Smoking even one cigarette is hazardous for the heart. Five is bad and chain smoking is worst. Smoke not only contain tar but about 100 chemicals and most of them are bad. Heart attack with instant death is the most dreaded impact. Quit it completely and instantly. Start chewing gum and cardamom whenever you get a feeling of smoking. In just 3-4 weeks, you would have quit smoking. Eat fresh fruits, drink 3 litres of water, a normal home made food.

Hello sir, as per your information your heart is fine, but your triglycerides and uric acid are very high. Along with medication you need some diet restrictions 1. Diet avoid meat/chicken/all types of dal/ oily food 2. Brisk walking 5 km a day about medicines, since when you are taking above medicines? keep 3 monthly check up of triglycerides and uric acid. Start lycopodium 30 3 times and check your levels. It will be best if you take treatment from proper homoeopath. Thank you.

This is due to the anxiety disorder that you suffer from. Anxiety triggers hyper ventilation - short fast breathing that can in turn lead to the above symptoms. When you start experiencing these symptoms, sit down. Do ten rounds of deep breathing. Drink one cup of fresh fruit juice or almond milk. These are rich in natural ingredients that will help relieve the above symptoms. Consult a ayurveda physician and start taking ayurveda medicines.

Close your eyes. Focus on your breathing 2. Place your thumbs in your ears, your index fingers above your eyebrows, and your remaining along the sides of your nose. Keep each little finger near a nostril 3. Breath in deeply through the nose. First, feel the diaphragm move down, allowing the lungs to expand and forcing the abdomen out; then feel your chest expand with your collar bones rising last. 4. Use your little fingers to partially close each nostril. Keep your lungs filled. 5. Breathe out through the nose while humming. Note that the humming sound should originate in your throat, not as a result of your partially-blocked nostrils. 6. Repeat three times.

You would need arthroscopic knee surgery. It is a very safe procedure in our hands with uniformly good results. We have very good well equipped center in delhi. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Don't ignore it lest it become beginning of a bigger problem.

LDL is higher and HDL is lower. But only marginally. Give up fried foods and reduce fats, sugars and maida in general. For improving HDL do some exercise like going for a WALK. Or do more house work like sweeping or washing etc. Or do yoga.

An increase in heart beat might be due to a heart beat problem. Record an ECG to see if there is a heart beat problem when she has the symptoms.
