Ghabrahat can be because of various causes it's not necessary that you are having a low blood pressure but having a constant blood pressure below 90/60 is considered low so if you are having low blood pressure first thing which you should check is your hormonal imbalance so go and check for thyroid function test and keep a blood pressure record to check if its slow most of the times then you need to consult a doctor.

Itching for all practical purposes is not related to pregnancy. It seems as if you are bothered with constipation/irregularities of your bowel habbits. Let me tell you how can your digestive system be regularized. First of all have a look at your life style. Regular sleep and dietary habbits, in most of cases do suffice. Any addictions, may be smoking, drinking, tobacco chewing etc. Also have bad effects on digestion. In addition, compulsorily mixed type of salad must be present at each time when you eat. Add fruits of season to lunch. Extra effort for the problem may be taken in the form of 2 spoons of honey added to half a cup of lukewarm water every morning empty stomach is excellent remedy. A week or so, if followed the above, still persistent, medicines may be prescribed. Not now. Hope satisfied regards.

Am I pregnant? What should I be eating? Is it normal to be this tired? How can I help my partner during labour?

Am I pregnant? What should I be eating? Is it normal to be this tired? How can I help my partner during labour?
Hello, A pregnant woman should take utmost caution of what she eats. A nutritious diet rich in proteins, iron, calcium and omega 3 fatty acids is recommended. Overall besides normal food make sure she takes a big glass of milk daily, 2-3 eggs in a week, chicken/ fish twice a week, take 2 helping of fruits and salads daily. Taking 5-6 almonds alone a piece or two of walnuts daily should overall take care of your nutritional requirements. Hope this helps you.

I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend day before yesterday but he did NOT finish inside me. I took an I pill immediately after that. The day I had sex was the 17th day after my last period (fertile window). Also I suffer from PCOS. Is there anything to worry about? My next period is due on 18th but I am always irregular. Please help.

SInce you have taken i-pill, no need to worry. Your periods can be delayed both becoz of PCOS and I-pill which causes irregular periods.
