I Am suffering from pimple problem from very long time so I reach a homeopathy hospital I took medicine and I don't know in what time (e.g before food or after) I should eat them and in what time interval they said 4 pills three times a day so in what manner I should take them?

Cause of pimple are – Stress – Hormonal changes: Hormonal changes due to sexual maturity like – mensuration in girls. – Improper Cleaning Habits: Dust and pollution block the pores, if not removed properly causes pimples. – Improper Diet: Diet including too spicy, oily, fired and high iodine content food can cause pimples. The only precaution for pimple is good skin care. If Possible develop a routine of proper cleansing, scrubbing and moisturizing your skin. Here are few tips:– Wash your face regularly: Wash your face at least 2-3 times a day. Depending upon the skin type you can wash the face with simple water or with face wash. – Develop a cleansing Routine: Cleansing, toning and moisturizing is an essential part of a skin care. Don’t skip it. If you have an oily skin use a oily free moisturizer. – Avoid exposure to Sun: If possible don’t go out when its scorching, but if you have to go use a sunscreen 15 – 20 mins before going out, cover your face or use an umbrella. After returning just follow your cleansing routine, if you have an oily skin use ice, dry skin can use rose water – Avoid Exposure to dust: Dust particles block the pores causing pimples, cover your face properly while going out. Traveling in a car avoid opening the window. – Drink plenty of water: Water help remove toxins from the body, thus help in blood purification and blood circulation. Impure blood and improper blood circulation re the major causes of pimples, which can be easily removed by drinking lots of water. – Eat right: A diet constituting of too spicy, oily and fried food is the main cause of pimples. Avoid junk and oily food. Develop an habit of eating fresh leafy vegetables and fruits for a healthy skin. Garlic Paste: Mash garlic and apply it on the face. Leave it for 10 -15 mins, then wash it off. The anti bacterial property of garlic is proven and effective tip of removing pimples.

How to protect ourself in this summer from dehydration and weather and also what are the foods better to take for the day timings.

Eat healthy and start mild to moderate exercise or brisk walking. Limit caffeine to 2-3 cups a day and have a cup of green tea everyday. After the meal dont just sit for alteast half an hour. Eat light dinner.

I am suffering from tan in my face particularly on forehead. It has become very irritating when I exposed to AC. My tanned forehead will become dry and cause itching and irritating, when I exposed to AC in office. Due to this my physical appearance is lost. And I am work in good firm. Where all are looking good. But I am struggling with tanned face particularly in my forehead. To prevent this daily early morning I am applying lemon+Honey in my face till neck. And after shower I am applying bengal+Gram flavour with lemon, honey , curd for 20 min. But still the issues is persisting. My body colour is light brown but my face colour has become dark. Pls help me.

Hello, forehead tan may be because of sun exposure or excessive rubbing while wiping face so avoid both if possible. Please use a mild cleanser like cetaphil or moiz as facewash twice a day. Apply elovera or venusia moisturising lotion immediately after bath and in evening. Send pictures or see a local dermatologist for further assessment of the pigmentation.
