Yes u can go for brace at this age duration is 18 months but lingual brace is costly with no significant advantage from normal brace

Kindly get scaling done and use mouth wash and gum paint twice daily for 15 days. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene. Also notice that you are not constipated most of the times as this is also one of the reasons for bad breath.

Here are 7 natural ways to help cure the problem of bad breath at the systemic level through diet:


1. Drink more water

Believe it or not, dehydration is one of the most common causes of bad breath. Many people drink far too little water throughout the day to ward off the bacteria in the mouth that are most responsible for causing bad breath. Tiny microbes in the mouth actually feed on loose food particles throughout the day, releasing odor-causing byproducts that end up stinking up breath. And all-natural saliva, it turns out, is your body's built-in remedy for eliminating these bacteria.
It is possible for chronic dry dry mouth conditions to play a part in the development of bad breath. Dry mouth is caused by the decomposition of dead cells in your mouth and on your tongue. This decomposition results in an unpleasant door.

But in order for your body to produce enough bacteria-fighting saliva, you must be drinking plenty of clean, fluoride-free water throughout the day. Since saliva is full of oxygen, bacteria have a much harder time surviving because they require low-oxygen environments in order to thrive. Saliva also contains natural enzymes that help stimulate the production of antibodies that neutralize bacteria, which end up getting eliminated when you swish with water, mouthwash, or other oral hygiene products.


2. Supplement with zinc

Another common cause of halitosis is a deficiency in the mineral zinc, which helps maintain a clean, bacteria-free mouth. Some mouthwash products actually contain zinc as an active ingredient because the mineral is a known antimicrobial, and aids in the neutralization and elimination of harmful germs. But supplementing with oral zinc and eating more zinc-rich foods like pumpkin and gourd seeds, cacao, and organ meats, for instance, might be an even better approach, as it can help address the problem systemically.

Supplementing with probiotic flora or eating more probiotic-rich foods like yogurt, fermented sauerkraut and kombucha tea just might be the remedy. Taking a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar mixed with water prior to eating meals may help your digestive processes run more smoothly.

5. Include more raw foods in your diet

Eat more carrots, celery, and apples. Crunchy fruits and vegetables, preferably organic, that are rich in fiber are also beneficial in the fight against bad breath.

Eating more carrots, celery, and apples, for instance, can help scrape out the plaque buildups that are responsible for causing more mild or infrequent forms of bad breath, as well as add an extra dose of immune-boosting nutrients to your diet. These foods also help trigger an increased production of bacteria-fighting saliva inside the mouth.


6. Salt water gargle

You might also find a salt water gargle to be useful as this combination helps eliminate bacteria from your throat and tonsils. Himalayan crystal salt is recommended.


7. Consider a cleanse

Once cavity starts it can't be stopped.So it's better to prevent . Brush your teeth properly two times daily morning and night. Floss your teeth.Avoid sticky sweetened food .Rinse your mouth after each meal.Take care of your oral hygiene.

Go for cleaning of teeth. Bleeding gums is the 1st sign of pyorhea. Than he might need a flap surgery too. Meet a periodontist. Diabetes usually aggravates pyorhea.

I have bad breath problem. I have observed that soon after drinking milk the problem of bad breath starts. This happens even after brushing teeth and cleaning tongue. I got the regular check up and scaling done at more than 1 Dentist. Dentists don't have a clue why I have this bad breath problem.

Bad breath has many causes, most common cause is any respiratory infection with post nasal sinusitis, second most common cause is due to Gastrointestinal issues( stomach issues),3rd one are teeth and there are many more. It looks like your bad breath is not related to your dentition. Most likely cause( with the kind of history you have written ) seems to be acidity or any other stomach problem.

Brush your teeth twice a day, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Floss your teeth inter dentally once a day. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months. Consume a healthy diet rich in vegetables and lean protein. Reduce your intake of sugary foods and beverages. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Drink plenty of fluoridated tap water. Drink not consume alcohol drinks. Don’t smoke. Check your mouth regularly for any unusual sores and lesions. Visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and have regular thorough dental check-ups where your dentist will look at the health of both your teeth and your mouth. Most importantly, do not delay seeking immediate advice from a dentist or medical professional if you notice any unusual symptoms or sores on your lips or in your mouth.

Hi, there are various reasons of bad breath, like impurities in blood, inefficient digestive system, dry mouth (lack of saliva production), gum disease, cavities, plaque and tartar formation around teeth and gums, kind of diet, improper brushing / cleaning of mouth etc. I would advise you to get a thorough physical and dental examination to rule out the cause of bad breath and to solve it permanently. Hi Anand . The pain maybe due to sensitive teeth which are worn out (abraded), gums which are weak or cavities. Only a dentist can solve the issue after a thorough investigation.
