PARTNER MAY TAKE CONTRACEPTIVE PILL. OR SEX MAY BE HAD SUCH A TIME WHEN PREGNANCY CHANCES ARE BECOME NIL. The time of ovulation for every woman is different. It is commonly offered that ovulation occurs around the 2 week mark after the end of a woman’s last menstrual cycle but it can happen on many different days. The more accurate way to calculate ovulation on a calendar would be between the 12th and 16th day before your next menstrual cycle is set to begin. These calculations are based upon a woman who experiences regular menstrual cycles between 28 and 32 days apart.

It happens when the ovaries no longer make estrogen and progesterone, two hormones needed for a woman's fertility, and periods have stopped for 1 year. Menopause happens naturally with age. Every woman experiences menopause differently. For some, the symptoms are mild and pass quickly. For others, it’s an explosion of hot flashes and mood swings. • Though frequent workouts haven’t been proven as a means of reducing menopausal symptoms, they can ease the transition by helping to relieve stress and enhance your overall quality of life. Regular exercise is also an excellent way to stave off weight gain and loss of muscle mass—two frequent side effects of menopause. Most healthy women should aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week.Aerobic activity that makes use of your large muscle groups while keeping up your heart rate is a good thing. Your options for cardio are limitless: walking, jogging, biking, and swimming all count.Beginners start with 10 minutes of light activity, • Osteoporosis risk skyrockets following menopause (estrogen is needed to help lay down bone), strength training is especially vital. Strength training exercises will help to build bone and muscle strength, burn body fat, and rev your metabolism. At home, opt for dumbbell sand resistance tubing. In the gym, choose from weight machines or free weights. Select a level that is heavy enough to tax your muscles in 12 repetitions and progress from there. • Yoga and Meditation As no two women experience menopause in the same way, your unique symptoms will tailor your approach to relief. Practice a relaxation technique that works for you—whether it’s deep breathing, yoga, or meditation. Supported and restorative yoga poses may offer some relief. Not only can they help alleviate symptoms like hot flashes, irritability, and fatigue, but these poses can also calm your nerves by centering your mind. • Dancing Exercise shouldn’t be entirely hard work. Packing a calorie-burning cardio session into your routine can be fun and good for your body. If running on a treadmill isn’t your thing, consider a dance class. Dance can help to build muscle and keep you flexible. Look for a style that suits you: jazz, ballet, ballroom, or salsa. . • Vigorous House or Yard Work Half-hearted dusting doesn’t exactly count, but vigorous house or yard work that elevates your heart rate and utilizes your larger muscle groups like quads, glutes, and your core does! This form of aerobic activity will serve you well. If you’re a beginner, start with 10 minutes of light activity, slowly boosting physical intensity as it becomes easier. • Be Realistic Set realistic, attainable, and specific goals to avoid frustration. Don’t simply declare, “I’m going to exercise more.” Tell yourself: “I’ll walk for 30 minutes at lunch three days a week, take a group cycling class, and play tennis with a friend.” Recruit a friend or spouse as a workout buddy to help keep you motivated and accountable. • Get Creative Sure, physical activity is essential, but don’t forget to exercise your creativity! Now is an optimal time to indulge in an artistic outlet. Take a painting art class or join a knitting group to engage in a creative new activity that will give you a sense of achievement and satisfaction and help take your mind off annoying symptoms. • Stay Motivated A woman’s risk for numerous medical conditions, including breast cancer, type 2 diabetes, and heart disease rises during and after menopause. Working out regularly and maintaining a healthy weight can help offset these risks. Physically, there are steps that you can take to manage certain menopausal symptoms. Turn down your thermostat, wear light layers of clothing, and have a fan handy to mitigate hot flashes and night sweats. Your bmi is 27.4, which is too high for your age and height. It should be less than 25. Your target weight is 63 kg. As you are overweight and irregular menses and delayed by minimum 2 months, you are likely to be suffering from pcod, which can be diagnosed by ultrasound and blood tests, fsh and lh. Pcod main treatment is weight reduction, once your weight is normalized, menses will fall in place automatically.

Are you a boy or girl truely. If you are girl, there is no possiblility of pregnancy due to the sex of the same sex couple. If you are a boy use a protective condome to prevent pregnancy.

I am 30 Yrs old women n married. Having 3 Children. I have 2 Question 1st is I had 3 cesarian n my stomach is big how can I reduce that 2nd is in my feet my fingers are rupturing n my hand fingers also. I have dry skin I always wanted to put water on my hands n legs which I put due to that may b my feet is getting pain. I can not explain what exactly is that n during night I apply moisturizer. Every Time I cannot use moisturizer as I can not effort it n also It will go directly or indirectly in my kids mouth.

Hello, Doing exercises regularly will not only cut down your belly fat, but also you will get a body in good shape and you will be get rid of many diseases related to it! Following exercises will help you to achieve this if you don’t have any other medical condition: 1. The Plank - Lie down on your tummy and then come on your palms and toes. Lift the knees off the floor. Draw your tummy muscles up and breathe deeply into the side and back of the rib cage. Aim to hold the pose for 30 seconds. 2. Static Tiger pose - Place your hands and knees on the floor. This is the starting position. Now lift up one leg and extend the opposite arm. Hold this Static Tiger Pose for 3 deep breaths. Come back to the starting position and swap sides, extending arm and opposite leg. You can look down towards the mat to keep the spine in line. This exercise will build core strength. 3. Sitting Spinal Twist - Sit on the floor and cross your legs. Place one hand next to your hip and the other on the knee. Rotate the spine and look over one shoulder into a Sitting Spinal Twist. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. Swap sides, rotating and looking over the shoulder. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. 4. Stomach Crunches - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Place your hands on your thighs, across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your knees until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 stomach crunches. 5. Oblique Crunch - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Roll your knees to one side down to the floor. Place your hands across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your hips until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 oblique crunches and repeat on the opposite side. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best! For making regular your period these are some instructions given below: • Take proper diet full of nutrition . Eat green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits and a glass of milk daily. Eat a fruit daily . • Do Not take stress because stress causes imbalance in hormones of female and make your menstrual cycle disturb and make your ovulation disturb .Do some meditation for maintain hormonal balance. • Do jogging and running exercise daily .If you are obese lose some weight this is also a cause of irregular periods. • Do skipping regularly for 2 to 3 minutes daily. • you can take these medicines for regular periods.
