I think it is not possible at this age, yet you should not be hopeless. Offer her protein rich and calcium rich diet. She should be physically active and do hanging exercise, play badminton etc.

Hi lybrate-user Everyone wants to reduce fat from some or other part of the body. And the most common problem area is the tummy. Here are 6 tips to keep in mind while you’re worrying about your belly fat: 1. Before you target your tummy fat, try to lose the extra fat around your abs by doing cardiovascular exercises that engage multiple muscles. Try circuit training that burns higher amount of calories in a shorter period. 2. There is no such thing as spot reduction when you have a lot of weight to lose. Instead, try to lose some weight, and once you are thin enough, focus on particular areas to get better results. 3. Get more sleep. If you’re not getting enough sleep and only concentrating on the exercises, you’ll end up over-exhausting yourself. This will do more harm than good. You will end up eating more to fight the lethargic feeling. Try to get at least 6-8 hours of sleep per night in order to win in the fight against belly fat. 4. Eat less sugar and calories. Belly fat is easily reduced with a controlled diet. Try to include more protein and fiber rich vegetables that will keep you full for longer, resulting in less snacking between meals. 5. Drink more water as this will keep you satiated and will prevent you from mistaking thirst for hunger. 6. Eat more fat to burn more fat. Consuming healthy fats actually help your body to burn the unwanted fat. Stock up on healthy fats like healthy oil and fish.

I had a relationship 1 year back and we had physical relations. My boyfriend was masturbating and his semen went a little in my vagina .we never had sex. But after 2 months I started to have few symptoms like pain and burning sensation in the urine, vaginal itching and abdomen pain and in between it used to get normal but frequently I noticed these symptoms. Do a Urine pregnancy test if you have missed your periods, to see for pregnancy. As regards burning in urine and itching ,you may be having UTI with vag infection, but since you started having these symptoms after two months ,it has nothing to do with semen ,or masturbation. Hi lybrate-user tips for weight loss eat fresh vegetables daily. Avoid having sugar completely. Eat whole wheat bread instead of white bread; avoid everything made from white flour and make whole wheat bread, chapattis and brown rice a way of life. Do not skip a meal and eat three meals a day. Drink plenty of water to eliminate the toxins from the system. Limit your fat intake to 2-3 teaspoons a day. Increase the fiber intake as it provides a sense of fullness and also prevents hunger pangs. Take antioxidants for protecting the body against the toxins released during weight loss. Exercise catalyzes your efforts to lose weight and even regular walking for thirty minutes can give you the benefits of an aerobics exercise. Hi, I have a question, I think a friend of mine is going through depression. The cause for the same is she takes all the things negative on herself. This she is doing for years but never reflected but now this since she is thinking that nothing is happening as she wants, this negative behavior is reflected in her talks. I think this is a kind of depression only. Kindly let me know if this is a depression or only a behavior which will get resolved when the things get in her favor.

Right now there are no signs of depression but over time she can develop it. To me she is sounding pessimistic and it may be because of the reason you mention. She should ideally examine herself and see why she is experiencing so many failures in life. How much is she the cause? Very often we precipitate negative happenings towards us by certain factors in our self. If she is suffering from a rejection issue from some events in childhood, she could be living and sending out signals to attract the same. The question of whether or not a woman should work out or not when it is the time of the month is one that has been much talked about. Fluctuations in hormone levels that take place during the monthly cycle have a tremendous impact on the level of energy, stamina and the body's response to exercise. The likelihood of getting injured is also different during periods.

Exercising during your period has many positive impacts on the body. Each woman's ability to work out and her response to it are different and hence the workout routine you must adhere to can vary from person to person.

What are the benefits of working out during periods?

  •   exercising during periods can be effective in alleviating the symptoms that accompany your period at the time such as stress and anxiety.
  •   loss of body fluids through sweating while doing exercises significantly reduces bloating in the belly.

What are the best ways of working out during periods?

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

KIndly avoid medicines/ supplements for weight loss. Try these natural weight loss tips: 1. Have small frequent meals at 2-3 hrs interval instead of 3-4 large meals only 2. Drink 2-3 litres water daily 3. Avoid junk, fried, processed, preserved, sugary foods & drinks, alcohol. 4. Replace simple carbs (sugar, jaggery, honey, maida, sago, cornflour, arrowroot flour, potato, biscuit, cake, white rice, white bread) with complex carbs (whole fruits, vegetables, salads, whole grains-atta, dalia, suji, oats, millets, barley, brown rice, atta bread, quinoa, whole legumes-sprouts, soyabean, pseudo cereals-rajgira, makhana, & nuts, oilseeds). 5. avoid day time sleep, avoid tea, coffee, cola in late evening and after.. take 8 hours of sleep in night. 10 pm to 6 am is good timing.. avoid stress. take healthy diet. do regular exercise.
