What are the symptoms of dengue and how can wr cure it?
The principal symptoms of dengue are: -high fever and at least two of the following: -severe headache -severe eye pain (behind eyes) -joint pain -muscle and/or bone pain -rash -mild bleeding manifestation (nose or gum bleed, petechiae, or easy bruising) Watch for warning signs as temperature declines 3 to 5 days after symptoms/fever began, as this is the most dangerous period when platelet counts decline significantly. Report immediately to hospital if any of the following warning signs appear: -severe abdominal pain or persistent vomiting -red spots or patches on the skin -bleeding from nose or gums -vomiting blood -black, tarry stools  -drowsiness or irritability -pale, cold, or clammy skin -difficulty breathing There is no specific medication for treatment of a dengue infection. -Use analgesics with acetaminophen (crocin or dolo -650 mg) and avoid those containing ibuprofen, naproxen, aspirin or aspirin containing drugs. -Take rest, drink plenty of fluids like coconut water, lime water etc.to prevent dehydration. -Avoid visiting heavily populated residential areas, if possible. -Use mosquito repellents/mosquito nets when indoors.  -When outdoors, wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants

Depression always follows with anxiety and obsession. Happens because depressed people tend to sit idle for long time. Idle mind is devil's workshop. Sitting idle manifests obsession. Anxiety creates acidity. Acidity and obsession together creates many weird symptoms across body. I suggest one or two counseling sessions with psychotherapy techniques to cure your disorders.

hello, it might be lymphoma . lymphoma is a fatty lump situated in between the skin and underlying muscle layer, very commonly, most of the cases of  lymphoma is non malignant . It can be treated well in homoeopathy depending upon the totality of  symptoms . tk, care.

Does vegetables scoop help in loosing weight. Which winter vegetables help in reducing weights.
A complete weight loss schedule should be followed for reduction in weight. We have successfully treated lot of obesity patkents with help of, 1 diet schedule 2 exercise 3 ayurvedic medicine 4 panchakarma therapy. Providing here in detail diet schedule. Stick to this for 2 to 3 months for good weight loss. “ Weight loss: Diet ” Morning: half cup of tea/ milk/ coffee. For breakfast: pohe, uppit, paratha, rawa dosa, thalipith, etc. In small quantity. Milk products should be avoided: butter, paneer, cheese, meethai etc. Fermented food should be avoided: idli, dosa, uttappa etc. Tea should not be consumed more than half cup and 2 times day. Lunch: one chapatti of wheat with any of the following vegetable. Vegetables: Snake gourd, ladys finger, cauliflower, cabbage, bottle gourd, red pumpkin, ash gourd, cluster beans, drumstic, green peas, radish etc. Rice should be taken only once a day, in half of the current quantity. Evening: half cup of tea/ milk/ coffee. Dinner: as per lunch. Non-Veg and addictions like smoking drinking etc should be avoided. Salt and weight: 1 gm of salt retains around 60 ml of water in human body, hence, salt intake should be reduced substantially for good result in weight loss. Diet should be strictly followed for 3 to 4 months along with the medication and adviced Panchakarma Procedures. Salads of radish, carrot, beat root, onion leaf, tomato etc. Should be used. Hello, If one has diabetes then most important is to start appropriate treatment with either oral anti-diabetics or Insulin depending upon the severity of hyperglycemia, plus strict dietary control and regular exercise for at least 1 hour a day. Other precautions are- avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries, other bakery items, sweetened aerated drinks (colas) and refrain from alcohol and smoking. Dietary intake should match the daily needs based on ideal body weight, extent of exercise and blood glucose levels. As regards medicines there are a large number of them, but the choice depends on the specific needs of a patient. Unless all the details are made known - like fasting, PP glucose levels, HbA1c%, height, weight, extent of daily exercise and dietary pattern, there is no way to recommend any medication. Plus in this communication we are supposed to give only general suggestions/guidelines, but no prescriptions. For that one has to come in a private conversation. Thanks.

You should have 70 kg.Do regular exercise.Take small amount of foods.Avoid sugar,sweetened juice,fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Take small amount of foods 5-6 times instead of 3 big meals.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Take plenty of watery vegetables,whole fruits.Use unrefined foods.More protein will help to reduce extra fat.Small amount of healthy fat in cooking.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lukewarm water after meals.Don't sleep immediately after meals.You can take lemon juice and ginger drinks for weight loss.

What to do when you got a teeth extracted?????
Have you recently got an extraction of your teeth from a dentist . What precautions do you need to take so that your wound heals uneventfully and you get back to your daily routine ASAP.
Here are a few tips to follow;-
1. There would be a cotton swab the dentist would have placed at the extracted site. Remove it after 30 mins.
2. Have everything cold and soft to eat. Its not everydy a dentist allows you to have ice-creams!!!
3. Apply ice pack externally if you want to avoid swelling.

4. Take your medicines as instructed by the doctor on time.
5. Do not spit for about 24 hours(STRICTLY) to avoid any bleeding from the extraction site.
6. Avoid smoking or alcohol on that day
7. After 24 hours, you can gargle with lukewarm saline water for better healing...

Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy.  1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day.  Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of –  a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day.  g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: Eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals.Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Let me know your food intake details. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I strongly accommodate the patient's own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets available online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period. After assessing your personal challenges to weight loss, one can recommend a strategy to gradually change habits and attitudes that have sabotaged your past efforts. Also the overall objective should not be to drastically reduce weight but doing it gradually and help rebuild body tissues and to maintain ideal body weight.
