping meals or doing crunches- mind you - it does not work. Losing that bulge is more than just exercise or even diet. It all comes down to working on various factors.
So, here are some reasons why we pile on the fats in the abdominal area-
# You are stressed.
# Skimping your sleep.
# Eating the wrong fats.
# Eating too much processed foods.
# You're eating the wrong fats.
# Wrong technique and type of exercise. Not enough exercise.
# You are getting older or reached menopause.
# Long hours of fasting and consequent late and heavy meals.
# Alcohol and smoking.
