Dear lybrate user Rohit first stop blaming yourself that you always thinks about sexual activity, using too much phone ,not concentrating on studies,you don't have good friends ,every one hates you.at your age more than 95% youngsters do the same thing infact if you don't do this things then its the matter for concern.try some deep breathing exercise ,and every day for 10 minutes sit in the posture of yogi close your eyes and say ommmmm this will increase your concentrating power trust me it will help.if you need my help then i am always ready.

Follow these methods and instructions to reduce pimples and darkness on face: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.

dear lybrate user due to raise in body temperature during summer and respiring hot air the nasal excretion gets dried which further damages thin mucosal layer leads to blood clots. inorder to control this drink plenty of water everyday to cool ur body temperature,avoid working under hot sunlight,take oil bath,drink fresh fruit juices,dont remove the nasal excretion forcefuly,take sniffs of coconut oil as it will softens the nasal mucosa.wash with cold water.

I am suffering from teeth yellowness and I brush daily but I don' t get any cure from yelloish teeth. Please give me some home remedy

Please get a round of scaling and polishing done by your dentist. Once that has been done, you can maintain your teeth just by regular brushing etc. If you are still not satisfied after the procedure, you can consider whitening (even home bleaching options are available for this).

1. Do warm saline gurgling and steam inhalation with karvol plus inhalant capsule 2-3 times daily. 2. Put otrivin nasal drop one drop thrice daily. 3. Take viscodyne d syrup 2 tsf 2-3 times daily 4. If no relief, you have to take antibiotic and carry out blood investigations and x ray chest after consulting physician.

Things to Consider while Choosing Soaps

To keep your skin clean & healthy, cleaning is the most important step to be taken; cleansing removes dirt, sweat, sebum, microorganisms, dead cells and cosmetics too from your skin surface. For the skin to look healthy and glowing, its uppermost layer (called stratum corneum )should contain more than 10 % of the total water content of the body. But due to several reasons the water content will be reduced from this layer. And we already know that Soaps and cleansers are the most used essentials for skin hygiene. But while choosing one, have you ever thought if it provides you the benefits that it’s actually supposed to?

There are three factors to be considered in soaps; the pH content, tallow content and the irritable score of the soap.

Most of soaps are alkaline in nature; however, lesser the alkalinity , milder the soap . Normal pH of the skin is 4.5 to 5.5. This acidic pH changes to alkaline due to application of soap if their ph is above 7.Many a times to make the soaps neutral, certain emulsifiers are added, which cleanse and do little damage to the skin. Deodorant or anti-microbicidal bars have added anti-bacterial agent to eradicate bacteria. These soaps have a pH range of 9 to 10 and may cause skin irritation. Soaps with a moisturizing base contains agents like lanolin or glycerine. Their pH range is five to seven, thus they are non-irritant and good for dry skin. Soap free soaps have synthetic detergent as their base and are preferred for sensitive skin. An important point is that no soap is safe for the skin throughout one’s life. As one keeps growing older, the skin also changes its texture. Hence you must also keep changing the soap used to keep pace with the changing nature of the skin.

Lipid free cleansers or face washes contain water, glycerine and acetyl alcohol and do not contain any fat. They clean without soap formation and leave a thin moisturizing film. They are good for sensitive and photo aged skin. Cleansing creams are oil-based products, which remove grease and cosmetics from your outer skin by dissolving it in more oil; preferably good for dry skin. Cleansing lotions are water-based products that are good for normal and dry skin. Since it’s water based, it can be easily rinsed with water and is commonly sold as pore cleanser. Abrasive scrubs aid in removing dead cells and control excess sebum secretion. They are mechanical exfoliates made of granules in form of aluminium oxide, ground fruit pits etc.

This looks like depression if it has persisted for sometime. The easiest way out is use of antidepressant medicines under the supervision of an expert psychiatrist. If you do not want to take medicines, counseling in the form of cognitive behavior therapy will be of help. The first aid measures that you can take include more time for hobbies, more interaction with friends, eating green leafy vegetables and chocolate, 7-8 hours of aleep and plenty of water. Take care!

Try timed method if intercourse happens during ovulation period (day 14) chances of being pregnant are high. Best time day 12 to 16 post first menstral cycle day.

I have a problem of asthma. I have to take inhaler every day problem is more in winters. So please suggest what can I do.?

Take 11 guava leaves, 11 black pepper, 1 cup milk and one cup water. Put all of them in pot and boil it well, when it reduced to one cup, drink in empty stomach. Take this daily for at least six months or a year. Boil cumin seeds in water and inhale the steam. It helps dilate the bronchial passage. Take 5 gm of ginger, black pepper, cardamom, clove, cinnamon, turmeric and 30 gm of sugar. Grind the mix to a powder. Take half to one teaspoonful and mix it nicely with honey. Take it twice a day. Also herbal medicines can help to get relief from asthma upto 80%.

I am a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in managing your weight. You need to provide me your daily food intake details. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high protein prescribed diet, have paneer, eggs and potatoe daily. Incorporate dry fruits in your diet on a daily basis. Eat a balanced diet as prescribed by a registered dietitian, I being a registered dietitian and doctor have been successfully helping patients with their problem. I will also prescribe medicines that will speed up the time to achieve your weight management goals. Gradual weight management is always advisable. An increase in 500 kcal per day can result in increasing the body weight by 0.5 kgs per week. I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight A]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner B]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Please Get your hb checked first of all and do accordingly. Make your routine of long walks for 30- 45 minutes at a stretch, jog if you can, learn yoga postures. Do deep breathing exercises and meditate. Start 5 minutes a day and raise to 15 days in a week. Diet: balanced food, lots if fibers, green leafy vegetables. Lots of water intake. If you do it, slowly you ll become fit without medicine. If you need medicinal support, please take only herbal non toxic, non synthetic medicines.

Vitamin D is crucial for you because it is crucial for regulating the immune system as well as making sure that phosphorous and calcium get absorbed into the bloodstream. However, Vitamin D is crucial for a number of other reasons as well. Here they are:

  8. Rickets: The softening of the bones is termed as rickets. Rickets is yet another disease which is caused by an insufficient amount of Vitamin D. The reason for this is that calcium is not absorbed and therefore the bones soften.

Tips to lose weight faster and to increase height: 1. Eat a high-protein breakfast. 2avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice. 3. Drink water a half hour before meals. 4. Choose weight loss-friendly foods (more vegetables and fruits) 5. Eat soluble fiber. 6. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods. 7. Eat your food slowly. 8. Sleep 7-8 hours 9. First of all you should not apply pressure at all. But you should try to hold the urine before going for urination. Start with pelvic floor exercises. Drink plenty of water daily. Avoid fried oily and spicy food items. To avoid complications you shuld do following investigation usg abdomen urine routine urine culture and sensitivity.

Drinking water with meals is not good as the water dilutes the acid which is required for digestion. But if you just sip a little in case of dryness of throat it will not harm. Drink atleast 15 minutes after a meal.
